We had a nice stay at Ocean Breeze. House was clean and the view from the deck was very relaxing. Our dog loved the large back yard but I wouldn't recommend for a dog that likes to jump as there is a gate that could be easily scaled. One noisy neighbour, but the house felt safe and secure!

Poorly cleaned with cigarette butts littering the deck. No shampoo. Empty can of fly spray. Do not expect to be required to strip the bed when a cleaning fee is charged. Faulty lock box for keys meant locking them in the house on departure.

Sadly a bad neighbourhood with loud arguing neighbors and police called. Trash left all over lawn after bins collected at ten o’clock at night. Did not feel safe. Many people wandering the street and cars roaring about at all hours.

Really enjoyed this visit but would have chosen a different property as a wire gateway was not shown on the listing and my dog could have escaped. Otherwise exceptionally happy

Cute house, comfy beds, huge yard. Central To beach and centre of town. Everything we needed. Enjoyed our 3 night stay with three young boys.

It was a joy to stay. To have a property be dog friendly was extremely important to my client. We were able to relax comfortably with quick access to all the area has to offer. Will definitely be back

House was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Great back backyard for our 2 Golden Retrievers. Close to Warrnambool township and a lot of the attractions. Quick response from property manager when we had a slight issue with the back door. Property manager also contacted us before arrival to advise the the power might be off when we get there due to outage. Great short break and we will be back.

Very clean. Had everything we needed. The only thing was that it mentioned central heating and we assumed it was ducted heating. It's not, There is both a split system and a gas heater in the lounge room. Small heaters in the bedrooms. Overall I would recommend

A well appointed property in a downmarket street. Excellent for a dog friendly place with a very good enclosed yard We enjoyed our stay Areas for development…… the bathroom is very good but the shower has no where to put soap, shampoo etc and the floor is slippery and there’s no hold bar ( as you will realise as we left ours behind on the wall )……lots of cooking equipment but a lack of useful frying pans ……many many many knives but a serious lack of a good sharp knife

We had a great few days away. Our rescue cat is very anxious, did ve turn out into the yard on her lead. Layed and relaxed on the deck. We enjoyed relaxing their too. The property was lovely. Will recommend.

The property was very clean and in a central location. The toaster wasn’t working the owner delivered a new toaster the next morning! That’s excellent service! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying a wine on the shaded deck, where we could see and hear the ocean. Ample parking & Dog friendly,

We enjoyed our stay as very close to the beach and the town. Our dog enjoyed swimming in the Hopkins river while we enjoyed the beer at Proudfoots Boathouse/Simpson St which is very close to the house.Thanks.

Warm and inviting. This cosy home with a large and secure backyard was a perfect spot for us and our two fur babies. There was nothing that was not available to us in the kitchen, the living areas were warm and cosy. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would not consider any other accommodation in Warrnambool.

This was a great beach holiday house- loads of securely fenced backyard space for dogs and backyard cricket. House was well set up and able to walk to beach and into town easily- great milk bar very close with lots of helpful fishing tips. Owners were easy to deal with and organise our stay and there is so much to do in Warrnambool that we will be coming back!!

We loved this house and it met all our expectations. So well equipped, with WiFi, dishwasher, dryer etc. Beds super comfortable and a great shower - all my holiday musts! Very pet friendly. Mostly I loved looking at the ocean from the kitchen window. We would rent again.

This 3 BR house is perfect for families. It is a short drive to the CBD and only 5 minutes walk to a beautiful ocean beach. It has ample amentity and in a quiet neighbourhood. Our host helped us with all enquires very promptly.

Great location on a hill - we could glimpse the ocean from the kitchen, lounge, and deck. Private home and yard, allowed our dog inside, clean and comfortable. In biking distance from downtown restaurants, beaches, foreshore trails. Just what we needed post-lockdown!

Our extended family and two dogs had a very pleasant stay in this house. Very clean and well equiped and so close to the coastal walking track and easy walk into central Warrnambool. Beds were very comfortable and quality linen. Only thing missing was an outside clothes line.
