About this house rental

Amazing house in the middle of a Christmas Tree Farm. Perfect for family reunions, company picnics, getaway trips, guy/girl weekend, rehearsal dinners or even small weddings. Only an hour from Arc Encounter/Creation Museam. This place has everything.... 1000 square foot Indoor basketball court with 22 foot ceilings, outdoor sand volleyball court, inground pool with automatic cover for safety, outdoor kitchen in pool area with a wood fire pizza oven, 10 acres of sprawling country and for complete privacy the house is set 1/4 mile off the road hidden by trees. Lots of room to move in the 6000 square foot home. Open floor plan with a large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless stain appliances. The entire backside of the main floor has large windows to enjoy the amazing forest view. There is a 400 square foot back patio off of the living room/kitchen. There is a second living room in basement that is equipped with 3 flat screen TV's so you will never miss a play of your favorite game. You can also enjoy a foosball game or get a good work out in the large basement. There is a walk out to the pool and patio. Six bedrooms and five full baths throughout the house. The master suite has a king size bed, dual head walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. We are located 15 minutes from ATP Tennis Center, Kings Island and The Beach water park. 7 minutes from historic Lebanon. 25 minutes from downtown Dayton and 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. You will LOVE this place

This was a great house for family vacation. There were 15 of us children aging from 20 months old to 11 years old. Three grandparents for siblings with their significant others we had a great relaxing time. Our host was awesome. We enjoyed the pool and the pizza oven and the basketball court. The kids played on the volleyball court. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re having a big group. There were seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, huge kitchen and living room. Upper and lower deck. It was a great place just to be together. Thank you again.

Once again we found a home to creat lots of good memories. Pool, gym, upper deck, lots of chairs around the pool, big yard for games, table for cards and puzzles, kitchen with lots of different appliances and lots of room for refrigerator items were all good. Thank you, Chris.

We were in town for our son's wedding. The house accommodated our party of 10 with more than enough space for everyone. There was plenty to do for all ages. We took advantage of the basketball court and heated pool, swimming every day. The covered deck was a favorite place for morning coffee and hanging out during the day. We only wished we had booked our stay longer.

It's a very nice house with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/living room area was a great place for everyone to relax and chat with each other. I would definitely recommend for large family gatherings. Chris was very nice and responsive should there be any concerns.

We came to the area for my son's wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Chris was so wonderful to work with and was responsive before, during, and after our trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area. The set up was wonderful for a variety of needs and they thought of everything needed for the stay.

We had a great experience at this location. There was plenty of room and the house is set up to have different options. We had a variety of ages and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The owner was in constant communication and was quick to respond if issues arose. We would come back again!

We stayed at this house for a family wedding in Franklin. It was amazing to have 4 generations of our family gathered for the weekend in this house. The dining space is perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy meals. We also had a campfire with my two parents in their 90's! What a special treat. Thank you to the owners for this fabulous opportunity!!

This house worked out great for our larger family vacation. We went to the Ark Encounter, on a Ohio River boat cruise, and to Kings Island. The local town of Lebanon is also very quaint & nice - and has a great brewery! The kids loved the pool & other things to do in and around the house (great sand volleyball court with lights). Chris was great on communication.

This house is exactly as advertised. Large enough for a big group to have space and enjoy time together lounging inside the house or enjoying the multiple outdoor spaces. Owner is friendly and responsive. We will be back and highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the greater Dayton area.

House was great with so many fun things to do-basketball court, ping pong, pool, and volleyball court. Chris was very accommodating. All 16 of us had a great time! We were here in the winter, but I bet summer would be even more amazing.

Property near suburbs and hidden off road in the country. Close to many attractions. Beautiful home that accommodated all very well. Basketball court and pool were a big hit. AC worked until our last day when it got stuffy upstairs. But we understood owner was working on getting it fixed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Owner was very accommodating!

We loved the basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table and POOL! Very private location and enjoyed walking the lane. Easy to work with property owners. It was not the cleanest house we've ever stayed in but would definitely go back. Spacious home to spend time together in a big group or find a space to yourself when needing to hop on a business meeting,etc. Thanks for the great stay!

10 adults, 12 grandkids (1 year old to 13 years old). This was our 2nd time here and it was wonderful!! Plenty of rooms - bedrooms and bathrooms. Basketball and volleyball courts were a hit, but the heated pool was the winner!! Chris was great to work with and answered all our questions once we got there. It was so awesome, we are coming back here for our next family vacation!!

We had 17 adults & 9 kids/babies during Our stay. The house is amazing, with tons of space. We made so many memories & loved all staying under one roof! Lots of outdoor space as well. Loved the pool & basketball court. Chris was super helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend. We will be back!

Chris, the property manager was great at communicating, accommodating and answering questions. Our son got married and we had 22 adults and 3 children staying. The kitchen was awesome for cooking, nice ovens and griddle. Our great neices loved, loved, loved the pool, games and swing set. There was so much space for them to run around and they didn't want to leave! Everyone enjoyed the deck for bird watching (bluebirds, peewee, phoebes and hummers) and meals as it is just off the kitchen/living room. At night we listen to the owls. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels for pool! It was a great weekend for our family!

Beautiful property with plenty of entertainment for all ages.. The pool with a diving board was the highlight. Everyone enjoyed the basketball court and volleyball court. Enjoyed watching the Olympics on the many televisions. The host was very helpful and obliging. Would love to return.
