Newden Cottage is an end-terrace property located in the town of Whitstable. It has three bedrooms; one king-size bedroom, one double and a twin bedroom. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a ground floor shower room. Additional rooms include a sitting room, with TV and Sky and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Roadside parking is available on a quiet road and there is an enclosed garden with patio and lawned area. Newden Cottage is an elegant space, making an ideal getaway for a family.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven. Sky TV, TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot and High Chair. Roadside parking at first-come first-served. Garden at rear with patio, furniture and lawned area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This is a two-storey house which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Note: Please inquire with owner at least 48 hours prior to arrival, last minute stays are not permitted.
