Beautiful location with just about every indulgence you could ask for in a house.
10.0 / 10.0
We could not have a better location and piece of property to enjoy our stay in Jackson. The house had ample space and amenities to comfortably sleep and entertain guests. Fantastic spot.
2.0 / 10.0
We didn’t get to stay at the house we had booked for 3 months - instead we were told the house wasn’t going to be available 12 hours before check in but they did have us a home that was 3200 sq ft smaller for our group of 12 - disappointing to say the least - our trip was great - the home we stayed in was cheap/convenient/clean but not what he had hoped for -

Exactly the house we needed for our group in town for a wedding.
10.0 / 10.0
The location of this house was great and the size was perfect for our family. As some have said, the home is a little dated. But it is clean and in good shape. It was a wonderful stay for our 4 generations.
2.0 / 10.0
This house has some pros and many cons. It was big enough for us to have a large multi-generational family gathering -- everyone got their own big room and there were plenty of bathrooms. All the beds were firm and had clean sheets. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, and additional linens.
Three generations of our family were there.
The first impression when walking in the front door is that the house is dark and dingy and worn out.
There are a number of burned out light bulbs. It is difficult to see in some of the dark, narrow passageways and stairs. The stairs are steep and narrow and dark -- they were challenging for some of us to navigate.
There are missing screens on many doors and windows. The main sliding glass door has a sign that says "do not open". The house instructions say to open doors and windows to cool the house. It was very warm. The assortment of box fans and stand fans could not cool the house. The blinds on many windows do not function and could not be used to block the sunlight.
All of the outside decking is not secure. There are bowing, splintery boards everywhere. It is not safe for little ones to run around on.
There are mice in the walls that are active at night, keeping people awake. There were mouse droppings on the kitchen floor. There were daily mouse sightings in the kitchen. Not cool while cooking meals! Not hygienic.
One downstairs bathroom has sharp drawer pulls that cut one of our family.
One of the bathtubs was so slippery another family member asked for a rubber mat. The towel bar repeatedly fell off the wall in another bathroom. We repaired it.
The toilets are tiny and very low to the ground -- it felt like a kindergarten. Tough for some of us.
The carpets in the whole house are very dirty. They do not feel clean. They do not look clean.
We all feel like this place is extremely overpriced for what it is. We would not recommend it to anyone. We feel that the descriptions are misleading. We feel that it is not a safe house in its current state.

Excellent Location, Excellent House
We loved the location and house. There were 15 of us and we were comfortable. Wyoming and Jackson Hole is a beautiful place.

Old Bldg in Need of Repair, Water Outage; Great Location & Lots of Space
Overall this VRBO is in an amazing location and it's very large, which is great for groups. However, the building is old and in need of repair and the management is not attentive to the things that need to be repaired.
A few things were not as expected upon entering:
- There was a huge ice block on the driveway that had to be walked over in order to enter the unit - very dangerous without the proper footwear (spikes). This could have been easily remedied and cleared away for the safety of guests.
- Most of the blinds in the house did not work at all. They did not roll up, and stayed down. Part of the reason we booked this house was for the views. These were not even visible due to the blinds not working- e.g. the blinds in the master. We alerted the team on Thursday but this was not fixed as promised. I was shocked that this residence did not even have working blinds. Clearly this problem had persisted prior to our group's stay.
- Multiple light fixtures did not work throughout the house (could not turn on/off lights).
- There is a crumbling exterior (greenhouse?) in the front of the house near the street that is an eyesore. As the host of a get together, I found this terrible. We aimed to host a classy get together for MBA graduates in an upscale residence. The exteriors were not up to standards.
A couple other things occurred during the stay:
- The water completely went out Friday evening in half of the house. No one was able to drink water or use the restroom or shower. This caused a lot of anxiety and guests were dismayed. I did appreciate the fast turnaround of the plumber who was sent over.
- The tub in the master bathroom did not drain. The stopper worked, but we could not drain the tub, and had to leave used water in the tub for 2 days.
I'm sharing this so that other guests in the future don't encounter such problems. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to remedy the situation.

Had a nice time at this lovely mountain home for a getaway! Spacious property just a short walk from the Jackson Hole Ski Mountain and nestled in Teton Village. Easy to work with rental company, everything was as promised!

Great spot for a big group!
We fly out to the west coast every year for a ski trip and this place was definitely one of our favorite! The house is more beautiful then the pictures and was perfect for our group! We could also ski back to the house from the mountain which was awesome!

Family get together to commemorate The recent passing of a dear relative.
Perfect for the size of our group and the purpose of the visit. Ability to prepare and serve a large group meals and allow for plenty of privacy if needed was beneficial.

Great house, great location.
The booking, check-in, communication during our stay and check-out process were all completely smooth. We also appreciated the generous outfitting of the kitchen and basic supplies that were included.

Spacious and well appointed
Incredible kitchen with absolutely everything.
Loads of room. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath.
Probably the finest decorated house in 1980, think shag carpet
Master bathroom was comical. Toilet looks like it was for a preschool. About 8 inches off the floor. Bidet didn't drain so not used.
Great neighborhood with moose on the road. Overall we would certainly stay there again

A good family place.
Everything was great except that one dishwasher was out of service and the other one barely cleaned. You had to wash everything before you put it in the dishwasher.

Perfect Group Stay
This space could not have been better for the Teton Village area for a group of 10. We all had space to sleep, hang, eat, and even work (the WiFi supported us all!). It is also the perfect location, just walking distance from Teton Village.

Perfect Covid stay
The property was much bigger than we expected, leaving us all lots of room to move around and be comfortable. A short walk up the hill to the chairlift was easily manageable. Management company was top notch, taking care of everything that we needed.

Huge home in a great location!
We had spent a great week at this property. The home was huge with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our party of 16. The kitchen is large and well stocked. It was great to be able to ski in/out when you have such a large group. It’s not fancy and looks like the pics, but it was clean and we had a blast! Would come back again.

Great location for a fun family ski trip
This house was so much fun for our families. We loved having real fires (without the usual hassle as everything was ready right there), loved the views, location and large space. The lower level was the thrill for the kids. It reminded me of when I was a kid and found hallways, back staircases and the sauna/game room. While some of this house was dated, it had everything we needed for a comfortable ski vacation and the management company took great care of us!

We had a guys fishing trip group stay here. Plenty of room and nice home. A bit dated but it was clean, nice and stocked with all we needed.I’d book this place again.

Great Location, Huge House that Needs some Updating
We brought in our group of 9 to spend family time together. On arrival we all walked through the house to take it in. The kitchen was amazing and has everything you want if you plan to prepare your own meals. Absolutely first class. No one really had any complaints on beds or showers. The bathrooms are plentiful. The carpets, deck and table on the patio below (an old door on a table frame) need attention. Overall it fit our needs and was equal to the nightly cost. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice sized home with beautiful views and plenty of beds for a group outing...the only negative is the property is getting pretty dated compared to other listings in this price range.
