Great location - would stay again.
Property worked great for us, and we would definitely stay again! Minor issue was the booking process. Although I made the booking via VRBO, be aware the property management company requires direct payment to them and does not allow you to pay for the booking directly through VRBO. Booking confirmation required providing a credit card over the phone to a company based in the UK which I was initially hesitant to do, but time was short and availability was limited so I proceeded. Property management agent erroneously stated that direct payment was a new requirement of all VRBO bookings, when it is actually their requirement.

Great location in Weymouth
Lovely property, great location. Meet our requirements of having 2 parking spaces included which was excellent.
We would definately stay here again for us the only slight negative comments we would make is the fridge is too small for 6 people - so an additional drinks fridge or larger stand alone fridge is required really. The washing machine was noisey and we worried about our neighbours when using it. The sofas were not all that comfortable. These minor issues would not stop us returning but would be useful for you to know.
