The condo is outstanding. It comes as advertised. Well stocked and was able to cook in without having to purchase spices oils etc. We will definitely book this unit in the future. Josh responded immediately to any questions we had. The view is breathtaking.

Perfect Accommodations for a Vallarta Getaway
This is a beautiful luxury condo complex in the heart of the hotel zone. The unit had everything we could possibly want or need and both the owner and administrator were readily available to answer questions and give recommendations. We spent hours on the balcony relaxing with the fabulous view and loved the pools and beach access. Wonderful condo in a wonderful location!

Just short of great
This complex is very nice and well kept. The beach and the neighborhood are great. The pool and common areas are beautiful. The restaurant by the pool is wonderful and reasonably priced. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The condo is beautiful but we can’t give it five stars for the following reasons:
The bbq grill pictured in the listing is for the owners’ use only. The listing says there’s an electric grill on the patio but the photo only shows a grill we weren’t allowed to use. There was no electric grill on the patio. It took a couple days to find it in an air conditioning closet outside the back bedroom. There were clothes left by a previous(?) guest in the dressers in both bedrooms. It makes you wonder how well the condo was cleaned between guests. The remote control for the master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work. We found the battery was dead and contacted the property manager for a replacement which we never received. While doing laundry we saw flames reflecting off the wall behind the dryer. We contacted the property manager and even sent a video. We never heard back on that issue and, as a precaution, we used the folding dryer rack to dry our laundry. The beds were uncomfortable to the point my wife spent several nights sleeping on the living room sofa. They are also very low which might be of concern to some people. The refrigerator had a cracked (almost through) door shelf which we removed so it would not break off if we put anything on it. We still enjoyed our stay but for the cost of this condo, we should not have had this many problems.

Great Condo with Amazing View of the Bay
We had a wonderful Christmas faction staying at the Grand Venation condo complex. From the moment we stepped in, we knew that we have found the place to stay for our future visits to Puerto Vallarta. The complex is luxurious, very well maintained, and has the best location in the Hotel zone.
The condo is clean, spacious, with great balcony and gorgeous view. The kitchen and laundry areas are well equipped. Joshua is the manager of the condo and very helpful with any information you might need, such as ordering water, fishing trip, and etc. Soriana grocery store and Costco are in a walking distance. Across the street, there is a well advertised place for rapid COVID-19 testing, which is chipper than what the hotels offer. The test results are ready in 20 min.
Our two grown children enjoyed the swimming pools, the upscale shopping mall next to the Venetian, and Starbucks in the mall, while my husband and I preferred long walks on the beach and cold margaritas at the balcony. We all often visited the restaurant at the complex, which offers delicious food and drinks at a very reasonable price. For more upscale dining, we enjoyed the steaks at the Argentinean restaurant across the street and the French cuisine at Cafe des Artistes in Zona Romantica, which offers not only outstanding food, service, and ambiance, but it is a memorable experience.

Very nice place!
We are seasoned travelers and very much enjoyed our stay at Las Glorias. Ideal location close to the Marina and easy taxi to downtown. Awesome pool area, great onsite restaurant with reasonable prices for snacks and drinks, and relaxing atmosphere. We visit PV at least once a year and would stay here again for sure.

Great stay cut short
Unfortunately our 31 day stay was cut short to 12 days due to COVID 19. We enjoyed the unit very much and Alfredo was always prompt in communication.

Excellent condo with a spectacular view

Excellent view of bay and city
We enjoyed a great 2 weeks here. Property is as advertised. Hot tub on deck cold water wasn't working but I'm sure that that will be fixed. Also. One bedroom/bathroom is significantly smaller than the master ... so its geared up more for parents with 2 kids than it is for 2 sets of adults. Still, an excellent property and I'd recommend it for sure.

Fantastic Week at Grand Venetian
Not sure where to begin. We cannot say enough nice things about this rental. The pictures were accurate but the condo was even better in person. The unit had everything you need from cleaning supplies to all utensils and cookware. The view of the ocean and mountains were beautiful. Three very clean pools to choose from plus a semi private beach. One surprise was a on site snack bar with pool service. Had a very friendly and helpful staff. Food was actually very good drinks a little weak. We had one issue with our toilet. Called Jason and within 20 minutes it was fixed. The communication with Alfredo was prompt and we Thank him for sharing his condo with us. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return!!

