The property was clean and well kept. There were great amenities available throughout the property. Host was responsive to any questions and check-in was easy. Allowed pets which was nice with having a dog.

Cabin was very comfortable and very close to the main area of Breckenridge.

Took a few days to get away with the dog. Great little place! Would recommend washing dishes before use. Plenty of towels. The furniture wasn't very comfortable. When walking through noticed many different sizes of cabins for rent. Excited to rray a different one next time!

The chalet has a good location. We found the lack of available storage for our clothing a bit challenging. One of the drawbacks is there isn't a closet to hang clothing and some of the drawers are full of the owners tools and miscellaneous stuff. We made due by using the loft area to store our luggage and laid out our clothing on the futon and bed in the loft. The unit was clean and well stocked, but needs some TLC. All in all we were satisfied, but wished the owner would give more thought to improving and upgrading some of the furnishings.

We had a great time! Had our 4 year old Golden Retriever with us. It was nice to have our own space. Definitely a gold star!

My husband and I came up for a long weekend at the last minute and it was the perfect little getaway... had just about everything you need so you don't have to pack a ton of stuff. However do bring condiments! Will do it again.

Coming off the Colorado Trail this is the best location for a hot shower and comfy place to sleep. Free bus into Breckenridge is five minute walk away, easy to grab dinner out and resupply. Communication with owner was quick and easy, thanks Lisa!

We hiked the trails around tiger run and sat by the beaver pond and watched the beaver and ducks. The possibilities are endless. Will definitely be back.

Located at tiger run RV resort this small chalet was very clean and comfy for 3 people.
Lisa was easy to communicate with.
The only thing that was a little minus was the entrance door . It was newly installed but the company did a bad job. So it was a little cold in the living room at night. Space heater helped you couldn’t run it all night.
Lisa told us about it and apologized for it. We could improve it by sticking a towel in the weatherstrip to close the gap

This cabin was perfect for our Summit County ski trip. The location can’t be beat. We skied at Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge and this location was relatively central to all of them. The accommodations were prefect for our family of four. Lisa was a fantastic host with great communication. When the outside temperature turned very cold, she messaged us to make sure everything was fine (and it was). Thanks for a great trip.

We get one week vacation a year. Save up the entire year to be able to go to our favorite place in the world(Breckinridge Colorado) we rented this cabin based on pictures(big mistake) but we got into the cabin and it was dark and smelly. Many bulbs burned out of the lights, dog hair on the blankets, very low Ceilings downstairs and up, no hot water turned on for our showers that night. Extremely disappointed. Our son was scared to stay there and my wife sadly was comparing it to neighboring cabins in the same tiger run complex we had stayed at several years in the past.
I emailed the owner of the cabin, she was very responsive and offered to help get us out and get a refund on unused nights. Based on that, We decided to leave the next day, and fortunately found another place in tiger run that offered to take us early and that we could afford. Took all of our spending money for the rest of the trip to change cabins but we had no choice.
Anyhow that day, we proceeded to understand how hard(impossible) it would be to cancel the cabin, and do an early checkout. I was in the phone with the owner of the cabin and VRBO for 4 hours that day trying to come up with some resolution to recoup some of our money. All along time was ticking and we were loosing more money everyday due to them the owner of the cabin being greedy and not being willing to cancel our trip on her end, because this would mean VRBO reimbursing us in full for the trip, which we were not asking for. We asked for half initially of the total we paid 1800 for 6 nights, we ended up staying 1 night and was offered by the owner 535.00 back that first day. After 2 days of being on the phone (while trying to enjoy our trip and deal with all this stuff) VRBO would not let us cancel the stay, which would have opened the cabin for other renters, the owner refused to cancel our trip so she could get all the money for the week. She offered that if we called back and had VRBO give us an early check out, that we could get 199.00 per night back. That of course came when we had 3 nights left. At the end of the day if we had known how hard it would be to get any of our money back, and how difficult a process this was while still in vacation, as much as we didn’t care for the cabin, we would have just toughed it out. We ended up paying 1800.00 for a one night stay. This more that sucked! But maybe we can save someone else the headache and costs we endured.

