About this apartment rental

This condo is a secluded location steps away from the beach in the beautiful Tiki luxury condominium complex. This condo is a Ground floor unit with 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Beautiful tropical gardens surround by 2 nicely heated swimming pools. Our condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 1 full size futon in the living room with recliner. This kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, stainless electric range/oven, stainless fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with one flat screen TV in the living room and another TV in the master bedroom. TV channels are Satellite. WIFI internet service is provided and free long distance.

Bed linens and bath towels are also included. You would only need to bring your personal items.
The tiki condominiums are located across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for bird watching.
South Padre Island is a 34 mile long stretch of white sand bordered to the east by the Gulf of Mexico and to the west by the Laguna Madre bay. The conveniences and attractions of a modern resort coupled with miles of pristine Island terrain. The white sandy beaches of South Padre are known throughout the Unites States (ranked as one of Americas top 10 beaches), with emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico serving the perfect backdrop for spectacular sunsets.

The Island is the perfect playground for sailing, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, kite boarding, diving, snorkeling, dolphin watching; horseback riding, shopping and evenings come alive with dining, dancing and music. Large selections of fine restaurants are available and you may even be able to cook your catch.

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, room was clean with a beachy vibe. Biggest perk was that the room location was right off the beach, only a few steps 1-2 minute walk. We got a chance to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. Check-in instructions were easy to understand. Heidi provided clear details on parking at the Tiki as well. Definitely would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.

We’ve booked this condo twice and it’s the perfect location and amenities. This time we took our dog and two kids. We like the security that walks around keeping everything calm. We enjoy the band playing next door and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. You can see the beach from the patio! We will be back next year!

The condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway and we love that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki and this condo didn't disappoint. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

This is a great little condo for a weekend getaway with pets! Nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice patio very close to the ocean! My dogs enjoyed the large grassy area right outside. Of note, there is a large hotel next door with a resort style pool and bar/nightclub with large open windows that is extremely loud until midnight, so for people looking for something quiet, this probably isn’t for you.

This was my first time to PAdre Island. The condo was perfect, clean, felt like at home. Amazing location, footsteps to the beach. We cannot wait to come back and we were not ready to leave. I posted on Facebook that my friends should go to tiki condos thank you so much

Unit was very close to beach, we were able to enjoy music from Bar Louie and Live music from Clayton’s after bar Louie closed. It was a perfect size for us, not to big to maintain like back home lol. Heidi, our host was very quick to respond for any questions or concerns I had. Besides hearing the hubby/son complain about the toilet being extremely close to the shower doors it was an overall great stay.

We enjoyed it only thing we got the area where dogs go poop did not like that… we followed the rules people were smoking where no smoking signs we at we were told no outside bbq pits allowed but people brought and used their own ..their were people in pool without wrists bands my granddaughter did not visit due to the rules no one was following thanks

Cute condo. Great location. Beautiful, clean beach a short walk a way. Patio overlooks the dog park so having people walk by at odd hours only down side. Would definitely stay there again.

There may not be enough room to type all the wonderful things that I have to share about this condo, location, and experience. Heidi is fabulous. She keeps this property in perfect condition. Her taste in decor is perfect. Everything is top notch quality. I love every inch of this place! The location is steps from the beach. You can see and hear the waves from your patio. We felt "at home" from the moment we stepped in the condo. Everything thing you may need, she's provided. The bed is so comfortable. I loved the walk in shower! The patio is huge and has a gate at the end where we could take our two dogs right out to the pet relief area. It was so convenient! The grounds are beautiful. We felt very safe here. They have security and they are present, not tucked away somewhere in an office. Staff are routinely keeping trash receptacles emptied and grounds clean. The ladies at the front office were so sweet and accommodating. There are too many positives and I could go on and on. We both were so sad to leave! Our dogs were so happy here! I, selfishly, want to keep this place a secret! It's perfect! Heidi's is the best! Thank you so much for sharing this gem!

The condo was better than advertised. Condo was beautiful and 30 yards from the beach. Beach view from the patio. Parking was easy and always available because Tiki required a parking pass. Great experience.

This was our visit to the Tiki and this unit is the best so far. It's very close to the beach, so that was an easy walk. If you have pups, it's dog friendly and the dog-walk area is just outside your door on the first floor. Bar Louie is right next door and it closes early, and isn't excessively noisy in my opinion. Communication with Heidi (owner) was excellent and everything worked as it should (internet, a/c, TV). I will definitely try to get this unit on my next visit to SPI.

Had a great time. Fantastic beach access. The beach has umbrellas and chairs but they are for rent only. Price is $35 cash for 2 chairs and the umbrella. Property unit has everything you could need. The couch that folds out is a bit uncomfortable but the master king is perfect. My only warning would be Friday - Sunday the Marriott hotel next door Bar Louis pool/beach bar has a DJ and loud music until around 10:30.

This property sleeps 2 in the bedroom, and one in the living room on a full size pull out futon. The recliner is tiny and should not be listed as a sleeping option. Also, the sofa in the pictures is not in the property any more. We had to drive to Port Isabel to purchase a blow up mattress in order for our kids to have a place to sleep for our stay. The owner Heidi was resistant to do anything about this and was insistent the futon was a queen. The tag said full size. Thankfully after calling and texting her she was willing to pay for the blow up mattress after speaking with her and sending her proof via picture that it was a full size not a queen. Overall, this is great for a couple not a family of 4. The location was excellent.

The condo was perfect and exactly like the pictures showed. We will definitely come back here. Beach is a very short walk from condo. The bed was very comfortable. My one and only problem and for most I am sure isn't a issue, but I need a fan to sleep and there isn't one in the room. I went to Walmart and bought a box fan and all was good. Also we left our umbrella in the closet for all to use, so you don't have to rent from the company on the beach. Again very happy here.
