THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY for family, friends, golf or corporate groups!! Where else would you rather be? A very large property with more than 4 acres of private space, heated pool, sport court, mini golf and much more. Our Golf courses, world class restaurants, sedona, Grand Canyon and the incredible state of Arizona will be at your fingertips. Ask about transportation. We own a transportation company!
This home is a fabulous place to be. Professionals, athletes, entertainers, or those with exclusive taste will all enjoy this home. Almost 2,000 feet of six foot stuccoed wall encloses this 4½ ACRE compound. Enter through the front gates to a broad pavered drive. This is the least expensive home of its ELITE class in all of Scottsdale / Cave Creek / Carefree.
Dream home finishes and fixtures. Versailles Travertine. Five star island kitchen. Gas stove, pot filler, three ovens, and bar stool seating for eight. Lavish living spaces. Wonderful family wings. This property was absolutely beautiful. The host was very informative and readily available if I had any questions. I will definitely stay here again. A lot of great memories were made at this wonderful house.

Our family was really comfortable. Wide open spaces with plenty of seating and beds for our group of 18. The kids loved the pool and the movie room (ages 1-10). Quiet area/neighborhood. We had a lot of fun playing mini-golf and basketball. Love the inground trampoline, super safe. We will definitely visit again -

Home needs maintenance. It is getting run down. Both sinks in Kitchen had leaks that ran out on floor. We cut water jugs to catch drips on one sink and quit using the other. Master shower was huge with 8 shower heads but only one worked. All the rest were clogged up with lime deposits. All bathrooms had this issue. Guest house shower was down to a trickle. Dining chairs had holes in seats…house needs maintenance badly. Sad to see it just let go.

John the owner met me at arrival. He has everything setup to easily control hot tub, stereo, tv, etc. very professional setuwep and he was very nice and easy to work with. Quick responses and great communication! The house itself is an entertainers dream

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet atmosphere, no close up neighbors. The pool was our favorite and pool slide was the hit for a little ones and teens. We experienced everything they had to offer. Enough room for our whole family of at times up to 26. We will definitely book this property again. John was the best host, very caring and responded right away.

The property and the features are done very well. However, the property is old and very rundown and is not well kept. It was very dirty furniture and amenities are broken and unusable. The house is infested with bugs and we believe there is a serious mold problem in this home, I had to leave a day early due to severe asthma attack after only spending 30 minutes in the game room

My family members really enjoyed the pool and the miniature golf course. In fact, most of our time was spent in the pool.
Every morning some of us would play a round of miniature golf which was loads of fun.
We could never get one of the TVs to work but the ones that were the most important worked great.
The kids enjoyed watching the kid movies in the theater in the evening.
Overall, we really enjoyed this home.
The owner was very quick at responding to all our questions.

We had a wonderful time in the mansion there was plenty of activities around the place that my 7 year old boy enjoyed. He turn seven and has Autism he loves to swim so he spend a lot of time swimming jumping in the trampoline and in the playground, He also enjoyed the movie theater. I have a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us we had a great time!!!

My friends and I recently stayed at this property in Cave Creek for a bachelor party and we were very happy with the accommodations. Although the property is a little off the beaten path, once there, it was like our own oasis. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer including the pool, basketball, pickleball, mini golf, and so much more. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Very unique property and great for a large family.
The back yard is great and has something for all ages.
It was a lot of fun.
Everything worked except the large oven which was a problem with a large Christmas dinner. We had to go buy a smoker to get the job done. I would ask about this before I booked a large party in the future.
Overall, everyone had fun and the property is in pretty good shape but could use a little TLC.

The Xmas decorations were a fun surprise and appreciated. The size of the house was adequate for our large family. There are definitely repairs that are needed, especially for kid safety. One oven didn’t work. Casita fridge and door didn’t work. Shower controls difficult to manage. Some needed cosmetic updates are easily noticed. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overall the amenities were what was advertised. However, for a rental property in the off-season at almost two thousand dollars a night a lot of work needs to be done on the property. Various doorknobs, towel racks etc were not working or would come off. One of the ovens did not work properly. Multiple rooms in the home and the entire guest house did not have working air conditioning and in 100 degree heat it was a safety concern and a habitability issue. We contacted the owner two hours into our stay stating the air conditioning was not working. We were told he’d get someone to look at it the next day and that it was working properly when we arrived (This wasn’t true because the thermostat read 87 degrees). No one came to look at it during our entire 4 day stay. A lot of activities to do on site, but there are much nicer rentals for cheaper in the area.

Spacious and Relaxing
We had a group of 14 adults and 7 kids, there was plenty of space for everyone. We spent everyday all day in the pool, the water temp was perfect, the spa heated up quickly every night.
The kids loved eating chicken nuggets at the swim up bar. The teens got alot of use out of the game room.

We had 19 for a family reunion with young children. We spent most of the time outside between the pool, the hot tub, water slide and mini-golf. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. We even saw the full moon rising just over Black Mountain last night sitting in the hot tub. Great spot and voted by our group as one of the best places we have rented for our reunions.

The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. We even saw the full moon rising just over Black Mountain last night sitting in the hot tub. Great spot and voted by our group as one of the best places we have rented for our reunions.

It is absolutely breath taking in many respects, with multiple bedrooms and a separate casita with workout room. Outdoor facilities included a pool, water slide, spa, tennis court, 9 hole putt-putt course, basketball court, in ground trampoline, shuffle board, bean bag toss and more. Indoor activities included a pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, air hockey and more. The indoor theater seats 10+ and was perfect for movies and viewing football games and other sports. The youngsters also used the screen for their Play Station 4 gaming. There are TVs in practically every room, and the high tech remotes provided access to a wide variety of programming and entertainment. There is ample space for dining ( two large tables seating 8-10 each), and there is a large wrap around bar with comfortable stools in the huge kitchen.
There were a couple of minor disappointments. The biggest was the unavailability of the large primary oven due to a part that had been on backorder for several months. This caused a work around with the other two available ovens (one regular size and one small) to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for twenty people. The second disappointment was the discovery of a few places the cleaning team missed prior to our arrival. However, these minor blemishes did not affect the overall enjoyment of all of our guests during our stay. Everyone had a great time!
It is important to point out that there is more than ample space for lounging and visiting in the large family areas (multiple couches and comfy chairs in an area where ceilings are 25+ feet high!). The size of the property also allows one to take time and find a place, inside or outside, to enjoy a few moments of privacy when needed. Parking also exceeds any anticipated requirements.
There is no reason to leave this house during your stay, but if you choose to there is plenty to do in this area -- hiking, eating out, tourist side trips, or even going hot air ballooning.
Finally and most importantly, the owner/manager was friendly and personable. He was also accessible and very helpful when needed. The provision of limo ride to the airport for some of our guests at the end of our stay was a welcome bonus!
