Well appointed Jupiter Bay two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with Screened patio room overlooking a running trail and Carlin park. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Unit was recently renovated and a new marble kitchen counter top and upgraded cabinetry.sports. It also includes newer leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite bath and shower Flat screen, smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom (2)area's. along with high speed internet.

The well maintained resort community sports two pools, a hot tub as well as tennis and bocce courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the west side of the property. cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Adjoining Carlin Park has a running track, bocce courts, as well as lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.
All that you could possibly need is just minutes away; shopping, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater and great restaurants. For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and "Downtown" in West Palm Beach are fa short car ride away.

Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. If you fancy a day trip Orlando and Disneyworld is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.
Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.
The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA.

Jupiter Bay is a great location to escape from the cold of winter. Mark’s unit provided the comforts of home and more. We loved the park view from the lanai. This location is central to all that we enjoy while in Jupiter. We appreciated Mark as a host as he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The unit is a perfect beach getaway. We hope to stay there again.

Great stay! Wonderful property, and very easy check in / out. Was in town for a week long baseball tournament and what a great option to a week long hotel room stay! Everything was as advertised, couldn't ask for anything more except time...

Arrived at the property which was not cleaned by the service. Contacted the owner who promptly found out that the unit was accidentally skipped over but that the cleaning service had already left the premises. He quickly found me a unit in the adjacent building which I occupied until Monday when the cleaning service was back on site and then I moved back into the original property. The owner gave me a $60 credit. I thought he handled the situation well and to my satisfaction.

Located in a great complex in a safe quiet area. Convenient to everything specially the ocean beach. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. Great pools The condo has been renovated and the pictures are not current. The kitchen is a total renovation. The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive and ready to deal with.

The rental looks out onto a walking loop at a park. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We saw lots of beautiful birds in the park and played in the surf at the beach. Nearby, was more good birding and lots of good restaurant choices.

We had stayed at this condo before and have stayed in the complex several times. We just booked it again for the same week next year. This condo is a great size for our family with two bedrooms and two baths and a large sectional in the living area that is plenty long for sleeping and has reclining sections. This is a new addition since we stayed 2 years ago and the large tv in that area is also new. Also a new mattress in master bedroom that was very comfy. Great updates! Nice furniture and beachy decor and the location on the first floor with a close walk to pool and beach is very convenient. This is our favorite area in Jupiter--lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the beach here is really nice and is less than a mile away through Carlin Park, which is a lovely walk. Mark is a great and responsive host.

Only issues we had were with the nasty condo association parking witch. She was rough and wouldn’t issue a parking pass for first 5 days! Otherwise great spot owner Mark was very easy to get a hold of!

Houston We Have A Problem.. When we arrived , there were some major issues with the unit .. . These were unforeseen! I called Mark and he got on it right away. The AC was not working and the repairman stated that he would need several days to pressure test / diagnose . Mark immediately made other arrangements and put us into another unit. The unit was beautiful and an upgrade in my book. Mark even compensated us for our dinner for all the unforeseen troubles. We had a great vacation! (Thanks to Mark)

This is our second time staying here, and we will continue to go back! The location is great! Walkable to the beach, Publix a block away, and so close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you need! This trip I had the chance to use the pool, it was very nice and relaxing, not busy! The place is well stocked with everything you would need, including a well stocked kitchen, and again, if there is something you need, publix is a convenient 2 min drive away! Lastly, Mark is a great host, easily reachable via his cell if there is anything you need.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there to see family so did not spend much time there and didn't utilize the pool. However, we enjoyed being steps away from the walking/running path, a short walk to the beach, and a very short drive to a Publix. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. Mark was quick to respond to my questions. We will certainly be staying again! Only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide some towels for hands and to have a couple extra shower towels, as well as maybe providing beach towels, with the beach being so close! Thanks!

I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. Mark was a responsive host and helped when I had questions or needed a problem addressed. Some minor repairs are needed to the property but everything was functional. The location was outstanding. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Our family was in town for our son’s baseball tournament. Great location to beach, restaurants, fishing, and ballparks. Fully stocked kitchen and lovely pool. Nice walking track behind condo. The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The screened-in lanai was also an added bonus. The condo is in a great location, close to shopping, Publix and restaurants. Mark was very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would stay here again without hesitation.
