We provide a fully air conditioned apartment with high-tech amenities in the middle of downtown Rotterdam center, we take great pride to provide our guest with Luxury!!
This fantastic, breathtaking, luxurious and High-Tech automated apartment is on the 22nd floor (220 Feet / 68 Meters) of the complex called "Harbour Village" on Wijnhaveneiland. This part of town is also known as the Manhattan on the Maas due to its architecturally unique skyline of high-rises.
Centrally located in the midst of the business center, cultural town and the town main shopping streets, with a partial view of the waterways of the river “ the Maas”.

On hot summer days, the apartment is equipped with a ceiling fans in each room also included are 3 x separately controlled quiet split-air conditioning units installed in the living room and in each of the two Bedrooms.
A Smart Thermostat controls a centrally regulated heating system to warm up those cold winter days.
The apartment is very spacious and as an open floor plan and grand floor-to-ceiling windows with Tilt-and-Turn windows.
Each room is tastefully decorated and designed to create a luxury yet homely feeling.
The layout of the apartment features all hard wood flooring with two large bedrooms all with flat Screen TV's (Two Smart TV in the Bedrooms and One Smart TV in the Living room)
Furthermore the apartment has one Full Bathroom, plus a separate guest toilet with a sink and a storage room, housing a washer, dryer, Fire Extinguisher, and First aid kit.
The living room is fully furnished with high quality furniture massaging recliner and stylish finishing touches.
Both Bedrooms also have a floor to Ceiling Windows for the spectacular views, with Tilt/Turn Windows, Hard Wood Flooring, build-In wardrobe with Floor to Ceiling Mirrors.
Both Bedrooms are equipped with the Royal King size Auping-beds which are equipped with 3 motors for Head/Back/Leg-Support motorized adjustment. These King size beds are based on three pillars that make the beds so special: ventilation, back-support and pressure relief, so after your long days you can get a great night rest..
In One of rooms (The Blue Room) we have a Futon (Queen size bed) which functions as an extra bed for kids/teenagers. This Futon is not as comfortable as the High-End motorized adjustable Auping King size Beds.
The culinary-designed kitchen was given a lot of attention up to the smallest of details. The kitchen appliances are all high-end luxury brands and include a dishwasher, a large French door Refrigerator with Integrated Water, microwave/oven combo, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop and hood. Mixer, Blenders, Hand blender Toaster Rice-cooker and Ovenware.Obviously the kitchen is stylishly furnished with all necessary crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

Schiphol Airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away from the apartment if traffic is light to moderate

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood near public transport and has lots of restaurant choices and grocery shopping. We used it as a base to see Delft, The Hague, Amsterdam, Gouda, and Kinderdijk as well as Rotterdam. The apartment view is lovely and easy to keep at a comfortable temp. The beds are comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. We used the washer and dryer without problems. (Note: European dryers always leave items slightly damp vs my American dryer, which is likely better for my cloths. 😀) The WiFi worked well. The kitchen is fully stocked for most needs and lovely as well. The owners communicated well and worked around a problem we had sending texts to each other at one point. The initial meet up with their adult son to get in the apartment was very helpful in understanding how to get into the building and apartment. He was very welcoming but did not linger more than was necessary to get us settled. When we had a questions there was a large book of answers about the equipment and apartment that was easy to understand. Would definitely stay again if I return to Rotterdam.

We would like to thank you for our pleasant stay in your beautifully furnished, technically modern, spacious, bright, centrally located apartment with an excellent view of the city of Rotterdam.
Because of the central location, we could easily reach most of the sights on foot and did not have to move the car from the parking lot.
We didn't miss anything and we felt safe and secure the whole time.
From our side we can warmly recommend this apartment and hope to stay by you again in the future.

We were extremely pleased we decided to stay in Rotterdam on our trip to the Netherlands. Bryan and Ingrid were terrific hosts and made the check in process very easy after a long day of travel. The apartment really is in a perfect location and is an ideal starting point for sight seeing locally or accessing the train system. The apartment itself had everything we would have wanted and was clean and modern. I can't stress enough how great the location is. Quick access to the water front, downtown shopping, and local transit...perfect location.

A lot of good and not so good things.. good things… location, Wi-Fi was good, check in was great and Keanu was great, view amazing, welcome bottle of wine!
Not so good things…. A lot of lights and electronic stuff did not work, so much electronic plugged in that no room for our plug ins, no outlet in bathrooms, the place was kinda dirty and bedding smelled, no coffee pods even though the pictures showed a full box, no ice maker or ice but Keanu got a couple ice trays for us,
Final conclusion - for what we paid - would get a nice quality hotel room- actually probaly 2 for this price. So no would not stay again.

Spectacular view, comfort, in the amazing Stadsdriehoek (in Central Rotterdam)
We were mesmerized by the extraordinary views in the VRBO ad, and in real life were even more enthralled with the breathtaking view of the Maas River below and the surrounding historical area. The apartment itself is well appointment, with every kitchen appliance, utensil, and dish that you could possibly need (if one were to cook). However, the myriad excellent restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance meant that we rarely dined at "home." We had four friends located at other properties that were within a .5 to 1 mile of the property, so we took full advantage of the local dining scene. Great markets with fresh produce were located close by, though. Bedrooms included extremely comfortable beds , TVs and roomy closets. Although we had too many outside activities to take full advantage of the range of high-tech options at home (music players, etc.), everything one could possibly want was available. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and gracious, keeping track of our potential arrival (given delays worldwide) and being extremely attentive to our every need. I could not imagine a more perfect location when visiting Rotterdam.

