Super clean nice house. It had plenty of room for our 9 guests. Parking was harder than expected but can be done with some finesse. The ac units struggled to keep the house under 75 but it was high 90s the whole time we were there.

The house was perfect for three longtime motorcycle friends with two spouses. It was spotless, updated and had everything one could need. The views from the outside balcony were beautiful. Deer came into the yard a couple of times during our stay. We didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again. Lead is the perfect location to veer out to any nearby historical location, etc.

Great location, very comfortable, clean, all enmities were appreciated. Host was wonderful, made for a great experience

Beautiful home, truly at the summit in Lead! So glad I found this place to experience with my teenage kids—they had a blast getting to play pool and each have their own space. We would highly recommend this home, and may have to make our own trip again❤️ check-in was seamless and everything was as described in the listing. Thank you for helping to make our Black Hills vacation memorable!

House was just the right size for us and our getaway vacation. We enjoyed the pool table and sitting on the deck.

Our family spent the week exploring The Black Hills and Badlands and enjoyed having plenty of space to relax, play some games, and enjoy the views of this property.

We had fun

We stayed the weekend for our daughters 21st birthday getaway. The property was centrally located to many of the activities we planned. It is a very nice clean and spacious home. Check in/out was very easy and the communication with the property owner was great. We would definitely stay again.

The location provided us everything we needed, with plenty of space for our group and close enough proximity to Deadwood to give is easy access to what we had planned for the weekend.

My family and friends took a quick trip to terry peak for president’s day and it was amazing! The cabin was clean, the communication was great, and it was the perfect place for the weekend!

The house was beautiful and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately there is no hot tub as listed (it is just a bathtub), and showering was a bit difficult as the water doesn't get very warm. However, we all really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

We left a message on the counter. Many broken items in the home when we arrived crock pot, sliding glass door lock, bed slats to the point that we had to use the couch . Very dusty. Snow removal made it necessary for us to scoop to get in and out. We parked in the street two nights out of necessity even though it says their is parking. There isn't parking if one can not use it. Otherwise the layout was good in the home with things for the teenagers to do. Comfortable for an eight party. Wild life came right up to the door. Thankyou

We were so excited to see 7 deer and 9 wild turkeys visiting in the yard.
The inside of the house is super cute and very clean.
The master bath is absolutely wonderful.

Tried to update but fell short(amazing views), it would be a nicer place if they would finish the projects they start or not cut corners...has potential. Take the time and put central air in, there are 3 portable AC's which keeps the heat at bay but when it's hot it can't keep up and it's hot and stuffy. Incomplete kitchen, every cabinet is taken up by a few dishes, bowls, junk etc. crap stuffed into every cabinet/drawers, no organization and messy. But then no room to put your groceries away so everything has to sit on the counters/table...crockpot but no lid, 3 bowls, no containers for left overs, no ziplock, foil, stove burner and knob broken, cabinet door broken, can opener broken texted to see if there was another can opener and was told to go buy one and I would be reimbursed ( who is the one vacation?!?)
We were there for a week with motorcycles and was transparent about this and this property IS NOT motorcycle friendly at all, really steep, gravel, and uneven and very limited parking, and neighbors that were not thrilled with us being there( and we are a very quiet group the only noise we made was when we left in the morning and came back early evening on our bikes, other than that not a peep out of us)...I would say if your on bikes look at a different property...

We stayed here for a wedding trip and the house was awesome! Great location and property! Definitely recommend

We loved this house the moment we arrived! It was very clean! It has everything you need. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning. The birds chirping and the views made our mornings so enjoyable. It is very conveniently located above Lead and the drive to Deadwood was within minutes! In the evening, the deer were out and grazing along the street. We will be back!

Property just as described, clean, beautiful decor, very comfortable.I grew up in the area and it was just like coming home.. so nice to not be in a hotel. Yvonne was a great host, very responsive. I will definitely be staying there again.

Property sits on the side of a steep hill. Have to be careful with your footing.
The interior is cute and homey feeling. The shag carpet is out dated going down stairs to great room. The dryer was going and had towels in it when we arrived.
Three deer came to hangout with us on the property. Very tame.
Our stay coincided with The Sturgis Bike Rally. Proximity and central location made it very easy to access everything the Black Hills has to offer. 5 minutes from Deadwood. Mavericks Casio/restaurant was outstanding. The food is delicious.

We had 6 adults in our party. The house was a nice size for all of us. Upstairs was a nice king size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The two twin beds upstairs were more crib size. An adult did not fit very comfortably on those beds. The upstairs bathroom was nice.
On the main level was a bedroom, which was nice. A well stocked and spacious kitchen leads off to an outdoor deck. We had several deer come right to the house just about every evening. There’s also a bathroom on the main level.
Downstairs is an additional bedroom with a comfortable mattress. The pillows weren’t great, pretty flat. There are two couches downstairs. One pulls out to make a bed. Having a washer and dryer was super handy. They worked great! I slept downstairs and you can hear everything going on upstairs. When someone walks or moves a chair, we could hear it so maybe not have light sleepers downstairs.
The house overall was very clean and provided ample amenities. At one point I reached out to the owner and she was super fast responsive and we got things squared away.
I will say the whole town is built in lots of hills. The house is situated atop a pretty steep hill. For a vehicle, no problem. It was a little tricky on motorcycles. The gravel drive on a hill on a motorcycle isn’t ideal but we made it work.
Overall, it was a great house!

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in the Black Hills - enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, relaxing decks, open kitchen. Communication with the property owner was seriously excellent - she responded quickly and was so nice. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to visit the Black Hills area again. (One note - don't use Google maps to get to the house. Google will lead you the wrong way down one-way streets. Use the maps/directions Yvonne sends you!)

The only concern we had was there is a wet spot at he edge of the downstairs bed. Could be something the owner already knows about. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay.

Great property very comfortable!

Back for a 2nd time at this property. Great place and a great location. Will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for the four of us. We brought two pickups with side by side trailers so parking was a bit difficult. Deer were in the yard at all times of day and they aren't very scared of people. We really enjoyed out time there.
4.8
The house was very nice. We had plenty of room and absolutely everything we needed. The deck and view were very enjoyable.

The house is wonderful for a family gathering. Love the main level open concept with no TV. Meals and games at the big table! Beds are great but the couches could be upgraded. Loved having a dishwasher and laundry. The kids loved the deer Right outside. Highly recommend!
4.8
The house size was very accommodating for the size of our party! I think the time of season sure makes a difference in parking. Was not a fan of the parking. I'm sure it being winter has something to do with it. I would definitely rebook. Thank you again!

Close to town and a great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for our family. We were glad the owner suggested a 4WD vehicle, as the area had just gotten snow.

This house is just amazing! Not as clean as I would have liked with babies crawling but remedied quickly with a vacuum! The location was perfect! The rental host is fabulous to work with and we would definitely stay here again!!
