Come spend a magical vacation with us and enjoy our comfortable waterfront studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. We're close to downtown and shopping, yet our inland location avoids beach traffic and congested parking. BUT, the beautiful white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island are just a short 2 mile drive away. We cherish our 4th floor view of the waterway and think you will, too!

This unit provides a kitchenette with 2 burner glass cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, a large coffee maker, and a full sized refrigerator. Entertainment includes digital TV service and high speed internet. The futon couch becomes a comfy full-size bed allowing extra sleeping space for adults or children. An extra air bed can be provided on request.

Pirate's Bay is a marina resort property offering a boat slips for the traveling sailor, and a great place to hang out for the landlubber. Our large marina allows you to stroll along the docks and enjoy beautiful sunsets along Santa Rosa Sound, or spend a relaxing time casting a line into the depths to catch a fish. If you are looking for a slip to dock your boat, we may be able to help find one to fit your boat size.

We have two units on the same floor, and can often make the second one available if your party needs more space. Each unit is priced individually but they are essentially identical with the same view. Like most travelers, our pricing is based on what WE would like to pay for a vacation. We take great pride in making sure our guests' needs are met, and welcome your questions about the place or the area. If you have a special situation please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Great location and beautiful views. The property had everything we needed but could use a serious deep clean. Dust everywhere, hair all over couch, there was a roach IN THE BED, our feet were black from the floors. The hostess was very nice and attentive but I probably will not book again due to cleanliness.

Efficiency condo with a lovely view of the back bay of Ft. Walton. Everything you need, even an adequate array of spices. Bathroom slightly dated but everything was clean. I'd stay at this location again, unit B410.

My husband, my almost 4 year old, and i stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect size for us. We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy listening to the rain on the bay. We went down to the small beach and saw many different types of crabs which was a great leaening opportunity for my kiddo! We will definitely be back!

Cozy space with a wonderful view. I had priced this against some hotel options, and couldn't resist one with a nice view and pleasant surroundings while staying a few days for business. If you're traveling from out of town, pay the little extra (if you have to) to stay on the water for a view. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and very hospitable.

This condo is an amazing place to stay, it has all of the necessities and has an absolutely beautiful view! We comfortably slept 5 people. We have zero complaints. I will most definitely be staying again in the future! The owners are so very kind and helpful! 5 Star Experience!

Steve our host responded promptly when we had questions. Great to have such quick response! Unit was clean and well stocked with needed appliances, including towels and such. It was a great location near family and amenities. Loved the pool, got to meet some great people staying there!

We really enjoyed the property. Nice and easy to get to and just the right size for our little family. The only little complaint we had was the pool was really dirty but I think that had a lot to do with all the storms coming through. Overall a really nice place. We will definitely book with them again!

Our stay at pirates bay was very nice. We usually stay on the beach but chose not to this time to save money. This location was perfect. The pool was huge and never crowded. The futon in the unit has a very nice mattress it was firm but not hard and very thick. It was very clean other than the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom seemed to be collecting mold, and you could see behind the shower walls there was what looked to be mold underneath. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay. Oh, the water pressure in the shower was awesome!!! I would stay again in hopes the mold was gone!

Unit is well appointed and was very clean. Main bed was comfortable and my young daughter slept very soundly in a pull out bed which was easy to set up. Also liked they provided a large fan. Got an email a couple days before with all the information from the owner as to checking in, code for pull, etc. My daughter loved the pool, which is quite large and the place is a five minute drive, without traffic, over the bridge to the public beaches on Okaloosa Island. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about Steve and his great communication with me as I messed up the lock combo the first day being there. His response was instant and he came quickly to fix it. The condo was perfect for my husband and I! The location was central to meeting up with our military friends. Definitely looking forward to another visit in the fall.

The pricing was affordable the weekend before Valentine's Day. Has some basic seasonings and plenty of kitchen items for cooking/eating with, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker (be sure to bring creamer), loved balcony view, elevator available to floor, small hair dryer available, towels & toilet paper provided... easy to get on tough with host, just overall a good experience and would go with same host again!

Enjoyed our stay except for the tropical storm during the time of our stay but felt safe in the condo and enjoyed relaxing and exploring the area when weather was safe to travel in. Nice area and nice condo unit. Hope to reserve condo unit again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at this property! I had an amazing time with my mom, everything was provided as far as kitchen needs. We only had to bring food to cook for our stay. Everyone in the building was friendly and nice. The only thing was that the restroom outside where we have to use a code to get in was sort of dirty but that is all. But other than that I had a great time. I will definitely be staying there again and recommending my family to stay there.

The room was small but perfect. The location was great. Super close to Destin and Okaloosa Island. There is a small beach on the property where we spent most of our time. The room was pet-friendly and our dogs loved the beach and sitting on the patio in the sun. We were able to meet the owner Steve who was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This converted hotel room with limited amenities was exactly what we needed!!!!We prefer to travel with our cat, who was welcomed aboard this ship in Pirates Cove. Tastefully decorated, beautiful view of the bay, comfortable bed, shower, full frig, small "kitchen" ....everything we needed for our stay. Please note that the door handle at the entrance needs to be PULLED UP rather than PUSHED DOWN, to complete access. Would recommend this unit if you prefer to "keep it simple," no frills, just comfort.
