Our Las Brisas three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 2 covered and reserved parking spaces.
It is a short hike to St. John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.
The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.
Las Brisas is a modern, five-story, 40-unit condominium with under-building private parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut lounge areas with outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach. Absolutely amazing place for a family vacation! Everything was as described, actually, it was better than described. We will be coming back. Very clean and comfortable and so close to everything we never had to get in the car- great location!

2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 1 toddler stayed for 5 nights at Las Brisas 302. The unit is absolutely fabulous, completely updated, well equipped, and right on the beach. Beach service with umbrellas and cushioned loungers is available for rent right outside the building. Very walkable to coffee, a few restaurants (Dockside Dave's is amazing), beach bar. Johns Pass is a short ride (or walk if you're ambitious) away, with shopping and more bars/restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time.
Now the hiccups, both of which were completely out of the host's control: First, the microwave had apparently blown a circuit right before we arrived, and they were unable to replace it during our stay, so that was mildly inconvenient, but certainly not a big deal. Second, the elevator in the building wasn't working for the majority of our stay. Thankfully it was working on our arrival day, so we got all of our luggage and gear up to the third floor without incident. They thought they had it fixed at one point, and our family used it - only to be stuck in the elevator for several minutes until we were able to force the door open. Scary. After that, it wasn't operable the rest of our visit. Again - completely out of the host's control. The host was very apologetic, and even let us stay in the unit for a few hours past normal check-out time for our inconvenience.
Overall, I would highly recommend! Great time, great unit, very responsive host!

We have stayed at Las Brias for the last 4 years and this condo was the best one we have stayed at yet. Everything you need and the owners are quick to reply with anything you need. Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed 4 nights at Las Brisas and the condo was simply fantastic. It was updated and very clean. The check in instructions provided by the owners were very clear. They also provided helpful information about the condo, the complex/beach/pool areas, and the neighborhood. They were also very quick to respond to a couple questions that I had after arriving. There was ample space for lounging, dining, and sleeping for our family of 6. The view of the beach from the balcony was magnificent and just what I was hoping for when booking the condo. There were fun places to visit in the immediate vicinity that were within walking distance, and the John’s Pass boardwalk area is a short drive away with many additional shops and restaurants. Multiple grocery stores were also very close by. We primarily relaxed on the beach most of each day, which never seemed overly crowded, even over Memorial Day weekend. There were beach towels provided and also a deck box of beach toys on the balcony provided by the owners, which our kids happily utilized. The checkout process was easy. We absolutely loved our stay at Las Brisas and the Madeira Beach area!

The condo was beautifully situated on the beach, with two parking spots conveniently located beneath the deck. It was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Nearby restaurants and shopping made the trip perfect. The condo was stocked with hand soap, dish soap, and a starter supply of toilet paper. Bath towels and beach towels were also provided. Additionally, the unit featured a large washer and dryer. I especially loved that you could set up your own tent right in front of the condo.
This is one condo we would rent again if we come back for vacation again.

Everything was great minus some unnecessary maintenance they scheduled during our stay. However, the owner did make it right with us for the inconvenience of having a window replaced at 9 am.

We came out to Florida for a bachelorette weekend and it was great! Short Uber to st Pete area bars but honestly there was plenty within walking distance to go to as well as restaurants. Our part of the beach was mostly quiet which was nice but a short walk to some beachside bars with music! Great stay.

The condo was spot on from the description, pictures, cleanliness, decor, communications, and location. We loved how clean and fresh the condo is when we entered the door. The views from the third floor are outstanding and goes unnoticed the condo keeps updated. We had no issues from day one when booking. From past experience renting other units in the building this is a 10. 😎 We will return. Thank you!

We were thoroughly impressed with this property - everything about it was as advertised in the pictures/description…clean, remodeled, and had everything we needed including the amazing sunsets from the balcony! Perfect stay. Was a great location - walking distance to beach town area and shopping/restaurants. Many options simply across the street. Clean beach and clean water. Clean condo on 3rd floor with wonderful views of the beach/ocean. Property manager/owner VERY responsive to needs and questions. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious and clean. The furnishings are perfect for the size. The dining table seats 8. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony for everyone to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, bowls, etc. There was a wine fridge too. We were six at the condo and 3 others visiting and staying close by and there was plenty of seating for our mini celebration. It is a perfect home base for city field trips. The two parking spots are handy and necessary. The unit is close to the elevator, which is nice. Two thumbs up!

