We enjoyed our stay. My only issue was on Sunday we couldn’t control the thermostat and it got up to 89f inside the house. I realize most folks leave for the day but we didn’t. It would’ve been nice to control that piece. It was uncomfortable. I text the owner, never heard back. Other than that, I was pleased.

Great location to visit your student at Chapman and close to Newport and Laguna beach (30 minutes) and Disney.
Walk to circle and neighborhood great. House could use some updates, but everything was comfortable. Great to have dedicated parking in driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, a very comfortable area, easy access, very safe and clean, everything

Nice home. Easy access to beaches, Disney, LGB airport. Nice to have a great laundry unit. We were very comfortable.

We brought our grandson to Disneyland for his first time and for Christmas. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable. Clean and safe. A short drive to downtown Orange and many cute restaurants and shops. The house was exactly what we needed. I liked having the driveway to park, rather than the street and a private backyard for our pups to enjoy. The only thing that I think could change are the mattresses in both bedrooms. They are very hard and difficult to sleep on. With that being said we still think the house is great.

The furniture needs upgraded. Every indoor place to sit is broken down. One party member’s back went out by the end of the stay because there was no good place to sit. Both beds were hard to sleep on, the one I was on felt like I was directly sleeping on a box spring, it was like springs poking me between wood planks, but I did see it looked like there was some sort of foam mattress on there, it just did not do a good job. So the furniture was a huge flaw, but the only flaw. Everything else was awesome. Orange circle is totally walkable from the house, Disneyland is only 10-15 minutes away, I was to the beach in like 20-30 minutes, which was a total breeze. Loved the stay minus the furniture. Friendly safe feeling neighborhood too.

Great location for what we needed to do

Cute little cottage. Beds were super comfy. Shower was hot. You will need to bring your own shower toiletries and coffee. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.

The cottage was perfect because it made the ideal staging area for all the furniture and equipment we needed for my nieces wedding and reception. The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to loan us moving equipment for all the items we had to transport to the venue. Thank you very much!!

Nice appt proximal to Chapman

Overall our stay was great. Perfect location for moving our daughter into Chapman University. The couch and chair in the front room are incredibly uncomfortable and nearly impossible to enjoy an evening sitting on. As noted in other reviews, the shower stall is very small and there was a lot of mold.

Came to town to help a family member. Only issue for us was lack of any coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner or soap.

This was a great place to crash after long days of exploring Disney (only a quick low-traffic drive away), the beach (not far at all) and Universal (an hour + drive in traffic). Old town is fun to explore by foot, and/or on a morning run. Loved our stay, thank you!

This place was accommodating for our family of four! We enjoyed our stay as Disneyland only 15 minutes away and the beach was 20 minutes. The owners were very nice of not having to wait around or be around while we were there and given us privacy, which was important for us. The negative feedback was that the bathroom was not as clean as we expected and the local playground was not inviting for kids to play. There was homeless people in the area and the activities were frightening and the police did not intervene. Overall the trip was great and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a pleasant trip!

What a great little cottage! Quiet, good supplies in the kitchen, close to shopping and grocery stores. Really quiet, quaint neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

I believe that this was the 4th time staying at this property. It is an easy short walk to the Old Town Circle where there is an abundance of eateries, antique stores and other shops.
The one and only fault is the shower stall is quite small. I am a large man and it does not give you much room to move. We love everything else with the house, location and the owners.

There's a pretty good chance you found this place looking for a relatively inexpensive spot to stay while checking out the attractions in the greater Anaheim area. The location is awesome for that: It's easy to get to / from, and it's located in an adorable suburban neighborhood not far from an equally adorable downtown with some great cafés and restaurants.
As you'll see in the photos, though, it's a very lived in place, and it may feel more like crashing with a friend from college than a vacation home: You will sink deeply into the couch, the mattresses aren't the most comfortable, and I don't think there were any miniblinds that were in perfect shape. But none of that is hidden in the images, and if you're looking for a place to rest your head (and maybe have a little cookout in the backyard), it'll treat you well.
Hosts are literally right next door, and they're very responsive (and lovely).

This is the second place we have stayed at in the Old Towne Orange area. The location is perfect. I would, however, encourage the owners to continue to make updates to their property.

Sweet little home, comfy beds. The bedrooms share a bath in between so logistics got a little interesting with 4 adults but we made it work! Location is fantastic, owner was friendly. Only request would be to have a couple wash cloths & dish cloths available. Will definitly stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to Old Town in Orange. It was the perfect location to visit family in Yorba Linda. The house had everything we needed. It was exactly as described . Would definitely come back.

Wonderful time ! Owners quick response. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to historical downtown orange. Lots of food options in the area. Home perfect for small family. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Close to Disneyland. We were able to easily go back and forth to Disneyland. House was well equipped with basic items . Also had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Thank you Dave we really enjoyed the little place. Next time we are here we will have to plan a doodle date for the dogs. Hope to book again this spring.

My stay was good, I really enjoyed and my family too but it really bother us that the kitchen windows do not had covers it all, they were wide open. I felt that it was no privacy between the host and us and that it was left on purpose like that. On the pictures of the property the kitchen window it was covered.

My friend and I stayed here on our Halloween Disney adventure. It’s cute and cozy and just perfect. There are tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. It was 12 min to Disneyland. It was just perfect!

Cute little house in a GREAT neighborhood and wonderful location! Cute downtown area with lots of food/shop options and close to Disneyland theme parks!

Owner did not respond to call about overhead light at front door not working. Since street is dark this meant much fumbling to try to open the door at night. Sofa and chairs hard to get up from since they were old and sagging. Difficult for two senior citizens. On the positive side--good location.

It felt very at home. Perfect for a family of 4! Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Thank you Dave and Kim!
