Location as described. Easy walk to everything that we wanted to do. Just as advertised!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. A perfect location to everything. We decided to rent a vehicle due to some activities further away and the hosts provided fantastic recommendations regarding a lot next door. We easily walked to the aquarium, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, WWII museum, and Canal street from the condo. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths made it extremely comfortable for the 6 of us. Hosts communicated necessary information throughout the process. Also very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and when we come back to New Orleans we will definitely be staying here.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying here. The place is even more impressive in person and was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is lively and interesting and the place is conveniently located to many New Orlean’s sights. Can’t wait to come back and we would definitely choose this place again.

During a girls trip to NOLA, stayed in the cutest loft! Near everything, walked everywhere. Smelled amazing. Air conditioning was not working properly, but the management team was amazing as accommodating and trying to make it right. I do wish there was a more cozy living area downstairs instead of the massive dining table. We made it work and would stay here again for sure!

I can say how incredible our stay was. The location was super close to anything we wanted to see but far enough away that it was nice and quiet.
Communication every step of the way was amazing with a huge call out to Barbara who took care of us from booking right through our stay and who had terrific recommendations of things to do.
The property was clean and as described and I travel a lot, little things like the towels were plentiful and thick.
Would definitely recommend to anyone going to NOLA and would stay again.
Thanks!

From the beginning to the end, this rental was great. The reservation process was simple and the communication was easy. All details were covered and correct. The place itself has so much character and was perfect for our 5 adult guest. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Location was great for anything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was great. Overall clean. Pictures fit the description. Location was perfect, only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, and most other local attractions within walking distance. Not too noisy during the night time. Contact with the property manager was easy, and very helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

CAMPING ON CAMP STREET
Great location! Easy to get to the French Quarter but also easy to get away from the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants in the CBD. A block away from the St Charles Street Car.
There is no real "living room" on this property but not a big deal if you don't plan on hanging out in the condo. The bedrooms don't have windows. If you like sleeping in dark quiet caves, you will be very happy!

330 Camp Street - Final Four Weekend
This condo worked out great for our trip to the Final Four in New Orleans. It was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location for our group.
The linens were clean, the bedding was comfortable, and all of the amenities were just as promised in the website. The elevator helped a ton. The building is not huge so we were never waiting for the elevator or prancing thru a lobby like we would at a hotel.

Everything went great. The location is fabulous, walking distance to french quarter. There were 6 adults and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. Easy check-n and check-out. Communication with the manager was easy and she was available with questions in a timely manner. Really great condo. I highly recommend.

Great Location
Our flight was delayed by 12+ hours so got in very late. We were contacted several times and told who we could contact if we needed anything when we arrived. Really appreciated the information. When we did arrive everything was perfect.
Close to everything we wanted to see. Restaurants within a block or 2 and a very easy walk to the French Quarter for more options. Loved the vintage themed décor. Everything was very comfortable. Plenty of room, could spread out or hang out together.
Any questions we had were answered very quickly.
We all had a great stay would definitely recommend &/or stay here again!

Great Location and walkable to the French Quarter
Very clean property and well located to most parts of the city. Really close to The Quarter and night life
6.0
Great Location but a few issues with our stay.
The property and location are good. However, there are a few things that need to be resolved. The beds in all the rooms are VERY noisy. Property manager stated in previous reviews I believe that it was the old frames. That is in fact not true. The box springs for each of the beds are basically the cheapest you can get so any movement on the bed makes very loud noises and it is very difficult to get a good nights sleep on them. It also says in welcome book that there are a few internet options. Of the two you can only connect to one of them and that option did not work well at all through out the house. So streaming on phone at such doesn't work well at all. It would also have been nice to have other sitting options in the kitchen/dining room area which is where you spend your time. Really hard to get comfortable on bar stools and dining room chairs. Kitchen needs to be a little better stocked for cooking. few pots and pans and enough plates/bowls/silverware but just other common kitchen items were lacking but we made due with it. Beds by fare are the biggest issue with this property.

Relaxing place to stay on a NOLA couples trip
Great property for an adult couples trip. Private baths for each room and plenty of space for privacy. Clean and well appointed. Stocked with bottled water, Gatorade, and coffee.

This condo is amazing!! Pros: convenient to walk to many areas, very newly renovated, luxurious linens, great extras like travel toothbrushes, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo. Cons: the beds are very noisy! They appear to be air mattresses and any slight movement makes A LOT of noise. Light sleepers beware. You also have to pay for parking, but it’s close by. You’ll pay a little over $25/day.

Great condo!
It was a great condo! We enjoyed our time there. If I were to suggest anything it would be that the beds make so much noise every time you roll over, and would wake people up. I would have also liked some board games there, because it poured rain one of our nights there.

Great Space, Clean and Close to Everything
I recently spent a long weekend in New Orleans with my family. There was 5 of us and this was PLENTY of space. It was exactly as picture/described in the listing. The condo was within easy walking distance to plenty of great places to eat, a quick walk to Canal street and a short walk to the French Quarter. The Management group was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. Great space for the 5 of us, but it was definitely big enough for 8 to hang out comfortably. The ONLY complaint I have is the squeaky beds, but I still slept well. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in New Orleans
The home is beautiful and secure. Know that the upstairs bedroom with two queen beds does NOT have a working television. It's only use is for gaming. Other than that disappointment, the condo is clean, safe and we had a lot of fun!

Clean and comfortable alternative to a hotel
Great alternative to a hotel room if you have more than a couple of people. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and property manager was very responsive. My only complaint is that the master bedroom was EXTREMELY creaky, to the point I was a bit worried that it would collapse (although it never did).
