The living spaces of the house were perfect for our reunion of 14 people. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony were roomy and nice. And the area was ideal--beautiful neighborhood walking distance to bike rental and easy access to all of Atlantic City. We had a wonderful reunion and the house definitely contributed to that.
All of the repairs mentioned in a previous review had been made, so things were in working order.
The house is beautiful, but lacking in many basics compared to other large properties. Some of these items are mentioned in the listing (or excluded from the listing) and some we found out later. These include no towels, soap/shampoo of any kind (they do have dishwasher soap), no pantry items (not even salt & pepper), no blender or BBQ, etc. If you don't see it listed in the amenities, it isn't included. The paper goods were limited to one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The lack of bath/beach/kitchen towels are detailed in the listing, but the reasoning of it being Covid prompted me to question if they planned on adding towel back; their answer was no. Most of us flew into AC for the reunion so we had to purchase towels for the house.
We came at the height of the season so we paid a lot for the weekend ($8,400). Given that price level and the beauty of the house, it should/could be a luxury stay if these basic amenities are added. But it served our purposes since we were able to rent for a long weekend.

This house was huge and fit our needs perfectly. It was a walkable distance to the casinos/short drive. The host was super receptive and wonderful to deal with. She even let us check in early. Beach is an inlet so much smaller but it was very easy to get to

The property itself is gorgeous, however, there are many things that need fixing. Toilet paper holder broken, iron broken, one washer and dryer broken, ice maker and water in fridge broken, stove broken. Could only use the burners but no oven. Was not told until check-in. Alternatives like small toaster ovens are not sufficient substitution for a stove. Host was friendly but with the amount of money they charge for staying there, they really need to keep up with the repairs.

Fantastic home!! Well maintained, gorgeous views, and very spacious. Owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a wonderful time! The kitchen could use a few more cooking supplies (some additional cooking utensils and serving trays) but this is coming from a "foodie" who spent the weekend cooking.....certainly fine for everyday needs! Highly recommend this home.

came down to AC with a big group & instead of getting a bunch of hotel rooms, we decided to rent out this huge house and it was the best decision! House was beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. Could use a bit of updating but not a big deal at all. master suite was beautiful. kitchen/dining and family room area were beautiful! the view of the bay was amazing. Host was so sweet and quick to communicate with. Wish we got to stay longer! Thank you so much for hosting us! Would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

We rented this property for a small staff retreat. The space was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. There was ample space to do group sessions and team building exercises, plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, and a great balcony space.
The host, Renee, was beyond excellent!! She was extremely responsive with communication and worked to accommodate our group's needs. We felt well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Great host. Property a bit tired
It was a good house with enough space for 16 people. Renee was an excellent host and responded to every request.
A few downsides
1. Property needs to be refreshed. A bit old
2. Refrigerator broke down but Renee was able to provide a replacement ice cooler but not big enough.
3. Need more pots and pans in kitchen.

Great Bachelor Party Weekend
Our host Renne was a pleasure to communicate with and made it a seamless experience. The house was even bigger in person and plenty of space for everyone. We had a large group and we’re able to all be together in the main living room and balcony area without being crammed. Great location and was only a 5-7 minute drive to the casinos on the boardwalk. Beautiful ocean waterfront view for the house and it definitely felt like a safer neighborhood to be in compared to other places we drove through in AC.
Overall a great memorable weekend! Thank you again Renee!

The property host was amazing. She was very attentive. My family was comfortable, happy with the space. The home was clean had minimal pots and pans, but we worked with it. The view can't be beat for the area.
I would say the mattress in the master suite MUST be replaced. The room was fabulous and had great energy, but the bed had a massive indent that kept swallowing us🤣. Made for a good laugh when waking up to go to the restroom, but killed my back.
I would come back for sure. The hospitality and the layout of the home was enjoyable for everyone. A big Thank You to the Host!.

It was exactly what we were expecting and allowed us plenty of room to spread out. Easy access to beach, fishing, the casinos, Brigantine and restaurants. The view was amazing and we watched the sunrise every morning. The beach was very peaceful during the day, however starting at around 3pm, crowds of people started to show up to party and they stayed late into the night. Sitting on the porch to talk and look at the ocean was pretty much impossible after dinner. There was loud music playing, smokey BBQs, yelling, fighting, cars racing by and sometimes an ice cream truck that played music for over an hour at a time. We actually had to call the local police twice. I recommend this house for people who want to be in a great, oceanfront house in AC but do not plan to be home in the evenings or do not mind noise and crowds.

Property and location were beautiful. The house looks even better than the pictures and is a lot bigger as well. Communication with property management was timely and excellent. I would definitely stay again. There was more than enough space for our group of 11 adults and 3 children.

Summer Vacay at Seas the Moment
My family and I had a great week in Seas the Moment home! It was very spacious and just about enough space for our family of 16. The lay out was pretty much as shown on line-minus the kitchen table which now has one long table as opposed to several square tables and chairs.
There is no main level bathroom for guests to use so whenever we had to use the bathroom we would just go to our own on the 3rd or 1st level. not much of a big deal.
The kitchen fridge is a bit small for such a big house that can accomodate up to 22 guests. At least should have a garage fridge for spare foods/drinks.
House was clean and linens were washed and fresh-due to Covid we brought our own towels.
Beach area across was a bit crowded so we drove about 20 minutes to Margate beach which was lovely!
Finally, Lee and Renee were amazing at responding to our questions and needs up until the day we arrived and during our stay. It was a really great week and we are missing it already!!

Amazing Views are as advertised! The 3 floors gave everyone space to spread out and the sunrises were wonderful! The kitchen is spacious and gave us plenty of room to cook. The extra bathrooms were great and there is even a big laundry room if needed. It was a great week, thanks!

Beautiful house, wonderful host
After a long and fruitless hotel search for a party of 8 we abandoned the idea of staying at one of the hotel/casinos and took VRBO. We couldn’t be happier with that decision and the property we found. The house was right on the beach, a few min Uber to the casinos, and perfect to host a large party. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in AC.
