Large Free-Standing Condo, Ski In, Ski Out, 2 Master Suites, 8 person hot tub overlooking the Quechee Ski Hill with spectacular views of Quechee Valley. Large recently renovated cook's kitchen, including granite countertops, 2 ovens, beautiful cabinetry and seating at bar. Large country dining table that easily accommodates 8-10 people, plus conversational banquette area. Sound system throughout main areas of the home and outside at hot tub and lower deck. Radiant heat throughout mudroom, kitchen, dining room and upstairs master bath. Two large family rooms with internet/cable tv, Large mudroom with washer, dryer and pantry. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
You will have access (for a small fee) to all that the Quechee Club has to offer; golf, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis, fitness center, cross-country skiing, ski hill, kids programs, and much, much more! There are 2 interstates nearby and an airport so travel to this home is very convenient. Woodstock Vermont is only 10 minutes away, and Hanover, NH 15 minutes away. Enjoy fine dining at Simon Pearce Restaurant while overlooking the Ottauquechee river and waterfall!

My family and I stayed at this lovely spot while in Vermont for a wedding. It was very pretty and comfortable. There were many comments for a return visit during ski season. If you are lucky enough to chose this property you will not be disappointed!

Our family was in the area for our daughter's college graduation so needed space for our family plus two grandparents. Also, with the difficulty finding dining reservations, we wanted somewhere we could cook our own meals. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, with every amenity we could have wanted. The night of the graduation, we were able to enjoy dinner on the deck (with a beautiful large lawn) and roasted smores over the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had such a wonderful time. The house is in the perfect location for skiing and was cozy and picturesque in the snow storms. The beds were comfy and the house super well stocked. Everything was easy to figure out. Deb was very responsive though we didn't have many questions! The kids loved being able to ski right up to the house. And we all loved the hot tub! House was fantastic!

This rental property is a gem! Located right on the Quechee Ski hill made it so convenient for everyone. The house was so clean, well- stocked and has a great open layout. Deb is the most responsive and helpful host! We can’t wait to go back next winter!

Our family of four (including two young children, 4 and 6) had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home at the top of the ski hill. The accommodations were quite nice, the house was very cozy, and the location was excellent -- we could ski right out in the morning, and then watch skiers from the hot tub in the afternoon ;-). Our whole family had a great time and would love to stay there again!

incredible views from top of the ski hill. Super comfortable beds, lots of room for 6 adults 4 children, fire place, hot tub, updated kitchen, laundry two ovens. You cannot go wrong renting this property. We look forward to renting again next year.

Our family stayed here last weekend for a gathering of adults and kids. It was absolutely perfect for us in every regard. The location on the ski slope was so cool! Ski in - ski off! The hot tub was heated and running perfectly. There was so much space in the house for people to both gather and/or find a quiet corner to read and be alone. The owner was incredible with his prompt responses to our inquiries as well. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience. We are already looking at the calendar to book it again!

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at Deb & Mark's home! it is ideally located at the top of the ski hill, with easy access to all Quechee has to offer. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable, kitchen equipped for cooking/baking, and with plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy. Deb and Mark were very helpful throughout our stay.

The house is well represented in photos. Excellent location on trail. Very well equipped to welcome traveling families in the kitchen - spices, coffee filters, all the stuff you wouldn’t bring. Everything is comfortable - beds, couches. Layout is great for larger parties.

This was a phenomenal property and location- truly ski on /off! Rooms were perfect to have kids and two adult masters was nice for parents. The host was responsive to my questions prior the trip and the home hard everything you could need. I hope we can make this an annual spot as we had such an amazing time!

Best ski-in/ski-out on Quechee

Best ski-in/ski-out on Quechee

Staying at this house in Quechee instantly creates lasting family memories. This was our second time staying here and our experience was even better than the first. You will start your day with first tracks down the slope as this house sits right at the top of the mountain. You can ski through the back yard on every run and plenty of room for everyone with places to go that inspire intimate conversations or larger rooms for the whole family. Deb and Mark are incredible hosts and are super accommodating with every request. We could not have had a better experience, already looking at booking our next trip. Thanks Deb and Mark! We brought our kids here to learn how to ski over the holidays, and it was the perfect spot. The condo was very comfortable (especially once it heated up!), and we loved the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and we really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I can't stop talking about how much fun we had at this house! The ski in and ski out was best on the mountain and my boys and their two friends had an amazing time. The house is absolutely amazing and so comfortable. We are looking forward to our next trip...we will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time in Quechee. The house was as expected. The kitchen was equipped very well. We had everything we needed to prepare a Christmas dinner. We also appreciated the location and being able to ski in ski out to the slope. I would recommend this destinations for a family getaway.

Selfishly, I don't want to leave a review so nobody else rents this wonderful property. This home just connected with us - we felt at home...no, we felt like we wanted this to be our home! Everything was as described in the listing. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. Well stocked, new laundry equipment, lovely master linens. Fireplaced living room was delicious - my favorite room. It was a great spot for 2 families. Ski slope about 20 feet from the house was super convenient. We loved our stay more than we imagined!

We have stayed in many different places in Quechee and Woodstock. This house by far is one our favorites. From my 4 year old to 85 year old in law, we all enjoyed this place. So clean and well maintained. Great location and beautiful views. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back! Thank you Deb.

A beautiful home with beautiful views.

Our family of 6 adults, a toddler and an infant enjoyed this very well appointed and beautifully decorated home for a long weekend. The kitchen was perfectly suited for cooking and baking, and was well equipped with gadgets, cookware, bakeware, stemware and appliances. The hot tub and fire pit were also enjoyed in the evening. To wake to seeing deer on the property while a colorful hot air ballon glided through the distant sky was a very special treat. Quechee offered something for everyone, from breweries, wineries and distilleries, hiking at the Gorge, golfing and canoeing/kyacking for our thirty-something’s to children’s farms and frog hunting for our toddler. Returning each evening to our comfortable home away from home was enjoyed by all.

Our entire family loved our stay in this well appointed home with large yard. The organization of the bedrooms with twin room and another bunk room provided plenty of space for children while the 2 larger “master” rooms were perfect for adults. Our family loves to relax in the evening and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen provided everything a home cook would need and then some. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on cool evenings. We will remember this idyllic vacation for a long time to come and look forward to returning next summer!

Our family had an excellent experience during a 1 week July visit. The owner was responsive to a couple questions and left helpful instructions. We felt very lucky to be able to stay here and it was worth spending some extra money for this special occasion. This property’s pictures give visitors a good overview so I recommend viewing them. The only things I would note for the future is a couple rooms did not have air condtioning, but VT is cool and quiet at night so just open windows. Lastly, the outdoor grill was more of a camping style version for those looking to cook outside.

House was nicer than what we expected (and I am not easy to please). Great kitchen, clean, well equipped with everything we needed, terrific layout in entire house. Sonos music, WiFi, lots of TV's and decorated like I would have done myself. Beautiful landscaping and views. Everyone loved the hot tub. Small repair issue resolved immediately. We highly recommend and we plan to go back again. SBF