Puerto Vallart
We have stayed in PV many times and always enjoy the city. This property has a beautiful view if you are in the right room. The other buildings obstruct the sunset a bit however. The view of the ocean and pool and city is spectacular. We thought the toilets were extremely hard to flush and a real pain. The property is very quiet but the restaurant is really good with great service. We like a little more action and music so we would not stay here again but, if you love peace and quiet this is the place for you! Thank you for your hospitality!

Breathtaking Views - New Favorite
I have stayed in several different units in towers 1, 2 and 3 at Grand Venetian over the years and this one is my favorite. The view from the 14th floor is spectacular and I could sit on the large patio all day. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors open the unit up to wonderful breezes. The condo itself is well appointed and maintained. The kitchen has everything you could want. Plenty of seating/eating space. The beds are firm yet comfortable. The rear balcony off the bedrooms is a nice feature too. Ceiling fans and AC keep you cool when you like. The owner communicated very well. I will stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Grand Venetian!
We recently returned from what was our 10th family trip to Puerto Vallarta and the first time we did not stay in the marina area. Alfredo's condo was absolutely beautiful and the entire process from our first contact to check in with Jason, his property manager, was a pleasure. The Grand Venetian is a beautiful complex on a par with the other high end condos we have stayed at. The view from Alfredo's 14th floor unit is spectacular with a large lanai off the living room and also off the bedrooms in the rear of the condo. What a great view it was watching the fireworks from the lanai on New Year's Eve! We really enjoyed the location compared to the marina as we had a short walk to Soriana (large grocery store) for odds and ends and an even shorter walk to La Isla, the upscale mall directly behind Grand Venetian...which I particularly enjoyed because there is a Starbucks in the mall! The pools are very nice with a restaurant pool side and service at your lounge chairs. We found the food to be good overall as were the drinks and with the exchange rate where it is, quite a bargain. $3.50 for a large mango margarita? Yes! It was easy to get a a taxi into town..there was generally a valet working who would call a cab from the street to come to the condo to pick us up and its a short ride downtown from Grand Venetian, about 85 pesos or $4. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in PV centrally located and a great host and property manager, I highly recommend Alfredo's condo.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.
STOP! Stop right now! Yes. Yes I'm talking to you. Stop looking for the perfect condo in Puerto Vallarta. You've found it. Seriously. Alfredo's condo is absolutely breathtaking. When you first arrive and open the door, you will be stunned by the view. I didn't stop looking at it for a LONG time. Direct center beachfront. My wife and I spent most of our time on that balcony, looking out over the Bay of Banderas and the mountains that stretch to the horizon. In April when we were there, the direct sun never hit the balcony, making it comfortable all day long. There are pull down sun shades for later in the season to block it when it does. At night, you can watch the fireworks from downtown and enjoy the nighttime skyline. Did I mention the Hot Tub? A glass of wine and a private tub is an amazing way to spend the evening. We had private massages on the balcony, arranged by Alfredo's assistant for only $800 Pesos each (about $40.00 US) We liked it so much, we did it twice! The fresh ocean breezes on the 14th floor are enough to cool the entire condo down. We only used the A/C at night. There are sun pads for the lounge chairs at the pool and a cooler with wheels if you want to bring your own drinks down. He's really thought of everything. The beds are comfortable, the condo is VERY clean and modern, there is a fan in every room and large TV's (we never turned them on....with that view? Why?) The pools on property are beautiful and there's bar and food service from the onsite restaurant. Security is tight on property. You must check in and out with them and wear a wristband at all times. Not really needed in PV, but nice to know it's there. We traveled all over the city using UBER. Very cheap. The condo is centrally located in the Hotel Zone, directly across from some very nice shopping and restaurants, and only a 10 minute ride to the Romantic Zone and the center of town. Wal-Mart is a 3 minute ride to stock the bar and get supplies. We will be back next year. Stop looking and just book this condo. You won't regret it. We certainly didn't.

Amazing Stay!
The appartement is very quiet, spacious and comfortable. A wonderful breeze from the ocean goes through it, you do not even need AC. The panoramic view of the ocean are breathtaking.
The entire property is really well maintained, the pools are fabulous and the pool side restaurant offers good food at very reasonable prices.
Just outside the property, there are shops and restaurants and downtown is just a quick 10mns taxi or bus ride away.
We had the best vacation ever and hope to come back!

