About this apartment rental
Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, secure private garage for gear storage/smaller vehicles, private outdoor patio, parking for two vehicles, barbeque grill, electric fireplace, heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer, additional basement gear storage, private entrance.
Condo Layout: First bedroom has one king bed. There is an options to split this into two twins (please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival). Second bedroom has one queen bed. There are two sofa beds in the living room.

Parking: There is designated parking for one regular sized vehicle in the private garage. Garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width There is also a private outdoor parking spot marked #2204. Large SUV's and Trucks will need to park in the outdoor parking. Visitor parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. Trailer parking is strictly prohibited in the complex. If you need additional parking for trailers or other vehicles, please contact one of our knowledgeable team members to assist you.
Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...

This beautiful rental is furnished in a modern style. The open concept main area has a cozy living room where you can put your feet up after a long day on the slopes and relax with a show or enjoy the fire's warmth. Also in the central area is a dining table fit for six and full kitchen. This entire area is open and airy with beautiful views of the mountains. There are two spacious bedrooms, one fit for a queen bed and the other fit for two twins or a king bed. There are two all-white full bathrooms with state of the art hardware.
The amenities at this residence include a barbeque grill, a full kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher, a washer/ dryer, heated floors, WIFI, a hairdryer, a garage, a fireplace, and a private hot tub.

This was a great place with a convenient location that was perfect for our 2 nights in Revelstoke.

We were in Revelstoke for a wedding and enjoyed Kaspars Den as it allowed space for our family to visit and get dressed for the celebration without sharing one bathroom. The keypad door was perfect allowing us to come and go easily. Beds were comfortable and mornings and evenings on the deck were great!! We were unable to use the hot tub as they have a level 2 water ban there, but we were assured we would get a 20% discount. We arrived early in Revelstoke and made contact with Vacation rental office and they allowed us early entry which was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It is a nice location with a great deck and the garage is awesome for bike groups. Unfortunately we'd asked for the King bed to be separated into 2 singles as listed as an option. However this was not done upon our arrival, and there was no bedding for 2 singles, thus requiring us to us the fitted sheet for one bed and the regular for the other. There was also not enough bedding for the futons which was rather disappointing and meant we had to spread what we had across all beds. Finally the apartment is very very hot and the air conditioner unit had an error and was not working upon arrival. We took it upon ourselves to fix which we did, but again disappointing when we paid what we did.

The property was clean and tidy and in a great location. However the air-conditioning was insufficient. The suite has hot and stuffy and nobody could sleep. The portable AC unit was very loud and not able to coole the apartment.
I would not choose to stay there again because of that.

My husband and I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with another set of friends. The kitchen is perfect to accommodate a group that enjoys cooking. Having bedrooms on different levels is a highlight. Washer and dryer were key and the deck hot tub a definite must. The only unfortunate situation was that the air conditioning unit provided broke down in the middle of the night, both nights of our stay, making the unit incredibly hot with over 30 degree outdoor temperatures in the evening. It definitely impacted our sleep and every levels subsequent days. After the first night, we flagged the issue for management who sent Tyson within several hours. The issue seems to have been owing to water accumulating in the unit, which he emptied and were told the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, the second night, it stopped working again and was leaking water around the unit. As we were checking out, I did not alert management again. But certainly having that resolved for next guests would be optimal. Otherwise great location ideally located between the mountain and town.

Great option in Revelstoke
We are a family of six travelling through BC in July 2022. We stayed 2 nights here. It’s very well supplied for family needs. Great to have laundry and the use of a garage for bike storage, in particular. There is no central air. We visited on the hottest days of the year, so it was hot when we first arrived, but the space air conditioner and several fans helped. BBQ and hot tub on huge deck were great!

Great property, well equipped kitchen
Overall really enjoyed staying here for a quick ski vacation. 4 minutes from the mountain, nice hot tub, very well equipped kitchen and nice bbq as well.
Only complaint was that the lower bedroom en-suite bathroom had a sewage smell and the towel bar was loose/broken.
Would recommend staying and would stay again.

Property was clean and upstairs was spacious for playing games, meal times, hanging out. Hot tub on patio was perfect! Exactly 6 minutes from parking lot to parking lot at ski hill.

Excellent layout with kids room on lower level, love the jacuzzi right on the porch and cool electric fireplace.
Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and simple design elements like the Spirit bear on the wall are fantastic.

Great Location in a great part of the world!
We really enjoyed this spot. Perfectly positioned in between town & the ski resort. Hot tub was a big plus every day. We'll definitely come back. Great amenities with grill, garage, heated floor tiles in the bathroom. (I would maybe add cable TV?)
