About this house rental
This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located just steps from downtown St. Helena. You are walking distance to wineries, a health spa, world class restaurants, a movie theater and shopping.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, 2 recliners, an armchair and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless-steel appliances. A gas range, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods, electric and standard tea kettles and a wine refrigerator are ready for your use.
The kitchen is stocked with a wide assortment of spices, oils and vinegars as well as paper towels and paper napkins. The dining table has seating for six and the kitchen has all of the utensils, flatware and dishes you need to enjoy meals at home.
The patio off the kitchen has outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a California King-size bed and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV. The ensuite master bath has double sinks, a separate shower, a large tub, a toilet room and a spacious walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms, also on the 2nd floor, have queen-size beds and flat screen televisions. The second upstairs bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. An abundance of towels are provided in each bathroom.
There is high speed wireless internet throughout the house. A wireless printer/scanner is on the premises.
The washer and dryer is conveniently located near all bedrooms on the second floor. An ironing board and iron are provided along with other laundry essentials.
The finished garage can accommodate two mid-sized cars. There is additional street parking available.

We absolutely loved this house and will definitely be back! Very close to downtown, where there’s plenty of food, coffee shops, and wineries. We walked there everyday and it took less than 10 minutes. House was clean and in great condition. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. 10/10 would recommend!

Very well maintained property and well supplied. Only improvement would be hot water supply. Must run hot water for 10 minutes before MBR shower gets hot.

We loved our time here! The property is amazing and the location is perfect. There are so many places we could just walk to, next time we may not even do a pre-set itinerary and we'll just hit up all of the walkable places we didn't get to.

None like it in the local St. Helena area. A little over one block from one of the Valley's best kept secrets: Napa Valley Olive Oil Co. Genuine Italian goods and (what would you expect!) great olive oil! Outdoor patio and bbq make this your home away from home!

We booked this home in St. Helena for a girls trip in wine country. It was the perfect spot. Easily accessible to food, shops, wineries. It is walkable, safe, clean. It has a great kitchen stocked with all your needs for cooking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is great. From the easy check-in, clean, well equipped unit in a fantastic location in easy walking distance to St Helena. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and the house was quiet. This was one of our best VRBO's.

Our trip to paradise always begins and ends the day at our property. The property was above expectations in cleanliness and layout. All 3 couples had a comfortable and clean room. The kitchen amenities, great room, and dining area were equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults. The best part was having our own garage to park our Expedition with plenty of space.
With 6 showers in the morning, one would expect the hot water to run out, but this home was equipped with a tankless water heater which was an added bonus. My wife and I along with our friends will book this again. Thanks for hosting us.

Property was fantastic! It was clean, cozy, and thoughtful services like a Keurig with K-Cups provided.
Communication was great and check-in process was easy peasy. I loved that the cleaning crew took care of everything after we left and we didn't need to do much more than tidy up.

My husband and 2 daughters and their SO’s were inSt Helena for my nieces wedding at V Satuii winery. This was the perfect property for us! The location couldn’t have been better as we were able to walk to the downtown restaurants and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and we can’t wait to come back again!

This property is so cute and spacious. It is within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We had 3 couples so having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. The host really thought of everything you could need from waters, shampoo, lotion, toiletries etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is beautiful and in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. We also were able to drive to close by wineries and easily get Ubers. The house manager was super helpful with picking restaurants and answering any of our questions. We would definitely come back!!

Stayed here for 6 days with my daughters and new husbands and it was delightful. The house was clean, inviting and very close to downtown St Helena. The town was an ideal location to experience local restaurants, wineries, wine bars and wonderful food stores. Must visit the Olive oil warehouse market just 2 blocks from the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed with plenty of toiletries, towels and wine glasses. This was a great experience & would recommend. I have stayed at other properties and this one rates high on my list.

We are frequent VRBO users. This home is top notch! The cleanest we’ve ever stayed in for sure. Everything is very organized and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants, shops and wineries. Suzanne always responded to any questions very quickly and was very helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house!

Comfortable place with thoughtful amenities. A short walk to downtown area which was great. There was is a bit of noise as the street has some through traffic, but otherwise quiet.

Amazing location just a block from Charter Oak & Farmstead. Very quiet neighborhood, considering the proximity to restaurants & wineries. The house has everything you need for your Napa adventure. The beds were super comfy & we slept great.

We were in town for a family wedding and the house was just perfect for us. It is close to town and gave us the perfect spot to gather when not doing wedding things. The house is well appointed, cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The garage was a nice bonus for parking.

This home was the perfect place to stay. It was not only beautiful and had everything you could need but it was also so well located we were even able to walk to several of our dinners and shopping! We had 3 couples and it was perfect. I’d highly recommend!!
