The house is about 40 yards from the water, with lots of open space in between. We provide lawn furniture, a charcoal grill, a bonfire area, and a sandbox for small children.

*** There's a canoe, as well as 2 kayaks available for use (no charge) - to take a peaceful glide out on to the lake! ***

We do not have a boat dock, but we do have steps that lead down to the water, as well as a gentle walk down area to the lower left of the property. There is often beach area available, depending on the water level. In the past, we've kept our pontoon anchored in the water (an option for anyone bringing a boat).

We were very impressed with the large home and property on Table Rock Lake. Kids and adults had their own special spaces but were also able to come together in the open kitchen and dining area. We won’t soon forget the old shoe comfort of this special lake house. We also appeciated the prompt and courteous responses to our questions. Thanks so much!

Very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed our days on the water and in the home. It was very comfortable for our group. The water is a bit muddy for a few feet coming off of the small beach so bring water shoes. However, we enjoyed being able to swim freely without the worry of boats going through constantly. Great vacation overall!

We liked the location, the house itself, and the privacy. The house needed some updates, the outdoor chairs were broken or too weathered to be comfortable. He water was in no way clear, but that is nature, not the fault of the lister, but that photo of theirs of he clear water rocky jetty must be from somewhere else. He kids played, we fished, we swam. Like I said, it was good, but could have been a bit better

Really liked the house. Quiet location on King’s River Arm. Not much boat traffic, which was nice. Kitchen had everything we wanted. Bring your own coffee grinder:-) Two fridges-which were needed and appreciated for our large group. A bit of a drive to get supplies, so just plan ahead for groceries and activities away from house. Overall a lovely week away from ‘civilization’, but not too far away! Thanks Brian and Jennifer!
