About this house rental

Two story with 2 full baths on the lake. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the door! Room for Trailer parking onsite. Easy walk into the lake access stairwell. Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2 waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos).

There is no fee for parking one boat on our docks. You may park one trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot assignment. For extra boats the boat docking fee is $1.50 per foot per day with a $30 a day minimum and you must arrange for this before your arrival. You can rent a boat lift when available. Inquire with the owner and provide length, width, make and weight to get a quote for daily, weekly or monthly rates.

On-site we have 2 RV pads with 20/30/50 amp electric, free Wi-Fi, water and sewer. Ask for a quote based on the RV's size and number of the RV's visitors. $50 per night up to 35 feet long.

Kayak rentals on-site: We have beginner and intermediate kayaks. Each kayak includes a paddle, a rope and a life vest. Please make reservations in advance to insure availability.

Do you also want to throw an Event for up to 100 guests ?

If you want to have a daytime wedding reception, party or other event outside during your stay there will be additional charges. Contact us for a quote.

We have 2 acres and can accommodate parties of up to 100 day visitors outside with plenty of parking in a concrete parking lot. The fee for this is quoted based on the number of people and special arrangements made by the owner all in advance. Party hours are limited to 10 am to sundown no exceptions. You must book the home with up to 7 overnight guests to reserve the location days and nights and the day party can be added in by dealing directly with the owner or agent/rep in charge.

If this is agreeable we can finalize the details and rent your overnight stay through HomeAway, VRBO or the site that referred you.

We have had weddings, birthdays, holidays and all sorts of celebrations at this property. We can provide services to help you throw the party.

All pets must comply with the following specifications and be approved in advance (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest to Property Owner upon request):
1. Must be at least 1 year of age or older and less than 50 pounds. No exceptions.
2. Must be spayed or neutered.
3. Cats must be de-clawed.
4. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations, treated for fleas/ticks and all other government required vaccinations.

Directions: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. To the left of our gate entrance is the entrance to Lakeview Marina.

We had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. The deck is the star and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an enjoyable time. Home is very comfortable and clean. View of the lake is was very nice. Was here in January so the area was very quiet and relaxing. Would be absolutely perfect for a summer stay.

Our first impression was how clean the house smelled. It was easy to find - it was dark and raining when we arrived, so that should tell you something! You do have to walk about 20-30 yards from the parking spot to the house, so I'd recommend bringing a small folding wagon and umbrella just in case. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. We didn't get to enjoy the fishing pier due to the weather, but it was so relaxing to stay in and enjoy the view with all the windows! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our little getaway & look forward to going back.

The boathouse and large patio offered great views, was well stocked and was the perfect weekend getaway. To launch our pontoon, the closest public ramp was 4 miles away, called April Plaza. The marina and ramp next door are private since 2022. The upstairs is a single space for kitchen, dining, living and sleeping. Perfect for couples.

We live in College Station and wanted to stay on the lake Saturday night. House is in great location, reasonably priced and clean. Good for a couple and maybe another person but anymore adults than that and it’s going to get tight,

It was a relaxing, lake and fishing weekend for my son's 13th birthday. Great location with quick access to restaurants and stores. Also, it was great having a private pier, allowing us to fish at our leisure. Plus, the large outdoor patio was perfect for gorgeous sunrises with morning coffee!

This property is perfect for a small group or family! Me and my Life Partner had an amazing relaxed time. The VRBO pictures don't do this place justice. The views are amazing and everything except the bathroom is on the second level, so if you can't walk stairs this is not a place for you! It's located next to a boat ramp which can get busy and noisy but we love boating so it did not bother us. Very well kept and very clean. Plenty of great shade for fishing on bottom deck but, we did not fish and a lot of local nearby restaurants! I recommend this property!

Loved our stay! Our family enjoyed hanging out upstairs in the open room - cooking in the kitchen while playing a game of pool. We all had a great time! Definitely will come back in the summer time for fishing and lake activities!!

We found the place fairly easily. We are over 60 and had trouble with sleeping spaces on top floor, and bathroom at bottom of a steep stairway. We were booked for a week, but only slept there one night. We came back during the week to fish, and my 2 yo grand daughter caught a nice catfish.

Very relaxing. Great location close to dining. Decor is super relaxing. Would have given 5 stars on cleanliness but there were ants on the counter, especially under the welcome basket. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This house is located right on the water, with a view that could not be beat - we were up each morning to watch the sunrise! Accommodations were comfortable and more than adequate - we had three adults, and each of us had our own bed. The kitchen was well-stocked with necessities, and we cooked several meals, though there are several nearby restaurants that we also enjoyed. All in all, a fantastic stay, and we are already looking forward to perhaps return next year!

I book this property because they allowed events and I wanted to us it for my wedding. I dont like that event though I paid all fees (even the extra fees that was added that's not listed on contract) they wouldn't give me the key to property without a copy of my debit card and I.D. This isn't my first time renting property, Ive used Homeway and Airbnb and the whole point is to know that the online transaction is secure and my personal information is not being compromised. I Dont Recommend renting from this property owners because now I have to go through the process of cancelling my bank card and getting a new one because now the card has been comprsmised and i dont feel comfortable with the fact that i was forced to let them make a copy of my card and I.D. Even when I talk to owner about her was not willing to listen and didn't care.
