Hale O Ke Akamai is Hawaiian for "House of Art" which is evident when stepping inside. Be sure to view video located at the end of photos (slide #3). Private single-level 4 bedroom home with AC provides the Aloha spirit in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Kiahuna Golf Village designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. one of the most prestigious resort living on the South Shore and just minutes away from Poipu's beaches and restaurants. All guests have free access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (https://poipuclub.com) which is walking distance from house. The home has a spacious and open layout with the perfect indoor-outdoor living with a HEATED new pool, new outdoor grille and eating area in the private courtyard. A generous sized king master bedroom suite with A/C and access to the pool and courtyard provides many comforts with attached on-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub, and a custom built walk-in closet with private safe. 3 separate bedrooms all with AC located on separate wing of house. One bedroom has 2 twin beds while one bedroom has king bed and other has queen. Cathedral style high ceilings with new ceiling fans provide a very open natural feel to the living room and dining room. Spacious kitchen with custom cabinets, designer countertops, stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker with variety of coffees. Kitchen has eating area in addition to main dining area and also has access to the pool and courtyard. Home has been completely redecorated with new furnishings with elegant design. Beauty spa products provided in each bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and bar soap. Each bedroom has a TV w/cable access and offers wireless Internet service. We provide beach gear including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels.

Beautiful home, perfect for a large family or two. Private, clean and includes all the amenities. Headed pool and AC in each room is a nice treat. Owners are quick to respond and helpful!
Only suggestion that would be a huge bonus would be a fridge in garage for drinks. When staying for a week and shopping at Costco the fridge gets small quick.

Our second stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and and an infant. Owners provided a pack and play, infant blankets/bedding, and a high chair. Access to the nearby Poipu Athletic Club was also a great addition. We will be back!

This house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating. Great amenities: pool, clean grill, fully stocked kitchen, ample beach gear, and even a guest membership to the beach club!

We were seven adults with 2 children under 1 year old. Every one enjoyed this house. We cooked a lot and we found the kitchen well equipped. The beach equipment were greatly appreciated including beach towels. I highly recommend this house.

As you walk through the front door you instantly feel at home. Marc and Kristi have made this home a well equipped and beautiful touch of paradise. The heated pool is as well used by my grandsons and the four year old even learned how to swim during our trip. Hopefully we didn’t bother the neighbors with our 7 am swim the first day. The fact you can use the Poipu athletic club is such a bonus. It’s a wonderful place to spend the day with your grandkids, They have great food and drinks, pingpong, corn hole, a water slide, kiddie pool and a huge outdoor gym! This was our second family trip to this exact area in two years as our family just loves it. We hope to return again.

This was an ideal stay. The house was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Couple that with the quiet and convenient location and this was the perfect place to stay.

The house is equipped and setup really well. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood, dinners under the gazebo near the pool, swimming and lounging in and out.

We all were very amazed by our first impressions of the house. The location was very nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay more than we thought. The master suite was really nice and we loved the layout. We very much enjoyed the pool and our daughter just wanted to swim every chance she could. We had an amazing time, and we wish we had a private sanctuary like this for the Oahu part of our trip also. Thank you so much for the opportunity to enjoy Kauai at your wonderful home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Kauai.

We (4 adults and 4 pre-teens) stayed at this rental property for a week in Oct-2023. We loved everything about this house! It's perfectly set up with a heated pool, AC in each room, fully equipped and upgraded (roomy) kitchen while being situated right next to the immaculate Kiahuna Golf course.
We enjoyed our majestic early morning walks to Poipu beach (~30 min walk away). The community is about 10 min drive from Koloa Town Center (shopping, restaurants, groceries). The owners were kind to let us use their full beach gear (snorkel, chairs, umbrella, etc.)
Highly recommend this property.

As always we had a wonderful time at this wonderful rental. This is our 3rd time renting this property. We love the pool, the beautiful property, and the modern amenities. We had kids ranging from age 1-9 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was so nice to have access to a pack and play and high chair as well. The property owners are reliable and responsive so we never had any issues. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Wow-this is the most enjoyable, well supplied rental I have ever stayed at! Beds-comfy, garage to park in, plenty of seating indoor and out! There were lawn chairs, hard and soft coolers, snorkel gear, kids swim floaties, gas BBQ, tons of dishes, silverware, three or more hair dryers (which for folks with long hair all getting ready at once was great!). sofa was super comfy tons of doors to the stunning backyard. LOVED the private pool so much and it was so close to the beach you could walk if you wanted. Kristi was so helpful ans responded to questions quickly. I would come again in a heart beat. My whole family loved this place!

We enjoyed staying at this house. It is well appointed with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and all toys you need for the beach. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and close to many beautiful sights. We loved the pool, the courtyard and barbecue area. I would certainly book this wonderful home again.

