About this house rental
Welcome to your brand New Luxury Villa just few steps from the private beach vacation home. It will immediately delight you upon arrival. The villa is Year 2016 and has been completely Furnished new and it is located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and it also has an awesome canal views. Villa is equipped by two air conditioning systems, elevator, garage, internet, washing machine and dryer, 4 TVs, outdoor grill, private heated pool and whirlpool. Just please keep in mind that this is a pet and smoke free house.
Your stay starts with a contactless self check-in after our professional cleaning crew is done with the cleaning. Check in time is after 5pm if not agreed otherwise.
Living room is fully equipped with television, wireless Internet access and several cable television programs on your selection for free. In spacious open kitchen, everything is here at your disposal, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven and a Side by Side refrigerator that automatically produces ice for you. Crockery and cutlery are available to supply sufficiently to several guests, either Rattaen outdoor dining on the terrace by candlelight in your individual dining area or the cozy wicker. In the living area there are a French doors that access the terrace overlooking canal.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with modern facilities. In the Villa there is one bathtub and 3 showers, two king size beds, one queen and two twins and one large walk in closet. In spacious outdoor area on several floors (tiled terrace and pool deck extra), you can find both comfortable furniture and dining furniture overlooking either to the canal or Gulf of Mexico.
Here can be a lazy day by the pool spend to read a book in peace, lying in the sun or simply spend a pleasant evening with friends.The pool / spa and the pool equipment are completely new and Construction 2016.
Inside the house there are available a lot of beach chairs, towels and an umbrella, so just grab there things and you are ready to go to the beach. Just 2 minutes by walk you will find a beautiful beach access and breath taking white sand private beach. Come and enjoy a day on one of the most beautiful beaches in Unites States with white sand, beautiful shells and blue water. There are many attraction you can enjoy while spending you vacation on the beach such as delicious restaurants with Gulf of Mexico and sunset views, boating, shelling, walking on the beach, wildlife viewing, jet skiing, parasailing, surfing, swimming, bird watching, paddle boating and last but not least picnic areas. Not only that you can watch a gorgeous sun set but also while you are on the beach keep your eyes open because a lot of times you can see a dolphins. If they are feeling it they might swim very close to you, this is an awesome experience that you can not miss!
If you would like to spend some time in the town there are many attractions and things to do as well such as visiting churches, cinemas, health/beauty spa, botanic garden, theme parks, water parks, zoo (perfect for families with kids), miniature golf, tennis, golf, roller blading, shopping, sight seeing, cycling or just simply enjoying on of the most popular restaurants in the area. We recommend you rent a car, it is much easier to get anywhere.
If you want to arrange something extra special just contact us! There is also available extra charge housekeeping in the middle of your stay.
Please, let us know the exact number of guests who will be staying at the property. Otherwise the amenities will not be available for more than 6 guests. There is a fee of $150 if we need to go to the property and put there amenities for more guests.

POST HURRICANE IAN UPDATE
After hurricane Ian the house as it is a new construction has undergone only a few damages. We had to get the pool all cleaned. We had to order a new pool unit and heater. We also had to do a small work in the garage area. However, everything is now fixed and even better and newer than before! We also have the Mold Clearance Report - which states that the house is in a good condition and there is no mold inside the house. Only one item is missing and that is the elevator. It was very hard to get somebody in the area to have a look at the elevator. We are trying to get it fixed as soon as possible however the company who is working on for us unable to give us a finishing date. To be honest, it can be done in a day or in a month. Our apologies about that situation.

The house is clean, spacious and easily accommodates the number of guests allowed. The location is great. There is easy access to the beach. It is easy to get to from the airport. The nearby restaurants provide a good alternative should you decide to eat out. The pool and hot tub were a fun place to hang out.
We did have three issues that need attention. One, the dish washer is not working and needs fixing; secondly, we could not get the thermostat out of cool mode into heat mode as it actually was cool enough one day that we wanted heat, and thirdly the elevator does not work which means you must schlep your suitcases up the front steps to the second floor. Due to the possibility of flooding the living quarters of the houses along Hickory Blvd begin on the second floors, including this one.
Non-the-less I imagine the owner will address these issues which will make the house a delightful place to stay in Bonita Springs.

The house is great and the pool and hot tub met expectations. The only downside which is beyond the owners control is that the beach still needs clean up from the hurricane and beachside restaurants are still closed. I am sure that a little time will heal this.

Family time
This place was perfect for me and my family. We had a great time. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The view of fireworks from all the balconies was spectacular. The pool was amazing after a long day at the beach. The property manager was top notch.

We stayed here as a family for 2 weeks. It is a special place. Lots of room. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great to have a use of bikes, provided with the property. Wish there had been extra blankets…that was the only thing.

Beautiful, Family Home
This is a beautiful home with a fantastic location. Our family especially enjoyed the pool, easy access to sidewalks and the beach, proximity to restaurants. The Marina was also within walking distance. We had a lovely 2 hour boat cruise on the bay. The owner and property manager were attentive and pleasant to work with.

Be aware before you stay here. The espresso machine didn't work when we arrived. I texted Tina about it, she was in Europe and said she would reach out to the management company about it. She ended up trying to charge me $480 for the espresso machine because it didn't work and she wanted me to buy her a new one. There was no damage to the espresso from us but there was a lot of mold in the coffee puck bin and the water had stuff floating on it. She didn't take it in to a repair shop to determine why it didn't work and I ended up having to fight the charge through my credit card company.
I wouldn't stay here again because of these reasons:
1. She will try to charge you if the ac, refridgerator, tv, oven, etc stops working even if you don't damage it or use it.
2. The hot tub is like a warm bath. Never got to 100 degrees.
3. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We spent the first night cleaning the dried on food off the glasses and dishes.
4. The road in front of the house is busy. It is not peaceful sitting on the front balcony.
5. The Sling TV only gets a few local channels.
6. Cheap can opener didn't work.
7. One of the skillets had a broken handle.

After visiting Barefoot Beach and Naples Pier, would say that access point closest to house was just as good and more convenient. Coconut Jacks was good, pool was good, beach supplies very helpful, enjoyed a bike ride. Naples downtown and restaurants were good.

Bonita Beach Vacation Home
This property was just perfect for a family getaway. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very clean, convenient to the beach, and my grandkids loved the pool!! Jesus was very accommodating, and the property owner, Tina was so congenial and was so wonderful to answer our questions in a timely manner. The home is well equipped with just about everything one would need. Don't hesitate!

The Perfect Find
Our group of eight stayed in this well appointed house for the week. The location couldn’t be better for heading north toward Ft Myers and Sanibel or south toward Naples or just locally for restaurants and points of interest. Access to the quiet beach is just a short walk across the street. The property manager was quick to respond to any needs we encountered.. We won’t hesitate renting this house again for future stays.

Great Week in Bonita!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and well located. Having every bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom was wonderful. We loved the "backpack beach chairs" and we ventured across the street to the easy beach access during the day and each night for the gorgeous sunsets. Jesus was very helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Would recommend!