Keanu who met us and even made a long journey to solve a small problem that we had was wonderful. Only one thought, if you are traveling as a group, there is only one bathroom with a shower and one water-closet not two full baths. Otherwise, everything you might need is there including excellent internet and a printer!

Keanu who met us and even made a long journey to solve a small problem that we had was wonderful. Only one thought, if you are traveling as a group, there is only one bathroom with a shower and one water-closet not two full baths. Otherwise, everything you might need is there including excellent internet and a printer!

I did not want to leave.
Words can't do justice to describe the wonderful accommodations that this apartment provides. The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance. We spent two weeks in the Netherlands, one week in Amsterdam and the second week in Rotterdam.
The week in Rotterdam and our stay at this property was the best - 5 STARS to our host Sherrol and the accommodation. My tip to anyone planning on visiting the Netherlands is to make this location their homebase; you will not be disappointed.
The night lights and the beautiful peaceful accommodation and the ease of getting to major attractions is what a vacation should really be and this property provides it all.

The perfect place to stay in Rotterdam
We chose this property because it was within a day’s drive from everywhere we planned to go. The apartment was amazing. It was well equipped with all the modern conveniences one could expect. We stayed for 10 days and ate all but two dinners in the apartment. Even though we brought along power converters, we only use one for our laptop and our 13 year old’s DS3. Everything else we charged using the USB chargers provided in every room. There was even a wireless laser printer provided so we could print out our airport boarding passes.
The owners (Bryan and Ingrid) and the on-site property manager (Peter) were very helpful. By the time we left, we felt like we had made friends for life. I can’t say enough good things about the owners, their on-site representatives, and the apartment. Compared to other places we’ve stayed using HomeAway, this one was a great value for the amount we paid. Though we’re glad to be home again, we miss the place and walking around central Rotterdam.

Great central location in a very spacious condo
We recently spent 3 days visiting Rotterdam (our son is attending university there on an exchange program) and had the privilege of staying in this splendid condo. The booking was seamless with regular correspondences to provide us with information on the condo (and its amenities) as well as clear directions and maps on how to get there. The 2-bedroom condo itself was clean, well maintained and very spacious - just under 1000 sf (and had 1 1/2 bathrooms!). The location was very central and within walking distance to many of the sights, restaurants and shops. There's a Spar supermarket around the corner but we preferred to get some of our groceries at Markthall (5 minute walk away) - which is spectacular - as well as the Blaak Markt - which is an outdoor market (open only certain days of the week). Thanks to Ingrid and Bryan for the use of their condo and for Peter, who welcomed us upon our arrival!

Great Location
My husband and I stayed at this apartment.The place was lovely and the view kept us busy for hours looking at the ships that came and go and also the beautiful city lights and the river. The land lady was very helpful and kind. We would love to come back in the future and bring our family. Everything is within walking distance,, restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great apartment, great location, great hosts
We spent 4 nights in this lovely, luxurious apartment overlooking the river in Rotterdam. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was spic and span and well maintained, with all the mod cons and then some. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked, including special goodies for us. We were very pleasantly surprised at how centrally located Jufferstraat is - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go: to visit city attractions, go shopping or have dinner in a restaurant. And Bryan and Ingrid are the most attentive hosts ever. We highly recommend this apartment and will stay there the next time we visit Rotterdam.

Fantastic Vacation at Three CornerStones Rotterdam and North Sea Jazz Festival
"This was my first experience with Short Term Rental-sites and have to say it was great! From my first email exchange with Ingrid and Bryan I felt totally comfortable with my hosts. The description of the apartment was more than accurate but what they didn't say was the attention to details: sound systems in all rooms, the welcome pack of chocs, snacks, wine, luxurious bedding and towels, the massaging armchair ….. The apartment was ideally situated for most of the major attractions which we could walk to but also near metro stations and trams. Also Water Taxis - we took one for lunch at Hotel New York - highly recommended. Special mention must go to Sharon, our hostess, who met and showed how everything in the apartment worked. We also appreciated the detailed information in the welcome pack of sights and places to visit. The apartment is on the 22nd floor and although I am not good with heights, the view out over the river was great - you could have spent hours just watching the boats going up and down! All in all I cannot recommend Three Cornerstones highly enough. It just ticked all the boxes and more. "

Fantastic Stay at Jufferstraat in Rotterdam
My husband, mother, sister, and I stayed at the "Three Cornerstones of Modern Living", on Jufferstraat, in Rotterdam for four nights last week. To sum up our experience, it was just fantastic. The apartment is on the 22nd floor with an incredible view. Spotlessly clean, modern appliances, separate toilet as well as a toilet in the shower/bathroom (great for when there are four people!). Tastefully decorated. Lots of comfortable furniture in the living room. Great TV with lots of channels to choose from. Very efficient air conditioning system. We were greeted by the owner's cousin, Sharon, who went over everything with us. She was so pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed using the Nespresso machine every morning. The apartment was great to come back to every day, buy our own food for breakfast and dinner, and just relax. We would definitely stay there again. Very convenient location, the Markthal is just about a 5 minute walk away, and a Spar grocery store just a minute or two outside and around the corner. I could not give a higher recommendation!

The place was great! It was large and very comfortable, nicely decorated, cozy and relaxing for our Business visit to Rotterdam. The apartment is centrally located in Rotterdam with great walking distance to many restaurants, movie theaters and Rotterdam business center. After a hard day's work it was easy to enjoy yourself in the city. The high tech-amenities in this apartment are top notch with and the kitchen is perfect with all items to make you feel right at home. We had a fantastic stay and slept like logs after a long day at work in the wonderfully comfortable great beds. This place is beautiful, cool, clean, very safe, comfortable, perfectly located in the city- we hope that we will one day return to Rotterdam! Thank you Ingrid :)