Our stay at the Williamson home was spectacular! Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and every detail considered to make her stay comfortable and convenient. The host store, attentive, and helpful and gracious in every way! We enjoyed relaxing time around the pool as well as the convenient location for visiting many of the Kauai highlights. A wonderful place to use as home-base and a relaxing haven to return to after a busy day. The house and location was comfortable and beautiful! We will definitely be repeat guests.

Everything a family with kids and grandparents can want. We let the grandparents stay in the master suite and the kids had the twin bed room. Lots of space. All the toys for the beach and pool there. it was truly perfect! Kristi was a great host and responded promptly.

We have stayed at this beautiful home many times. It is always clean, comfortable and very well maintained. It always looks like it was just
remodeled. It is perfect for many family generations as the bedrooms
are far from each other for privacy & quiet. Everything is top of the line from the BBQ to the paintings on the walls. The pool is perfect size and warm. We stayed a month and absolutely no problems at all!
We have stayed here 11 times and will be back again soon!

We had a lovely stay at this home it was perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean, with comfortable beds and great living space. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location, just a short 4 minute drive gets you to some great restaurants, shopping or the beach. House was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a great day at the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and snorkel gear. Owner is quick to respond and stop by if there is a problem with anything. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to book another vacation at this house.

We stayed here with our 3 adult children and their significant others. It was probably the best house we've ever rented. The home is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. We prepared breakfast and dinner in the kitchen every day and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the beach chairs and beach toys most days. Many beaches and amenities are nearby.

We enjoyed this house so much! We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children and we stayed in the house for 7 lovely days. All of us were so comfortable and really enjoyed the pool, equipped kitchen and grill, large living room and the many nice surprises in the house like the scuba gear and beach towels. Mark and Kristi are the nicest people and they really thought about every little detail to make their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The house is everything you can imagine for a perfect family vacation, don’t hesitate to book it! I’m sure we will again.

I honestly can’t say enough about this beautiful property. Everything about it was perfect. It is near so many great restaurants and beaches. The shopping centers close by were incredible. We loved the pool. It was the perfect size and temperature. This home is very tastefully decorated and has extremely comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has amazingly comfortable beds. The kitchen is as beautiful as it was well equipped. This home was the perfect size for the 6 adults who stayed the week. My group and I honestly can not wait to visit Kauai again and when we do we will most certainly book this property again in a heartbeat.

My family and I love this house so much that this is our second time renting it. The house is wonderfully maintained on a beautiful property with an amazing pool. We were two families and all the kids (ages ranged from newborn to age 8) loved the pool. There is a great BBQ that we used to cook lunch and dinners. The house is spacious, ideal for families , and very well equipped. The kitchen has all that you need to cook, the house has air conditioner for those very hot days, and the owners are so thoughtful that they even provided a pack and play, high chair, pool toys, pool noodles, toddler floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even coolers for the guests. The house is ideally located just 5 min to poipu beach and baby beach. The owners, Mark and Kristi are wonderful people and were super responsive and easily reachable via email. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannnot wait to return!

We came here with our family of four, which consisted of a 3 1/2 year old boy and an infant, two sets of grandparents and and Aunt And Uncle. Everyone was amazed by the beautiful property, how big and spacious it was, and how well furnished and stocked it was. The beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels too. The bath soaps very nice, and we had plenty of kitchen utensils and pots to make many meals here. We used the pool and the gas grill outside often, and there was enough propane for us. The amount of beach supplies and gear in the garage was a big surprise and all was in good working condition. The property is so beautiful, the property manager was very quick to respond when we could not connect to Wi-Fi. And all of my communication with the homeowners has been quick and very pleasant. We loved the neighborhood as well and took many walks in the morning. Definitely recommend this property!

We took the family (six adults and two children) to Kauai to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This home was the perfect size with every amenity we could have wanted. The home is very clean, in a great, secure location. The kitchen was very well- appointed with everything we needed to prepare some meals. We were very impressed with the amount of beach equipment. More than we needed for the whole family. The area was terrific with good restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We would love to return in the future!

This house was exactly what we were looking for when we booked our trip to Kauai. It was big enough for all of us and had plenty of room. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. Our favorite part was the back yard. The pool was amazing to come home to after going to the beach each day. We also spent every night laying on the chairs out back star gazing. And if it started to rain we could still hang out under the gazebo. Another thing we loved was the neighborhood. We went for evening walks each night and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The other thing we loved about the location was how easy it was to get to beach. It was a 5 minute drive and there was always plenty of parking. The beach was very close to the parking lot and there was always plenty of open spots on the beach available. We got to see turtles, seals, and the snorkeling was awesome. The house also provided everything we could possibly need for the beach. There was chairs, umbrellas, a ton of beach towels, and ice chest, and even snorkels and flippers. We could not have imagined a better house to stay at during our trip and would love to stay there again someday.

Perfect Family Vacation!!!
This home was the perfect place for our family of 8 adults, and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for our family vacation and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.
We enjoyed our morning coffee in the courtyard and spent a lot of time in the pool, especially in the evenings after exploring Kauai during the day. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.
