We welcome special groups, Proms, weddings, church and corporate retreats, homecomings...etc "Special rates may apply".
Special groups must have pre approval before booking.

Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

TWO living rooms, each one is 20 X 40 ft.with TWO open concept gorgeous kitchens and TWO dining rooms that has wrap around 22 windows so you see, feel and hear the majestic sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. 6 large and beautifully designed bed rooms with custom built in XL bunk beds that are designed to sleep adults or kids. Unique nautical designs to give the feeling of the ocean and the sea while you have the most comfortable night sleep on our 8" cool gel memory foam mattresses. We truly went over and above the norm to give you the most wonderful experience you could ever have in a beach house. Oceanic nautical art work decorate the walls through out the entire house. The kitchens are open with custom cabinets that have glass doors to let you see what inside which is the very colorful dishes, pots and pans and top of the line utensils. 4 Bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom built showers that have large refreshing shower heads that will definitely make you love the feeling of clean again.

Top of the line large capacity washer and dryer to accommodate all your laundry needs.
The wrap around balconies will give you the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico as you stand on one of the highest balconies on the entire Island. The front balconies measures nearly 2000 sq.ft. in addition to that all the rooms have their own access to the wrap around balconies of this 3500 sq.ft. home, come see for yourself. Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for pets brought to the property. Pet fees are determines as follows and must be approved by owners:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs: $100 per pet

The property was beautiful. The size is amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. The young people enjoyed the boat theme of the house. The size was an overkill for us. We were a family of 9, and the property easily fit 20 or more people. It was like living in two separate apartments. It would be great for family reunions, or huge families. Everyone was in awe the minute we all walked through the door. Amazing is the best word for it. The only downside is that we did not have a beach view, but the good side was, we were only a 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Great property; however, house was not ready until 4:45. The trash was overfull and stunk, the dishes were in dishwasher, and the place just felt a bit humid. I would still rent again as ot worked great for a large group of fishermen.

We loved our stay at this home. The house itself is like two homes stacked on top of each other. Both floors have full kitchen and laundry set up. Everything was decorated so cute. Lots and lots of sleeping choices. We went with a group of 12 and had so many extra beds and spaces. The house is not right on the beach however it is super easy to walk to the beach and a short walk. You can see the ocean from both of the patios. There were plenty of beach towels. Nice area to wash off the sand on bottom level. Host was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

I had not realized there were 2 kitchens and 2 living areas before arriving! It is very spacious, updated and welcoming. The decks were amazing! Close proximity to the beach was perfect!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a good family reunion. We were about 38 people including children of all ages. And we enjoyed it so much it’s so close to the beach like it says in the description. And the house was nice we all got nicely and still had space. We all enjoyed our stay and we are very happy.

The house was festive and clean. Only hiccups were a full washer left behind by the cleaners, and no TV’s in the majority of the bedrooms. The doors did stick a bit, and were difficult to lock. I think this had more to do with humidity than anything else. Before arrival there was some concern about parking availability, but we had more than enough space under the first floor. The beach was a short walk from the house. Definitely doable unless you have mobility issues. My elderly grandmother was with us, and was able to make it up to the first floor and to the beach with a little assistance.

This house is huge with 2 kitchens & 2 laundry rooms. Our big party was very comfortable. It’s literally like 5 houses down from the beach so a short walk which was very convenient. Loved the shower outside to rinse off sand also. Very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this property!

Everyone enjoyed the location, the views from the decks where awesome. The short walk to the beach was a breeze. All bathroom rugs were nasty and hard. The information in the brochure wasn’t accurate regarding garbage pickup days, the grad DD was uncut, there were no remotes for the bedroom televisions. Even after texting the contacts the remotes were never provided during our stay. There were only three wash clothes and very few towels available. Thankfully, shopping wasn’t far.

We booked this property for a family reunion (10 adults and 11 kids) and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids LOVED the boat themed beds. With a full kitchen both upstairs and downstairs, we were all able to cook without getting in each other's way. A beautiful beach was only a very short walk away and the huge wraparound porches were the perfect way to end the day watching the sunset.

We had a large family group. This home delivers! We had all the room that we needed. We spent so much time on the outside decks. You can see and hear the waves from the decks and the breeze was amazing. The host was super friendly and responsive. It is everything that it is advertised to be a d more. We would highly recommend this property!!!

Property is good enough for our big group with different ages, its clean but we feel like the top linens were not clean enough because some has distinct smells, but house is nicely decorated, short distance to the beach and the owner was responsive to issues we have encountered during our stay.

Not a single issue! Everything was even better than advertised. Many personalities and different age groups in our vacation, yet I didn't hear a single complaint or even critique. Oh, except an elevator would be nice. Lol

With our group size we enjoyed the space as it did not feel like we were crowded. Having the 2 kitchens made it convenient. There were a few minor things that could have made the stay better but overall it was nice.

We housed our young adult cousins and 2 little ones here. They were 1 door down from our main hospitality house. And a short walk from the beach! There are 2 full kitchens and plenty of beds! We rented another house from Layla & Zuhair and they were fabulous hosts. Answered questions right away and since one of houses was ready early, allowed us an early check-in. We did not need them for anything during the stay! If you are traveling with little ones, might want to throw in baby gate for stairs and we discovered our littlest one slept best in the nice dark large laundry room. Next time we will also take them up on the golf cart rentals! Perfect family reunion. And be sure and plan pix on the beach!

The property was perfect for our 20 people. It has two levels exactly the same so we weren’t on top of each other. It’s not beachfront but about a block down walk from the beach. It was cute!

We rented this great property for a large group. The layout is perfect to accommodate a larger group with plenty of room between both floors. The house has plenty of beds and sitting arrangements. Property was clean, nicely decorated, and the bedding was nice. Overall one of the best stays/rentals I have seen. 5 stars from this customer owner is very responsive!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was amazing. It fit our group perfectly for the weekend. The house is much bigger in person. It was nice having two kitchens so we can cook our meals more efficiently too. House came with plenty of towels, silverware, cooking supplies and fresh water to cook with. Mr. Zuhair was very helpful if we needed anything & had a wonderful golf cart for us to rent. There's a gas station less than 5 minutes away which we got supplies from. Parking was not a problem at all as there are many spots for your group. Overall, we had a great time here & would highly recommend renting this beach house!
