Spent 10$ an hour to sleep in a crappy hotel wish with musty rooms wish I would’ve just slept in my car

Run Away As Fast As You Can.

Absolutely nothing.

Staff was insanely rude, clueless, and had no clue about ADA compliance. The room was SHABBY (nightstand was missing a drawer, headboard had a huge chunk missing, no hairdryer in room, unable to get an extra pillow). They also had prostitution parked outside of our room, complete with the pimps. The list could go on, but I'm angry just providing this info.

Horrible rip off

Nothing

There were roaches. Room was dirty shower didn’t work properly. Comforter had burnholes and was dirty sheets dirty. Left and notify manager they refused to give a different. Would not refund Money left will never go again. 86$ wasted. Wouldn’t let a dog stay in that room. ! Disgusting!!

Disappointed regarding “deposit”.

was quiet and not crowded.

the $50 CASH deposit was stupid. We were a couple older gray haired women that just needed room for sleeping a few hours… batteries were dead in remote. had to have management check room before we could get deposit back. We had to leave at 5am so was very inconvenient for us.. no one cares CASH on a trip! Will not ever stay here again.

Redefine print closely. $50 cash deposit.

Cheapest arrangements in the area. No one broke in in the middle of the night.

Required a CASH deposit before I could get my room. I had to walk half a mile down the road to get cash. No fast food in the area. A spider was crawling on my bed.

Other wise it was ok

The toilet was leaking in our room so we went up to the office to tell them and they changed our room and that one was ok but I felt like we should of gotten a discount for the w convenience of our first room

I got what I paid for.

Right down the street from state basketball. Got there within five minutes.

Bathroom was gross and the water was cold. Just really outdated.

Nothing. Overpriced. Dingy, dirty, disgusting.

Furniture looked like it had been taken from garbage. Filthy walls, carpeting. 20 below zero when we walked in room. Took 3 hours to warm up. Cold air coming from windows, doors, walls. Furniture broken, paint chipping. Filthy dirty carpeting, walls, furniture. Would not even take my coat and shoes off. Disgusting. Will never use booking.com again. Taking app off my phone. Should not even be an option for travelers.

It’s an alright place but it varies from time to time and the place doesn’t like to fix stuff just patch and some it looks Terrible especially for the price

Good

There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The place is quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Will be my place to stay when I'm in Springfield.

There are some snacks/drinks behind the counter for purchase. But I think vending machines or more options would be nice. It could also use some updating, but there are many hotels/motels that could also.

Shady Business. Kept my $50 cash deposit, claimed key wasn't turned in, but I know it was.

Did not get cash deposit back. Claimed key wasn't turned in. The key WAS turned in. They basically took my $50. Their word against mine and they hold the cash. Never go there again.

HECK NO!!!!! ⚠️

I liked how it was easy to park and had free parking

Me and my friend got their at 1am after had messaged the property informing them what time we would be there and were told to show up at any time. We then had to fight to get checked in due to the fact that they kept telling us that it was not the 6th even though it was 1 am on the 6th. They then told us that we had to pay for a room on the 5th for the 6th. Which I didn't mind because I then canceled my reservation on the 6th my friend had a panic attack because it was late and we had been driving for 6 hours and they were refusing to give us rooms. She went outside and the workers started screaming at each other in a foren language. I finally got my room but my friend was unable to get her room due to the fact that I had made the reservation in her name but was using my card to pay for it. So I then had to fill out a new reservation under my name for her and then they sprung a 100 deposit fee on us. I said screw it and gave them it and she finally got her room. Flash forward I go to take a shower and their is not hot water no big deal I shower anyways when I'm done I go to turn on the heat because it's cold and the HEAT DOESNT WORK!!!! I tried to fix it but by the time I got it on it was only blowing g cold air. Due to this I have now developed a cold. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. I've slept better in my car personally.
