My women's group has been renting this property since the 90's. We like the updates and feel that the owners could do more. Kitchen amenities are a little sparse (like no napkins, tissues, placemats) but adequate.

Overall we loved staying at Tates. It had a great configuration of room/sleeping arrangements for our 3 generations, ages 16-70. Staff was great and Mike very helpful when I had some questions upon check-in. My only word of caution is to be prepared for a LOT of steps, since almost every room is on a different level. It was in a convenient location, although I think it would be difficult to find after dark as outdoor lighting was limited.

We enjoyed our stay at Tate’s Ski Haven. It was the perfect size house for our group and in close proximity to Keystone and Dillon. Views from the kitchen and hot tub were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. Property management was responsive to requests for minor maintenance issues. Overall, it was a positive experience.

8 of us enjoyed a great ski vacation at this Dillon, CO home. It was a good house for our group that needed lots of individual sleeping spaces. The house is multi level so be prepared for lots of steps. Sleeping spaces were pretty private. We were able to get to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek all within 45 minutes.

My women's group has stayed in this property probably 15 times over 35 years, so we like it enough to come back. There are a few items that would be nice to have-- paper napkins, placemats, actual glassware like real wine glasses and cocktail glasses, nicer dishware. The remodel has helped the house a lot.

Generally a good experience. However, some issues need to be addressed:1) plug in master bath vanity area doesn't work2) shortage of decent water glasses and wine glasses3) needs placemats for dining4) It is annoying to have no tissues or napkins (either paper or cloth).

We have been coming to keystone for years and needed a larger space for everyone. We loved the layout so everyone had their own area for sleeping with a bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The upstairs landing area was great for all our equipment after skiing. The hot tub was great but the service guy put a little too much chlorine in, but we were happy to know it was getting regular service. We will definitely stay again.

My friends and family come to Dillon every year for a Pond Hockey tournament and we've stayed in several locations. By far, this has been the best place we've stayed at. Everyone who was at the rental really want to come back next year.

Very spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of stairs to move around the many floors but no problem.

Our family loved the location of this property. Check in was easy but you have to stop at the office to pick up your code etc which could easily be emailed eliminating a stop after a long day of travel. The kitchen and half bath were remolded but the rest of the house could use an update and the loft is basically just a mud room to store your ski apparel and is not really usable as extra space. The main issue is all of the stairs. This house has like 6 levels which means lots of STAIRS. The listing does not really indicate the amount of stairs in the home. The home was plenty big enough for our family of 8 but lord the steps. If you left something in the master on the bottom floor you needed oxygen by the time you got back up to the garage level on the top floor. The indoor hot tub was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not consider again due to the number of steps.

Reviewer Comments:
Great, quiet location with nice views close to town, but not in town. The place was clean with a nice updated kitchen, however the rest of the rooms could really use some updating. The grill was in tough shape and shortbox 4 door pick up would not fit in the garage. Also, it had 5 or 6 levels but was nice for family to spread out after long days together.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall, we were enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located to skiing and restaurants. While the house had ample room and was well stocked, it should be noted that it is on 6 levels so the stairs could be a problem for some guests. Also, the loft is right off the garage so not ideal as an extra sleeping space because all the shoes, ski boots and coats are left there. With regards to cleaning, the bathrooms could have used some deep cleaning. There appeared to be something like construction dust on the countertops and bathtubs.

Great views and location for Keystone , Dillon, Frisco
We found this property very well appointed, with good bedrooms, living room and kitchen/dining room.
Great outdoor space too and a short walk over the grass to the clubhouse. The in house hot tub is a great bonus for after activity soaking.
Several short flights of stairs from bedrooms to garage/front door to keep in mind.

Needs attention
This property served the purpose we needed, a place for four adults and one infant to stay during this pandemic. The property is very outdated as far as furnishings, design, etc. For us that was ok as it probably helped it be affordable. The inside was clean and comfortable. However the outside needs major attention. The property had three decks and all needed major attention. The paint was flaking off, nail heads were popping up, and the wood was very rough. You do not want to be barefoot on these decks or you will end up with slivers in your feet. The bottom ground level deck was the only one with shade, but it was so dirty it was not usable. It hadn’t been swept in a long time. The provided barbecue was also filthy and had not been scrapped cleaned in a long time. Upon heating up it was apparent the grills were deteriorating under all the grime. So much so the bottom rack was unusable. Finally the garage was full of sand and had not been swept for ages. To sum it up the inside was comfortable but old. The exterior was terrible.

Great location for skiing and accessibility to Dillon stores.
We really enjoyed our week in this space. It was nice for the family to congregate or spread out. There were great bed/bedroom options and the kitchen was well stocked.
I think a warning or at least full disclosure about the multiple (5) half flights of stairs within the house is in order. This is more of an issue if you are also adjusting to the altitude.

Not fancy but still awesome
It’s 5 short flights of stairs. Not good or bad for me. Just saying. Also, if you’re looking for fancy, keep searching. This was a spacious duplex with enough room for all of the kiddos that we could handle in one household. Space/beds for 4 adults and 4 kids and we loved it. We even invited friends that were at keystone over for a big dinner before they headed back to Denver. The access to keystone was pretty easy as well as the nearby city market. Having a double garage was very convenient. The hot tub jets weren’t working but it was still hot. Overall, the unit has a bunch of pace to spread out and is conveniently located to keystone and Dillon. The decor is outdated but who cares.

Great Long Weekend Vacation
We loved the property. It's very close from Keystone and A-Basin. The management company made check-in a breeze. The property was in very good condition and it was excellent for our party of 8. We'll definitely try to stay at this place again.

Spacious, Well-Maintained, & Well-Equipped
Our large family had a wonderful week at the Summit Haus townhome. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, and sleds for the kid's to play in the snow in the backyard. The living room couches very easily accommodated all of us as we gathered each evening to enjoy the fireplace and awesome views. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a two-car garage when the snow started falling and added to the experience of mountain living. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. The kids hated to leave, and we all look forward to a return visit.
