What's nearby:
This home is in the desirable Roads End neighborhood at the north side of town, close to Chinook Winds Casino, grocery stores, and restaurants. Stroll less than half a mile to beach access, or take a quick drive up to Roads End State Recreation Site for the easiest access to the sand. Please be aware that on-street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood, and be sure to only park in the four spots provided in the driveway or alongside the left of the house. After you're rested up and ready to take on the day, start with breakfast out at Wildflower Grill or grab a fresh donut at Captain Dan's Pirate Pastry.
Hunt for deals at the outlet mall, play a few games at the casino, then head out to the beach just in time to catch the sunset. There's plenty to do in Lincoln City (including scouring the seven miles of coastline for treasures), but if you're up for a day trip you might like to head about 10 miles south to charming Depoe Bay or 40 miles down to bustling Newport. Of course, thanks to Chinook Winds being a mere two blocks away, you have access to plenty of adventures without having to go quite that far! Treat yourself and your loved ones to a fun-filled Oregon Coast retreat. Book this home now, and start looking forward to your vacation!

It was smaller than the pictures made it look. The landscape could use some work. Parking 4 cars as advertised was difficult. If you had small cars it would be ok. I was not observant with the listing to notice that there is no AC. The beach nearby was beautiful and had soft sand. If you go into the stay knowing the place is older then it is fine.

House is super cute & well stocked. We did have to go get a few things but that’s to be expected. We had 10 guests and had plenty of space/rooms with comfortable beds. Mind you, a lot of coastal homes don’t have A/C so it was hot upon arrival but we kept windows open during the evening/ night and cooled it off quickly. Quick access to the beach and town! Pool table in the garage was a hit for teenage boys, kiddos loved the deck and watching deer nearby from it. We loved this house!

This house is a great place to stay, beautiful view and a wonderful place to enjoy time with family at the coast.

The accommodations were perfect and loved having three bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.

The pricing is outstanding for what is offered! A five minute walk from the beach, and close to store amenities. If your looking for a getaway with a small group, I highly recommend!

Not sure where to begin, the whole house is run down ,pots and pans need to be thrown away, bedding blankets had holes in them, bathrooms had black mold in spots, was chilly over Thanksgiving rented for family downstairs living room had no heat ,futon in bottom livingroom was broke and held together with zip ties, deck railings are dangerous rotted out ,stairs off back deck second floor stairs about half done was never told about them ,the pool table in garage was so torn up was useless huge tears in felt

Comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. Would be great during the summer. A bit shabby. Could use a spruce up. Enjoyed our stay...particularly the pool table.

This home was okay. It was not very clean. The oven when turned on had food at the bottom
That caused the whole house to smell. The pillows were all stained. The “clean” dishes that were in the cupboard had food on them. The outside in the front yard has not been taken care of for at least a few months and the front porch easily needs to be fixed as it is pulling away from the home.

Check-in/out was super easy and all communication was done in a timely manner. It wasn’t too bad, the house is cute and within walking distance to beach. Had enough beds to sleep all 10 of us. It was raining all three days we were there so we didn’t get to explore too much. Overall we had a great time celebrating my mother’s birthday with my immediate family.

The house is centrally located for shopping, walking, and accessing the ocean. The house worked well for me and my family. Three bathrooms was terrific for everyone getting ready in the mornings. The bedrooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kids truly loved the garage with the pool table. We would definitely recommend this house for families or groups.
4.0 / 5.0
The house was roomy as it had 2 floors. House is updated and lots of windows. We liked how close it was to the casino(roughly 2 blocks) and close to beach access. Good location and easy to get to.
2.0 / 5.0
Upon pulling up, the front has weeds taller than the 12 year old kids we brought. The stairs are rickety and the rail on the balcony was not tight at all.
There were lots of dishes but bairley enough silverware for the 9 of us.
The house was described to have a BBQ, which it did, however it was unusable due to the burner elements being broken. It was more like a flame thrower making the meals we had planned and shopped for difficult to cook with out a BBQ.
There was NO patio furniture. Just a pile of broken chairs under the balcony.
The fixtures were loose and the handle on the toilet fell off at each use. They did send someone to fix it but we had to vacate the house before anyone would come.
Being a house large enough to accommodate 10 the kitchen was lacking supplies for such a large group. No 9x13 casserole dishes, one sheet pan, and the largest skillet was 8 inches. With no usable BBQ this created a problem.
Linens were clean but we had to find them in the washing machine.
Overall, would we return to this house. Not likely.

When in this vacation home, the surrounding is quiet and beautiful, with deer stopping by after sunset. This home is blocks away from access to the public beach, grocery stores and restaurants, super convenient!!!

There was a lot to love about this house. The layout was nice, it was not hard to find (big deal to someone directionally challenged), and there were a lot of family games to play together. The location was just down the street from the grocery store and close to beach access. The only bummer was that there was no pool cue chalk and there were some pockets in the table that would get the ball stuck. But all you had to do was give them a gentle nudge and they would follow the track to the ball return. Overall I know this is going to be somewhere we will plan on staying again! :)

This home is very cozy. Beds are pretty comfortable along with all the furniture. Pool was a lot of fun and being able to open the garage door and play with fresh air was nice. The bathrooms and showers are great as well, no issues there.
Only one minor issue is that the pool table and pool queues are pretty old. We still could play, however they could use some maintenance. For example the pool queues have no tips and every now and then the pool balls would get a little stuck on the inside rolling down. That occurred 1/2 the time which wasn't to bad. We would just send a ball down at the top to knock them down.
An overall good stay I'll probably come back in the future - 4 stars!

The home is super big and in great location.

Greatly disappointing
There is more to dislike than to love. I liked that there was 4 bdr’s and 3 baths but the house was not clean, was in poor condition because of lack of maintenance. I looked forward to using the advertised pool table but couldn’t use because of broken pool cues. The promotion material made the house look better that it is.

Awesome
Everything was great. One thing I have to say though was a lot of dishes where dirty do we had to wash all we used before to be safe and then a lot of blankets and pillows where dirty one in particular had a huge menstrual stain and we left in laundry room. And king size bedroom throw pillow had like old burgers stuck on or something but place was other than that pretty clean we loved it was so close to it all. Beautiful home. I would get again! Yes! My family enjoyed it a lot!

Great for our family!
We loved the size of this home as well as the various bedrooms and spaces. We found 2 easy spots for beach access that were close by. The grocery store was super close as well for items that we forgot. The only thing we missed was a few staples like oil, salt/pepper, sugar which are typically available in the homes where we stay. Thanks for a great trip!

Breakaway at Roads End
My friends and I stayed at Breakaway at Roads End. The house looked exactly as it did online, no surprises. The location was perfect and the house was exactly what we were looking for. I was especially impressed when a representative from Vacasa contacted me to ensure we were happy with the house. Great service!

We loved everything, the bedrooms , restrooms, washer and dryer. Everything was very clean. We bbq outside it had 2 tanks of propane. The stores are so close by less then a mile and the casino. Oh and don’t for get the beach. If you go down 50th st and park go down and you have the beach. Also less then half a mile to the beach. Would stay there again.

Great beach house!
This is our second time staying at this rental and I really enjoy it, the layout is great for entertaining many people! Only complaint is there is never enough garbage bags, paper towels or toilet paper...so bring your own. Also for this visit the propane tank was empty for the grill, so we had to go have it refilled which was inconvenient considering we didn’t notice until right before we were going to start cooking. Even still I am a fan of this house and will likely stay again.
