Perfect stay, Dionisis and his mother were perfects host. Definitely return again

Very private, extremely clean, fantastic location for bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Brilliant hosts, very helpful.

Amazing property and great generous hosts.

Everything! Dionisis and his Mum are amazing hosts, very generous supplying us with lots of produce from their farm. Any questions or help we needed Dionisis was available quickly. Jasmine Suites has everything you need for a great holiday. Pool is amazing, with jacuzzi. Bar & barbecue, great mood lighting. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable, lovely linen provided too. Lots of cupboard & wardrobe space. Shower great, always plenty of hot water. Air conditioning in all the main rooms, very quiet. I highly recommend Jasmine Suites and the owners attention to detail makes for a great holiday.

Nothing. More coat hangers in the wardrobe and a second set of keys would have been good. Dionisis would have supplied both if we had asked.

Outstanding hosts and amazing accommodation which led to it being a truly marvellous experience and a fantastic holiday

what is there not too like ! George and Angela were just the best hosts anything I needed George helped with from extra sun beds to taxis recommendations of restaurants nothing was too much trouble ! accommodation was amazing clean well maintained and the hospitality was amazing bottles of wine fresh eggs baking and not forgetting the oranges and cucumbers so much detail into making you feel welcomed and valued guests

Not a dislike but more of a personal wish ! a larger fridge in the bar area downstairs by the pool

Fantastic Villa and holiday close to the beach/waterpark and local restaurants.

Villa is very modern and clean, The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped. The host was fantastic offering to drive us to local supermarket and dropping off fresh fruit and veg daily. Host is amazing and couldn't of been more helpful. Will be looking to go back. Villa was cleaned outside daily with a mid week internal clean and fresh towels / bedding.

The hard floor in the villa can get a bit slippy when wet, but if you know this you can prevent it ! Even with small kids.

fabulous villa with everything you need, close to the shops and restaurants. BBQ excellent downstairs bar with fridge and freezer. great pool and plenty to sunbeds and umbrellas. pool is fantastic also

The best of the best

We cannot speak highly enough of this place and the care taken by the owner to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the place is perfect, the space, the privacy, everything is amazing! Met by the owner to make sure we settled in OK, helped us with transfers, dropped in fresh fruit and veg, cleaned during the week we stayed. Would highly recommend this place to eveeyone and we ourselves will hopefully be back again! Thank you so much, we have no more words 👌

A excellent choice giving the best of all worlds.

The Firsts floor villa is beautifully finished and spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is obviously new and well looked after. The location is great being close enough to Tsilivi and the shops and restaurants but far enough away not to be disturbed. The road goes past but is not busy. The noisiest things are the occasional rented quad bikes but once inside with doors and windows closed for the night, the double glazing is excellent and it is very quiet inside. The air conditioning in each room works well and means staying closed up is not an issue even in summer. The water park is a two minute walk away, which is great for kids and means a half price afternoon only visit is easy to do. There is some very light noise (shrieks Of excitement) from it during the day but it opens late and closes early, plus we found if we hadn’t gone out for the day, we were making our own noise splashing about in our own pool, so the noise is not intrusive. You are under the flight path of the airport but distant from it. I am normally sensitive to this but the truth is that the airport just isn’t very busy and again, when it matters (indoors) you can’t hear anything, so it’s nothing more than good plane spotting for kids. The outside pool area is excellent with bar, fridge, water, power and a large barbecue. Best of all is the host’s helpfulness, attention to detail and generosity. We received, as a surprise and on several occasions, fresh eggs from their farm, fruit and veg also. The pool was cleaned repeatedly even though it was spotless, the villa itself cleaned and refreshed midweek with new towels and sheets. Nothing was too much trouble; Dionisis responded swiftly to all communications, was flexible with payment, helped advise on excursions, restaurants, beaches and boats and even ran us to the airport to come home. Really above and beyond expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jasmine villas.

Genuinely nothing that would deter a repeat visit. If I was being hyper-critical, the furniture in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable for evening lounging. We had to do this because our little boy was in bed prior to me and I shared his bedroom, meaning I had to go somewhere else! I suspect most folk would remain poolside which is beautifully lit in the evenings and very comfortable.

Exceptional

- Swimming pool with jets and cool lights during the night. - Hosts were very helpful and kind to us. We got some local products from their farm as a gift and they were very flexible with our checkin and checkout which made our stay extra special. - Practically everything looked pretty new, from painting to furnitures - Air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room - Bedrooms have their own private bathroom, being a good choice for travelling in group. - Beautiful garden with fresh herbs

- The kitchen hood was a bit damaged, although still functional - The bedroom's duvet didn't have a cover, so we ended up not using.

This apartment was amazing , owner is friendly young guy which help us with a lot of trips on Zakynthos . Location of apartment is perfect , beach is around 1 km away . 10/10

good place for family vacation

We had some problems in the very beginning - we booked the house 2 days before arrival and it wasn't ready when we came due to some misunderstanding. However, the way this situation was dealt by the owners was perfect - we waited at the beach while the owners cleaned and prepared the house and the next day we got a lot of delicious local products for free. The apartment itself is very comfortable (2 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen). The pool was big enough for our 2+2 family and it was great. The whole house was very clean and perfect for our family vacation. We would definitely come back in future.

It is close to the waterpark, so you can hear the noise. However, it didn't bother us too much because we spent most of the day at the beach and came back home when the park was already closed.

Would def recommend!

Fantastic place! Location was great- close to shops and restaurants and right right to a water park! My daughter loved the pool. Checkin and checkout were seamless.
