Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Beach Retreat is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #204 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with with beautiful quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and both bedrooms bedroom. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 9)
The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. There is bunks located in the hall. The bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. Both bunks have their own mounted TVs. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you'll have is leaving!!

Overall, great stay in a wonderful Condo with a gorgeous beach view! The condo was just as the listing showed, and the host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. Condo was very clean and well kept. We will be back!

Condo was as listed. Updated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony has a great, unobstructed view of the ocean! Private beach is steps away when you get to the ground floor. Pool area is on the smaller side, but nice and clean! Workout room is tiny and has maybe 4 pieces of equipment and no space for free weights. We were very pleased and comfortable with our stay and communication with owner was great! Would recommend and would book again!

This place is ideal for families. We sat on the balcony with our coffee in the mornings and watched the waves crash. It was very clean and tidy. Perfect location to all area attractions. Parking is easy. It is so nice to be able to walk across the street to white sand beaches. Will book this place again. Perfect vrbo experience.

Very pleased with our decision to stay in this gulf front, pet friendly condo. Unobstructed view of gulf from patio and love the pet friendly accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked and pool / hot tub area was very clean and private. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had.

The property and surrounding area are magical. You have stunning ocean views from the balcony and a perfect beach vibe decor inside your oasis. It was stunning how white the sand was and how amazing it felt to walk on the beach. The water was incredibly clear with an amazing mixture of colors. Private access to the beach was SO convenient and made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be back!

This unit is beyond beautiful! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and everything you need for the perfect vacation! It is clean, updated, the appliances work and did I mention it was clean? Just what you need and not a lot of what you don’t. So nice. Bathroom and bedrooms were great and spacious with plenty of clean linen. Full size washer and dryer too! Very pet friendly. Beach Retreat is a retreat and we will be back for sure. Correspondence with owner has been fantastic!

We had the best experience at this condo! It is right on the beach, very dog friendly, clean and had updated appliances and furnishings. We especially loved that it was a smaller “community “ because the Pool was never full of people and the beach area seemed less crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed, they even provided dog bowls! It seemed like everyone there brought their pets so we didn’t feel bad about having ours with us. It’s close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We had the best time! Thank you!

We had a nice time at Beach Retreat. The view was wonderful!! You could sit on porch and watch dolphins in the morning. Beach access is great. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Don't forget to bring beach towels (we didn't forget, but you will need them). Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Nothing but good things to say about this stay. Host was great to work with ahead of time- received all needed information prior to arriving on site and even worked with us on a few other things. Condo itself was as described and as seen in the pictures- no surprises there. Location was absolutely perfect for us. Super easy access to beach and pool, which our little ones loved. Close to many great restaurant locations. Had a great trip to Destin area and this was a huge part of it. Overall, would highly recommend staying at Beach Retreat to any of our friends and will look it up again if we visit the same area.

If you are looking for a pet friendly condo in Miramar Beach, look no further that this one!! This unit is clean, updated and the location can't be beat!! The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The views from the balcony are fantastic and you are within walking distance to restaurants and other stores. And conveniently located near the outlets and other restaurants. The perfect place for a getaway with your family pet!! We will be back!!

Love the condo and Location! Property owner was very easy to connect with before, during and after. The only reason I gave the cleaning three stars was because there was a good bit of sand apon arrival.

This is a very well appointed condo. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. We would return. The only suggestion that I have, is that the pool and spa area be monitored. There were guests who allowed their children to break every rule posted on the pool grounds. The spa tub had upwards of 8-10 kids, 12 and under hanging out on most days for long periods of time.

I enjoy the really luxurious condos, but my top must haves are: comfy bed, clear-beautiful ocean view, be able to hear the waves from the balcony, (due to Covid) direct condo access from outdoors (instead of being in an enclosed building with many people), and pet friendly ..... and this condo met all of the must have needs for me and my little fam. The only negative I have is the lack of water pressure in the master bath shower. Would definitely return. Thank you!
