We believe that visiting St. John will be one of the most wonderful vacations ever for you, a chance to recapture yourself.

SURFSIDE and SUNSWEPT are our studio, one and two bedroom units. Only two persons MAXIMUM in our studio.

This premium studio is in the back building on the ideal 3rd floor beside the elevator. Enjoy morning coffee on your private roofed balcony with granite counter just steps from the turquoise waters and beach. Gaze at the harbor, ferry dock, and outlaying islands and watch the comings and goings of marine activity. Ease into the day, enjoying cool breezes as the island awakens. An ideal size for two adults, this especially quiet unit is located on the third floor of waterfront building D.

Featuring shades of aqua, blue and green, our oceanfront studio offers a sitting area with sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV (60 cable channels and DVD player), Tommy Bahama king size bed and dresser, full bath, washer/dryer, and granite-topped kitchenette equipped with microwave, full refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and blender; and your own private balcony and entrance.

In addition to tropical landscaping and well-kept grounds, Grande Bay resort offers an appealing pool and sun deck as well as hot tub and state-of-the-art fitness center.The front desk of the lobby is staffed 24-7 to answer questions. An elevator transports you and your luggage right to your door. If you book with us, our property manager will greet you at the Cruz Bay ferry dock and transport you to Grande Bay.

Later, catch an open air taxi to the world-renowned north shore beaches (Hawksnest, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon, Maho, etc.) minute away. (We provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler.) In the evening, walk the short block to town for light fare at the Beach Bar or High Tide or enjoy a gourmet dinner at the Waterfront Bistro, Morgan's Mango, or the Lime Inn. And this is only your first day in paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay. Anna May and the property management were very helpful and hospitable. The studio was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we were well rested for all our adventures. We hope to stay here again!

We thought this studio was like having a large hotel room with a kitchenette and laundry in the room. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We even had a couple seats on a tiny balcony to watch the scenery. It was very clean and comfortable. The management communicated clearly where to meet to bring us to the property and went over where things were in the area as well as in the studio.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a very convenient, walkable area; close to shops, restaurants and taxis to the beaches. Upon arrival, we were picked up promptly at the ferry terminal and were taken directly to the condo. All communication was very quick and timely. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was the perfect size for 2. Short walk to all the restaurants/ bars in Cruz bay. Very quiet location. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing.

I stayed four nights and strongly recommend staying here. Crandall managers Helen & Darren are a great team who make sure all goes smoothly, and the location allowed me to enjoy everything Cruz Bay had to offer. I loved falling asleep to the faint cheerful sounds of the Beach Bar music, and waking up to the gorgeous view and breezes of Crus Bay. Plus, so great to use the pool/hot tub after a hike or beach day. Magical visit! Thank you Anna Marie (owner), Helen & Darren (managers of the rental)

Sunswept is a wonderful place to stay. It is cozy, clean, close to everything in town, close to the pool and hot tub. Its just right for 2 people. The bed is amazing! The view is stunning. It's fun to watch the traffic in town, to hear the music and smell the food in the evening, and watch the boats. We will return!

My second time staying at Grande Bay. Last year I was in building one. It's all great. The property is well-maintained, the location is excellent. I much prefer it to any hotel room. I would recommend it to anybody.

The property management company was exceptional and bent over backwards to accomodate us...in particular darrren and helen. The unit had a fabulous view abd the studio was and was extrenely comfortable. Only downside was construction noise but it was off season and they have to do work sometime. The studio was completely sound proof so it only affected us on the balcony.. we will come back and will definitely book with crandall and grande bay!

We definitely felt like we picked the exact right place to stay on our first trip to St John. VRBO let me add a night at the lat minute and everything was what we needed. We even got to add a parking space later when we decided to rent a jeep for the last 3 days. The only suggestion we have is to have sound proofing seals on the door between the adjoing room. The neighbors we had sounded like they were in the same room at times.

My fiancé and I stayed at Grande Bay SunSwept for a week and loved every minute. The view is incredible and the location was extremely convenient. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a backpack cooler. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Thank you for such a great stay!

The property was in a good location and as advertised . There were plenty of supply’s for use like paper towels dish and laundry detergent and chairs for the beach the unit next to us door from kitchen you could hear the people that had small children that cried a lot but more disturbing the husband was swearing at them and we could hear it clearly in our room. I guess it just the luck of the draw who you end up with as neighbors not the owners fault.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The location, the pool, the washer and dryer with detergent!! We were so grateful for the beach chairs and backpack cooler. The box fan was a welcomed surprise as I like to sleep with a fan on for white noise. Also the Bluetooth radio was nice for playing music while we got ready to go out. The unit was clean and quiet. We barely saw any neighbors and didn’t hear a peep. If you are considering this unit….BOOK IT!! We will be back!

This condo does not disappoint. The location is unparalleled for those who seek a central location in St. John downtown area, walkable to stores and restaurants, with a gorgeous view of Cruz Bay. The host and Crandall Realty agents are most helpful and welcoming, and the studio has all you need to enjoy your stay including a very large, comfortable bed. We had a fabulous time and already plan to return.

It’s an efficiency with a kitchenette. It’s not the ritz but it was clean and the bed is comfy. Had a lovely view and very convenient. The greeter Conrad was great and helped us find parking even though it was high season. Had access to beach chairs, towels, toiletries, cooler and beach bag, hair dryer and washer/dryer. Grill wasn’t working. However, It was a great value hence the five stars.

Everything was as listed PLUS. A DO not miss. The view is wonderful. The location is unbeatable. The pool and workout room was a hugh plus. The hot plate and electric skillet was all you needed in this studio. All set up for you. Towels, chairs, snorkel gear, noodles.

This effeciency is within walking distance of all the local sites. Easy walk on Lind Trail to Honeymoon beach. Enjoyed the balcony each morning and evening watching the boats come and go. With the balcony door closed most of the bar noise was not heard. TV was very good.
