You won't be disappointed with this home! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is located in the heart on ANNA MARIA ISLAND! When you come up the stairs or elevator you are greeted by beautiful coastal decors in soft hues of light blues, turquoise, and corals. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas
are the perfect spot to host a family meal, game night, or just relax and take a load off. The kitchen has Jenn Air appliances that are accented by a breathtaking glass backsplash, and white custom cabinets! The living room opens up to a spacious back porch that overlooks the spacious freeform swimming pool!
The entire home was professionally decorated with luxury and comfort in mind.
The dining room sits 8 comfortably, and the kitchen island seats 4. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The home is a few blocks walking to Anna Maria's famous shopping district, Pine Ave. If you ever want to leave your private oasis, the home is a short five-minute walk to the white sandy beaches!

This house was AMAZING! The gorgeous pool gets lots of shade in the morning (until practically noon!) and early evening, and we loved spending time in the huge patio areas both upstairs and downstairs. The house was exactly as it was in the description and photos. It took us under 10 minutes to walk onto Anna Maria Beach, and coffee/ice cream shops and gift stores are all two blocks away. Very clean and well-equipped home. I would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful home. Great pool, spacious rooms, and the walking/easy cart distance to many great spots to eat, drink, and be active made this an awesome choice. We had 2 families meet there and both were really happy with the choice.
Host was communicative to any questions before and during.

This house is even more amazing in person. Simply stunning. The layout is perfect for families. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outdoor areas give you almost no reason to go to the beach. The house was spotless and attention was given to every detail. We felt privileged
to be able to call this house home for a week.

We have rented with Patrick (the owner) before and this time was as enjoyable as always. The house is in great condition and Patrick is always available and able to help us with any questions/requests. To be honest, his response time is simply amazing; he gets back to me so fast any time I reach out. This property, with an incredible pool/hot tub set up and proximity to down town and the beach cant be beat. Highly recommend and we are already hoping to go back next year!

SEA VOUS PLAY is a hidden gem on the lovely island of Anna Maria. The house is spacious and airy and feels like home as soon as you walk in. The elevator made "moving in" easy. Make sure you hunt for it because it is in the garage :) but it will save you lots of effort! The house truly has everything you need and more you didn't know you needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our whole crowd. And it IS a true hot tub which is uncommon but was very much appreciated! We used the pool daily. The bar, pool table, bbq and seating under the house is the perfect hang out spot and we used it daily also. All the furnishings are perfect for a beach home. We cooked dinner multiple nights and the kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a powder room, refrigerator and more electric outlets on the lower level but none of these things were essential. The location of the home is fantastic and you can walk to just about anything or take the free trolley. The amazing thing is how quiet it was at night considering it was spring break and Anna Maria was definitely at maximum capacity but you would never know it. There were people out walking and bike riding but you could hear a pin drop after 10 pm. We have been coming to Anna Maria for 20 years and Sea Vous Play is certainly one of the best homes we have stayed in. None of us wanted to leave!

Everyone (my husband and I, our two boys, and our respective families) enjoyed our stay. The house allowed us all to have personal space while also providing several comfy gathering areas.
We were grateful for the hot tub and heated pool because it was a cool week!

This property is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It is located in a great area of AMI, close walk to everything, beach, bikes, restaurants, stores, trolley, etc. It was the perfect size for 7 adult women. We all loved everything about it!

This was our first time staying at AMI for our son's college graduation trip. He has been to the island before so was familiar with the area and knew this house had a great location. It was perfect. We could walk or take our golf cart to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Location is perfect.
The house itself lived up to the pictures. Everything was so clean and up to date. I loved having the en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms and everything on 1 floor. The outdoor space was amazing and so private. It was like our own little oasis. We spent alot of time after the beach in the pool (it was like bath water, but we didn't care) The pool didn't seem clean when we arrived, but after messaging Patrick he had someone there the next day.
The only recommendation I would make is to update the beach chairs and umbrellas as they have taken some wear and tear, but they were still nice to have and not have to rent.
Overall, our stay was just perfect. We would recommend AMI and this particular house as being a place we would return to. Thank you for the stay!

A great property for our family of six adults and two children. Perfectly laid out and decorated. Great patio, decks and pool with only a short walk to the beach. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive, and promptly answered all questions and inquiries.

We absolutely loved our stay! This property was beautiful and well-kept and a great setup for our family (2 grandparents, us and our 3 yo and 6 month old kids). The pool offers great shade and sun, coffee on the back deck & all the rooms were very comfortable. So close to both the beach and the shops & restaurants nearby. We felt like it was an ideal location. I was so impressed with Patrick, the host, who was so helpful and responsive when a few issues came up! They were out of his control but he acted quickly to help us to resolve. I’d highly recommend this property or any property this host operates. We’ll definitely be back!

This property is located right where you want to be on AMI. Within walking distance of pretty much everything you want access to including the beach. The place was extremely clean and modern. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The house was absolutely beautiful! En suites were perfect for multiple families. The outdoor pool/hot tub/ game area was fantastic. We loved being so convenient to ocean side as well as gulf side. Golf carts are a must for this vacation. We will definitely go back and would love to work with Magnolia for our next stay! Thanks Patrick!

The property is an amazing space - well appointed and all the usual add-ons for this price range. Entry and exit were simple with a coded lock and thebbeach equipment and trolly really useful The washing / utility facilities were perfect and the huge fridge with cold water and ice maker plus a great coffee machine was much appreciated. Cleanliness and decor and responsiveness from Patrick was great and the location is perfect.
Only a couple of call outs for us - the pool table was pretty unplayable as it is a wooden playing bed and has warped so be aware if that's one of your deciding factors. We suffered a lot from bug bites outside by the pool - not a property or host issue - just ensure you spray up!

Nicely appointed and well laid out - this worked very well for our family and friends which included two sets of parents and five children ranging from a one to seven year old (with a three and two four year olds in between). They loved the proximity to the beach, great pool with shallow and deeper areas, outdoor dining and we all appreciated all of the inside living areas to be on a single (second floor). Ensuites were great, kitchen and dining areas were spacious and Patrick was responsive with the one small entry glitch on the first day.. after that, no issues. BBQ, internet all worked well. Just keep in mind for the stove you need to turn it on, then hold down "0" until it activates.. then select the heat number from there! Plenty of everything needed in the kitchen and for the beach so all set there, too. Access to the garages was fantastic, thank you for that. Great overall stay!

Our stay at Sea Vous Play was fantastic. We had a mix of adults along with one infant and a 4 year old. All was as advertised by the listing and quite accurate. A multi-person golf cart is definitely the way to get around on the island. Only suggestion is due to both sets of stairs I rented 2 child gates. Due to the woodwork they cannot fit perfectly in the openings. Suggestion might be a swing gate for each opening which can lock. Overall a wonderful time!!!

Our stay at Patrick’s home was incredible. We enjoyed every moment here in AMI. The house was spotless, well equipped for all of our needs, beds were comfortable and the pool area was such a beautiful oasis we had trouble leaving. The house is in the perfect location on the island. The beach access is straight down the road and the convenience store is walking distance along with some other attractions and shops. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was the most fun way to get around! You won’t regret renting this property. We made the the best memories here and would love to return.

We loved our stay in your home! Everything was so clean, spaceous, and relaxing. Our favorite spot was around the pool, the pool table and the sitting area. The kitchen is perfect for making family meals and hanging out. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for supplying beach chairs, beach towels, and the wagon. Plenty of nice places in walking distance for shopping and eating. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! Thanks Patrick!