This is the perfect place on the beach. It was awesome to be sitting on our balcony and watching the dolphins jumping in the water. Very clean, close to restaurants and stores. He was very good at answering our questions. This place exceeds expectations. We are planning on coming back again

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the ocean views from the condo and easy access to the beach. My kids loved the beach toys that the condo provided, and the playpen was a great spot for my baby to sleep.

My family has stayed in multiple condos at Madeira Beach over the years, including other units in this building. This unit definitely has the nicest finishes and most comfortable accommodations. We had 9 people in our party, and found there was plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, soft towels & linens, beach towels, and beach toys. The hosts were pleasant and accessible, and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The building is right on the beach, with a shared pool and covered parking. There are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Las Brisas! The condo is very comfortable and is very well stocked with beach towels and beach toys. Bring your own laundry detergent to utilize the washer/ dryer. The only thing I wish the condo had was a portable crib so we didn’t have to bring one with us while flying. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our 6 day stay in this condo, which was well appointed with all you need to enjoy your stay away from home. We had 6 adults and 2 small children. Very clean, beds we’re comfortable, beach towels provided were convenient, and quick walk out to beach from elevator. Close to John’s Pass and plenty of restaurants, although everything you need to cook a meal. I will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed at Las Brisas several times. This was our first time in this unit. It’s beautifully designed and decorated with a few extra features. There’s an entry nook which I found convenient and very useful, also, a wine bar nook which is very useful as well ;) The bedding was nice and comfortable. We just love being right on the beach and being able to watch sunsets from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay!

We traveled to Madeira Beach for travel softball. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the size of the location. We had 7 people plus all our ball equipment. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beach of the property was the perfect size and never overcrowded. A few nights friends came over for a drink and to swim. They were all impressed with our condo. Our place was ranked the best out of all 12 places we had girls staying. We will definitely return.

We loved the comfort and functionality of the space. We loved that it took only a couple minutes to walk from our room to the water’s edge! Wonderful location with great restaurants and shopping very nearby, even walking distance. The owner could not have been more available to respond to our questions. We have already booked to return to this unit next summer!

This property is gorgeous inside and out. Right on the beach as described and just as comfortable and cozy as it looks in the pictures. All questions were answered very quickly and any information I needed was emailed to me before our trip started! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was extraordinary. The condo is completely updated, very well maintained and in the prime location- perfect beachfront spot and also close to shopping, restaurants, bars etc. The owners provided us with an information packet ahead of our arrival which was very helpful. They also make themselves available in the event that guests need anything and when we did reach out they were incredibly responsive. We absolutely loved our time here!

A very happy week on the beach with my daughter and her 11y.o. at Madeira Beach. The condo was presented with new kitchen and details included. I frequently cook meals and appreciated the quality of the entire renovation. I had to drag the "girls" out at leaving time.

The unit looks to be recently remodeled. The view and location are perfect. As you know, not everything is going to be perfect. The bedding and beds, to me, were OK. If you like firm pillows, you are in luck. If not, consider bringing your own. The appliances, pots/pans have seen better days; however, it is understandable with the number of guests in and out in a year. If you use kitchen dish rags, bring them. Sponges are stocked. Also, only one dish towel, so consider bringing more especially for a longer stay. Was great having the full size washer/dryer in its own room. If the unit was available next year, we definitely would have booked it and probably for the next several years...we liked it that much. Great communication with hosts which is important. If you choose to stay in this condo, you will not be disappointed.

Everything about this condo was “spot on”. From the ease of booking to the welcome email to the quick response from the owners regarding anything we needed while at the condo. We have stayed in many different units within Las Brisas, but none have compared to this one. Every detail has been considered…down to hand soap and facial wipes in each bathroom. It felt more like a home away from home than a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked…..there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. Thanks again for an amazing week! We hope to return to your paradise in the near future.