Wonderful stay at Alfredo's ocean front condo in Puerto Vallarta! Excellent service!
We had a wonderful stay recently at Alfredo's ocean front condo in Puerto Vallarta! The condo was on the 14th floor and had a beautiful view of Banderas Bay and the coast of Puerto Vallarta. The condo had a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a nice master bathroom with shower. The other bedroom had 2 comfortable twin beds and their own bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms had a balcony overlooking the city as well. The kitchen, dining, and living area were spacious and well appointed. The best was the extra large front balcony which spanned the entire width of the condo. You can eat at the table on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Alfredo, the owner, is incredibly nice and accommodating! He offered helpful advice on where to go and what to see in Puerto Vallarta and would immediately respond when we needed more supplies in the condo. The condo has free WiFi and free Netflix on the large flat screen TV which also had many cable channels. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely rent this condo in the future when we visit Puerto Vallarta again!

Beautiful views, spacious, clean, perfect!
We loved staying in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The deck is so large and has such a beautiful view of the beach and pools. There is a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful family room, 3 TVs and so much space. The laundry room is even fully stocked and large. The property manager Alfredo took fabulous care of us really well: made suggestions for activities, getting around Puerto Vallarta and even provided us with a short term car rental. We loved the condo pools, hot tubs and the beautiful sandy beach. This location is perfect, very calm, yet close to everything. Our two teenage girls were very happy with their own room, balcony and bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

A beautiful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!
We stayed at this property for one week in December 2017. Checking in was easy since Alfredo had provided all the documents and instructions we needed and his property managers were very attentive and nice. We are frequent visitors to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed at many different hotels and condominiums. This property and resort is the absolute best place we have ever been! The resort is beautiful and the 14th floor condo is perfect. The views from balcony, living area, and bedrooms are amazing. The West side has a view of the beach, downtown Puerto Vallarta, the Sierra Madre mountains, and the bay all the way out to Cabo Corrientes. To the East from the bedrooms you see a new shopping center, the valley and distant hills. You can also see the cruise ships when they are in port at the marina not far away. Most nice places have some view out one side, this property has amazing views out two sides. Sliding glass doors open wide onto the balcony and in the bedrooms so you get a cooling cross breeze through the entire condo. Furnishings and décor are top of the line. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and it’s easy to relax here. As for the pools, there are 4 to choose from, all infinity design, and each one has a hot spa to relax in. There is a restaurant on site that has excellent food and is reasonably priced. Drinks and food are delivered to your lounge chair by the pool or beach. The location is excellent with a full grocery store a 10 minute walk away, shopping center right next door, and frequent buses and taxis pass by to get downtown in just a few minutes. Given the location, quality of the condo and the resort we definitely would stay here again. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful property, Alfredo.

Best Building and Views At Grand Venetian

This is one of the best condo rental complex's in PV. Nice casual decor (think Westin Hotels) and fully stocked. The view is not only beautiful but interesting spanning from Yalapa to Hotel Zone in PV. This includes a view of the old town. Great local. Air Conditioning is a well needed workhorse. Hot tub on deck is awesome. Check-in and out is without drama.
Cons
One of two bathroom showers never produced hot water. Almost OK in August. Fans had issues but again the Air Con was great so not a large deal.
The beds are hard (really). For anyone who is sensitive to that they should consider a trip to Walmart at arrival or to bring something along to soften the situation.
Outdoor patio furniture is generic and not at the level of the rest of the rental or others within Grand Venetian.
Summary
Really great place. Have rented four in the complex and this is the best so far. The only people luckier than you in this rental are the owners.

Everything was great
Could not have asked for a better time and location. Alfredo and team delivered! The unit was clean and everything worked. We felt very safe and enjoyed meeting the staff. The pools were very nice and the beach acces was great. The restaurant by the pool has good food and drinks. The location of the Condos was perfect - close enough to town for a quick 90 peso taxi yet just far enough away to avoid the crowds. We walked to the local supermarkets daily for fresh food as well as shopping and restaurants. Thank you for helping us Choose good excursions and massages and giving us tips on good restaurants. We hope to return again and we will be sure to stay here. Our teenagers had a blast and the family environment with relaxing atmosphere helped make this a top vacation. We truely enjoyed Puerto Vallarta as well as the people are so helpful and nice. Never once did we feel unsafe or at risk.
