A Jewel, an oasis. 'Mauian History' can be seen in the established planting of an incredible garden that is lovingly maintained. Separate laundry room, new, huge barbecues beside an immaculate pool, many full lounge chairs and wonderful community at the 5 o'clock happy hour. Unit has well appointed kitchen and new dishes and bedding. Free Wi-Fi, new T.V. Freshly painted and decorated with antiques. A simple, and comfortable respite!

The hosts are wonderful. We forgot an item and they helped coordinate a pick up in a timely fashion. The unit is a bit dated and there was no AC, but with the windows open it was not a problem in May. The unit is well located by the beach in a quiet area, and also has beach chairs and umbrellas.

We had a very comfortable, cozy stay. The location was perfect for all the activities our friends had planned, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The included parking spot and pool access were great perks that we took advantage of. The host was communicative and friendly. Would stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed for 12 days. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed, especially in the kitchen was provided. The place was clean and quiet. There is a pretty garden below and the lawn has holes for practicing putting; the pool is perfect for an evening swim if one doesn't feel like walking a few minutes to the beach. Also, the place is close to the ABC store, a restaurant and a farmer's market; the rest of Kihei is just a short distance away by car. We enjoyed our stay at this condo!

2nd floor unit had no a/c so was uncomfortable with temps in the high 80s even with the windows open and the fans on high. The unit could also use some updating. Location is great and the complex was very quiet.

There was a little misshap when we checked-in, the process was clear and well explained, however the apartment had not been cleaned. It was obvious several little and bigger details that the cleaning people had not come. I immediately wrote to Dona, explaining the situation and what needed attention, and we went to bed using towels as we'd had a long day of travelling. In the morning I saw Dona had replied, she was very nice and apologetic, and had a call so we quickly figured out a plan so the cleaning staff could come while we went out. We were impressed with how efficiently Dona handled the situation, and when we came back later everything was perfect. The apartment itself served out purposes perfectly, I will only say unfortunately the oven did not work when we were there (but the range did). Apart from that everything was great, it is well located and a great jumping point to visit all around the beautiful island of Maui. And well , these things happen, we are all human, the most important is how receptive Dona was and it got resolved quickly. Mahalo!

This is a hard one to write because I know it will only get harder to book again the more people find out about it, but legit I couldnt have found a better spot. This owner has outdone the hotels in the area in every way. I actually miss it like you miss your grandma's home.

The room was spacious & clean. The only problem was mother nature. It was Maui's Dora effect. The wind was bad, blowing dust all day long. The wild fires caused smoke in the air. Take Dora out of the picture, it was a great visit.

It’s a nice place for one person or a couple. Cute courtyard in the back with a nice pool. The blinds to the front door open and close from the outside so anyone walking by could open them. They stayed shut for my stay, so I don’t think that happened though. Nice quiet neighborhood but not very walkable, not very many sidewalks. The beach is right across the street, which is super convenient and there is beach supplies in the closet here. No AC but that wasn’t an issue for me because I was only here at night and turned on the fans and opened a window. A clean place but there were some bugs that’s crawled out of the sink and bathtub drains.

This place felt like my first college apartment. It is in a quiet, centrally located area. However, the couch is so trashed you can’t even sit on it. Definitely don’t plan to sleep on it or the pull out, especially with no blankets available. Also, the amount of power strips had me concerned about fire, the whole time. Pretty sure the stove should be plugged into the wall, not a power strip. Might be why the oven doesn’t work either.

We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included in the room, they allowed us to really relax and enjoy the beach! We appreciated the extra fans as well! Pool area was also very nice. Great location on the island for driving to other areas/towns since its towards the middle!

A simple quiet place that has just what you need. Wake up in the morning listening to the waves and watching the chickens with their baby chick's roam and looking at the sunrise. Communications with the host were amazing. She answered all questions in a timely matter and even when I got stuck for a few extra days bc of the hurricane she was so helpful. I love Kihei and everything it has to offer. The great shops and restaurants. Check out 4th Friday in Kihei is awesome.

Loved that it was somewhat secluded and away from the crowd. Dona was very responsive and helpfull. The lack of a/c was the only real downside. Only a problem late in the afternoon when it got warm. We had a great stay!

The owners were wonderful and responsive but sadly the unit was very dated and lacked some of the creature comforts that we expected. FYI, there is no AC! There are tons of good restaurants within a 15 mile radius and much to explore on Maui. Enjoy!

The ease of getting into the unit was nice and easy. Cute little place with most everything one would need for a short stay. Water pressure was a little soft and make sure you have an extra roll TP. But beach access was wonderful, plenty of fans to keep you comfortable at night, and access to laundry and pool was very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you. Cheers.

This truly is a lovely property. Beautiful grounds, amazing pool, grills, washing facilities and private parking. It is literally 2 mins walk to SugarBeach. I was advised to stay in North Kihei so as to be close to all areas of the island. This property was perfect for that. The property is in good repair with the exception of the carpet in the bedroom. Many amenities-beach items, cooler, basic stocked cupboard. I’d recommend replacing the sleeper sofa soon. The cushions are not comfortable due to the springs. Cons: it is hard to get a natural breeze going. There is no AC, and so it gets pretty hot and sticky. Sometimes the trade winds blow in the right direction! The owners have provided 7 fans though. to their credit. We appreciated the 10pm-7am quiet hours. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We loved our first visit to Maui. We will recommend this property to our friends and family.

This location is perfect to achieve all your Maui dreams! We had the vacation of a lifetime!! Always just a short five away from a fruit stand where you can try all kinds of new and exotic fruits, from Lemon Meringue fruit, Jack Fruit, Mountain Apples, Sugarloaf and Maui Gold Pineapples and tons more!! Golden, silk sand beaches just across the street where we swam in the warm turquoise sparkling ocean with sea turtles coming by us on their daily routes for food. Tons of hikes that are near by and awe inspiring such as the Waihee trail. It’s a bit intense at first due to the steep incline, but breathing taking views all around as you ascend through the clouds. Great meals that are less than 30 minutes away at Maui Thai Bistro, Mako Roots (great vegan option, we ate here three times!) Fleetwood’s and Shave Ice from Peace Love Shave Ice in South Kihei. With as much beach time as we could get in between all of our adventures, this is the perfect spot to vacation. We love this location and it was our second time visiting, greatly looking forward to our next stay here! Thanks Dona!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. My best friend and I traveled to Kihei for a friends wedding and stayed for five nights. This condo was a dream come true. It is centrally located on South Kihei Road within walking distance of Ululani’s Shaved Ice (highly recommend), and the beach is directly across the street. There was always plenty of parking, and the space was perfect for the two of us to coexist comfortably for the week. I had a few questions come up during our stay, and Dona, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would love to come back and stay here again.