Great weekend getaway
Nice area with access to a lot of trails. Everything you needed was included. Best part was morning coffee on the sunny deck. Lisa was very responsive and provided all necessary info prior to our arrival. I would recommend staying.

Great cabin/tiny home
We had a great time, location is perfect for access to a-basin (20 min) keystone (15min) Breck (10min) and Frisco (10min). Hot tubs and pool were great for aprés. Owner was great about communicating when we had questions.

Three week stay
Excellent location, all necessary equipment worked, bed ,very comfortable.
TV was difficult (we are here for 3 weeks in Jan. .We rest on weekends and watch football "almost impossible with the package in use). Prospective tenants should know this and that the upper level is not usable "cannot stand"

10 Minute drive to Breckenridge
This place was in a great, quiet location. It's only a 10 minute drive to Breckenridge and Frisco. It had plenty of space for 2 adults and a pet, but can easily fit more.

Cozy Cabin
This cozy little cabin was a good spot for a quiet getaway for my husband and me. It was clean and in decent shape, though could use some upgrades here and there. Comfy bed; new IKEA furniture in the living room. Front deck was great for enjoying the late afternoon sun. Tiger Run community has lots of room for walking the dog and enjoying the mountain views. Location is convenient to Breckenridge without being right in the middle of it all.

Great place for the weekend to hang out with my son and enjoy the area.

Peace and quiet surrounded with beauty
The area where the cabin was, was amazing. It was a very quiet community with plenty of hiking you could just walk to. Across the road was a real nice bike path I went on daily that provided some very scenic backdrop with the mountains and fall colors. The unit was very cozy and my furry friend and I really enjoyed the twelve day visit. The front porch was very peaceful just to sit out and relax in and look at the scenery. The owner was very communicative and willing to help with whatever issues or questions I was having. I would definitely like to visit again next year with my furry friend as there was plenty to do we didn't get to.

Perfect little getaway!
Great location and little neighborhood! Didn’t use any of the great amenities but looked nice from walking around. The place was compact but nice for myself, husband and 17 month old son! We even were able to squeeze his pack n play in the bedroom. We mostly were out and about but was great to relax after a day hiking and walking around downtown breck. Would stay again!

Excellent family getaway
The community is perfect fir a family to get up to Summit County and enjoy all it has to offer. It’s right on 2 rivers and backs up to the Colorado trail for easy hiking or biking. Loved it!

This was a beautiful cabin in a very convenient location! The kitchen was totally stocked and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with an entire neighborhood of cute cabins. Lisa was awesome! Very easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly. I really loved that this was a dog friendly property! I'll be back!

Quick Dillon Getaway
The property is great - have stayed in this exact RV park before. The unit is well described and is a great spot for a single, couple or maybe a couple with 1 or 2 kids. Main issues I had was the unit was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Two huge bags of stinky trash in the kitchen that I had to deal with. Piles of wet towels in the shower that I had to deal with. Main bed clearly had not been washed and changed that I had to live with. And very minor, but that's NOT a grill....barely could fit 2 burgers on it and it's a foot tall. Was not impressed unfortunately. Also the wifi is very spotty. Again, not a reason to come to the mountains, but be up front if that's an issue.

Great Location!
Tiger Run was a great location, we enjoyed the bike path across the highway and rode into both Frisco and Breckenridge. The chalet is small (as described in the listing), but has everything you’d need. Was also wonderful that we could bring our dog with us.

Needs update
Needs new sofa in living room. Old futon is broken. Bedroom mattress is tired. Tiny house is so much better than a hotel room. Lovely property but could use some updates

Decent place
It's a nice small place just outside of Breckenridge. The park it's in is quiet and primarily filled with retirees. It worked great as a base camp to hike and visit the local towns. Super dog friendly.
