What a super clean, everything you need place! We had lots of room, outside space, full moon viewing from the rooftop! Location perfect for many wedding venues in FC. I would repeat!

Great stay as we came in for CSU Parents Weekend. Location is great, just a few minutes away from Old Town and about 10 minutes away from campus. Nice layout of the home, perfect size for my family of 4. Not a lot of decorations and the kitchen only has "the basics" but none of that deterred from our visit. Used the grill a few times and everything went great. Owner is easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Weather was a little cooler than we hoped so didn't get to use the rooftop deck very much but it is a neat feature to the house.

Very nice rental with great views from the upper rooftop patio. The only issue we had was the shower wasn’t draining properly. The owner was contacted and quickly had someone come out and fix the problem.

We had a great stay at this place in Old Town North. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The place was clean and we had good communication with the owner. This location is excellent with easy access to Old Town Fort Collins. Would definitely recommend this spot, especially if you want to be in the Old Town area.

The house was overall clean and a great layout for what we needed. Kitchen is large. Could use some updates compared w some other places we’ve rented but everything worked. We bought a couple new fry pans and left behind as the ones there were unusable but that was minimal. Overall, beds were comfortable. Rooftop patio is great. I saw earlier a comment about pigeons. They’re definitely there. Just something to be aware of but didn’t stop us from using deck at all. I would consider staying again.

This place was in a great location. We liked the comfortable beds.
There were a few cleanliness concerns upon arrival like hairs in the bathtub, toilet paper in toilet and bird poop on rooftop furniture and railings.
The AC was not working during our stay and the dishwasher was not mounted properly to the wall causing the door to free fall on the floor. We reached out the first day of our stay and also the next day since there was no response. The property manager responded and was able to get the AC fixed that day. The dishwasher was still worked so we were able to use it.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things that could be corrected to make this day much more pleasant. The first is that the water filter in the refrigerator is in need of replacement. Also the ice maker is not functioning even though they indicator says that it is turned on. These are basic amenities, one would expect. Communication with the property manager brought no help. There are no chairs at all in the master bedroom. We were awakened by pigeons every morning about 6:00. They are roosting on the rooftop patio. Something lack of water and ice are a detriment on a vacation. Finally, there are multiple lights that are out throughout the house and need to be replaced. This should be checked by the cleaning service after every occupancy and reported to the property manager and promptly handled. We still managed to have a good time! The fireplace is really nice and the furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed being able to park inside as on street parking is crowded.

We spent 2 weeks at this property and were very comfortable.
The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, living & dining areas, and laundry room. We loved the fireplace, attached garage, rooftop deck, and great location near Old Town, breweries, and trails.

Great space for hanging with family. House was clean. Kitchen could use some updated pots and pans/cooking equipment. Outside deck area had beautiful view but so many pigeons!

Clean property, close to Old Town & Poudre River. Perfect for 5 adults. Need smooth out check-in process. Overall excellent property in new development.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for three nights. The home was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, plates/utensils, coffee pot and even a toaster. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets/blankets. Location was ideal and the roof top area was a great bonus. We would definitley visit again!

Ft Collins is a brewery paradise and this location is perfect. Close proximity to dozens of breweries and easily access to hiking and other outdoor activities.

Great place for CSU graduation. Easy walk to Old Town, but quiet at the townhouse. Easy check in.

Really nice place, near lots of fun things to do. Just wish there was more stuff like, spices. More silverware etc. Not a deal breaker at all. Oh, lights and some shade for the rooftop patio would have been nice too. These are nitpicking things for sure. We would stay there again when we come back to Ft Collins

Clean well maintained house. Close to everything in Fort Collins.

We were having a family reunion in Fort Collins and rented this house instead of getting hotel rooms and trying to gather in a hotel lobby especially during covid. The house is well laid out and very comfortable for groups. We had 7 of us staying there but had other family over for dinner and games and it didn't feel crowded. It was too cold to enjoy the rooftop but it had nice views. I think the only improvement I would recommend is mattress covers under the sheets and more/better kitchen items like pots and pans, cutting board....

We stayed in this property over Christmas weekend. The neighborhood looks fairly new (and is still being built). The house is nice on the inside. It wasn't 100% perfectly cleaned (some dusting was not done and one blanket had not been washed), but the 3 bedrooms on the upper level were perfect for us. The lower level had open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, with a fireplace. The location was easy to find and convenient to what we wanted to do in Fort Collins.

Loved it! We’ll definitely be back! Their home was wonderful, clean and nicely decorated! We loved the modern rustic feel! Very close to Old Town , restaurants and shopping! And hour or so to Boulder and Denver!
We hope to see you soon Colorado!!!

Great location, safe neighborhood and super clean. Will stay at again.

The property is just perfect for access to some great riding in the Boulder area. Bike trails, smooth roads and gravel access as well. The kitchen is well-equipped with groceries close by. The yard is a compact beauty with a great patio and lovely flowers. We will definitely be back.

Location provided easy access to downtown and the major breweries. Pictures accurately presented the property. First impression was less than favorable with numerous large weeds in the front yard, and in the side patio; stair carpeting had a number of stains. Rooftop patio was nice with good views of the mountains; a couch cushion was missing, no lights, no umbrella. Nice modern house in good location, but a bit pricey for what you are getting.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for the holidays. It is in a very safe and area of Fort Collins, CO. We had no problem finding grocery stores, restaurants for take out, gas stations and is very close to Old Town.

We had a great stay here. Great location- so fun to be able to walk to New Belgium Brewery. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy, and lots of space. Definitely recommend.

The house was very clean and spacious. Had a nice, big kitchen
for cooking and a large laundry room. It is not too from downtown to walk and it is in a quiet neighborhood. We
loved the rooftop seating area! From breakfast coffee to nite time star-gazing, you could find one of us up there.
We would return again.
