This open concept 6 Bedroom home has flat screen TVs and ceiling fans throughout the property as well as on your screened-in private lanai. You and your guest will enjoy enough room to sleep 16.
This home has 11 beds including 1 king, 2 queens (one on the lower level and one on the upper level), and 2 full beds and 6 twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is FULLY stocked with all the essentials of home including a waffle maker, blender, and Kuerig.

Lovely place with lots of space and a wonderful warm pool for everyone to enjoy. Pool was heated and ready to when we arrived. Communication with the rental property manager was great when we needed to rent a grill. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

From beginning to end our stay was great. Check-in was easy. Place was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. 2 families, 12 people total and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was the best (most fully stocked) we've ever had in years. Location was great, close to parks and close to amenities in the community.

Great place. Clean and well stocked! Large group and one of the only places that ever had enough kitchen space for cooking and dinnerware. House had alot of games that the kids enjoyed and they really enjoyed thr pool.

Awesome place to stay!
I cannot say enough about this property. It was everything I expected and more. The children and even the adults enjoyed the water park! We will definitely stay at this property again. Our host was very accommodating and understanding!

Overall Nice Stay
We rented this property with some other friends that were attending a volleyball tourney in Orlando. Overall, we really enjoyed the property. It had a lot of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and a layout that worked well for us. We had a few very minor issues that were handled promptly by the Property Manager and owner. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful House with all we needed plus great owner
This house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our family of 9. We had some questions about guests, check-out, etc and Lamont responded very quickly. The kids had a blast at the community pool. We would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for us. Everything you need is there. The house is clean, comfortable and convenient. Very close to World drive entrance off 192, but in a quiet, safe community. The kids loved the pool. The management company was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great place to stay
The house was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great neighborhood. We were there for my son's wedding so didn't worry with Disney but are hoping to next time. Pool was fun for the kids, hot tub not very hot but that may be a Florida thing. My grandchildren are already planning the next reunion and staying at the "cousin house.". Thanks, and we do hope to rent again.

Even though we haven't used the property the owner and property Manager have been wonderful in this unprecedented time. They have offered us to book at another time when the borders open and it is safe to travel again. Just through our experience thus far we would definitely book with VRBO again.

This property more than adequately accommodated our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The location at peak hours was a 15 - 20 minute drive to / from the Disney parks - which was the purpose of our vacation. Rooms were spacious, towels and linens ample and the "keyless" entry system a breeze to work.We did experience a number of issues during our stay; those that were reported to the property management were dealt with and resolved very quickly. This property was advertised as "newly renovated": kitchen and laundry appliances worked as expected as did the Air Conditioning; however the sliding door blinds off of the patio / main floor bedroom were very difficult to open / close without the slats malfunctioning (2 slats fell off during our stay even though we were very cautious); one of the two lounge chairs was in need of repair and the toaster was missing a knob; the carpet looked "tired" especially going up the stairs; in the bunk bed room, a light bulb was missing in the lamp. This was our first experience renting with VRBO and although "we thought "we had confirmed with the owner at the time of booking and again a few weeks before our stay that the rental fee included the pool/hot tub heating and an on-site BBQ both these amenities included an additional fee (daily for the heating of the pool/hot tub and a flat fee for the BBQ). The first 2 days of our stay the pool/hot tub temperatures were incorrectly set - therefore both were not usable until Day 3 of our stay; the BBQ was delivered at the beginning of our stay but omitted to include a complete set of BBQ utensils and a liquid gas BBQ starter (which we purchased and left on site for future guests). We would definitely consider renting a villa in this same gated community if our travels bring us to the Disney area again; we will be more diligent in ensuring we are fully aware of amenities that come at an extra cost.

Nice Home.
The home was very nice, but we did have a few issues. The owner was very responsive when I asked questions. The pool is very nice, but I think having to pay $30 per day to heat the pool is overpriced and should have been included in the rental fee. We couldn't use the pool a couple of days because it was too cold and there wasn't time to try and contact management to turn on heat. This was a downside to our vacation. We had issues with ants in one room and the management company was quick to send someone out to spray but then we felt we couldn't use the room because chemicals had been used to get rid of them and we were concerned about using the room after that. Had issues using TV's because most of the remotes didn't work and we didn't know which ones to use to get everything to work right even though my son is very electronic savvy. Would suggest there are instructions provided. We had the smoke alarms beeping and the company did come out but after they left the beeping started up again. The home is stocked well with supplies and beach towels. Close to the main pool. There were several other small things but all in all it was nice.

Comfy, Cozy and Convenient
So pleased to have stayed in such great house with plenty of room for our party of 12. The layout of the house felt roomy for all of us, yet cozy enough to sit around together at breakfast or play board games. The house is well-kept and clean. Every amenity that is crucial to daily life (Keurig, washer & dryer, etc) is there.The game room and pool kept the kids occupied and entertained. Safe and secure neighborhood made for peace of mind. It was so nice to leave the park each day and get in the car , grab dinner and be within minutes to the house. The great location really made daily activities easy and fast. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful home for a vacation.

Amazing Property!
I can't say enough about this property, for our family it was perfect! We stayed for a week, went to 3 parks, Daytona beach and Fun spot in Old Towne. We had 4 adults, 1 teenager and 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 11 and we had plenty of space for everyone!
We absolutely loved the house! The furnishings were great. The beds were comfy, not one complaint out of 10 people (now when does that happen). All the kitchen ware and linens you could need were provided including enough pool towels for everyone. There are TV's in just about every room, which made my husband very happy!
The outdoor area was fabulous, it had a large table and chair set (another TV) with plenty of seating, we ate most of meals out there. The pool has safety netting with a latch that separates the two areas (it is removable if you don't need it).
Our grandchildren loved the pool at the house. They took advantage of every opportunity they had to be in that pool, whether it was before they ate breakfast in the morning or at 9:00 at night after a long day at the parks.
We were also able to spend a couple of afternoons, before dinner at the community pool and water play area. The kids (and adults) thought the slides were awesome! The pool is like a resort pool, it has a walk in area, it's very large and not too deep
3' - 3' 6" in most areas so it gave the little ones a bigger swim area, without having to were their Puddle Jumpers. It does have a 4' area and there is a separate hot tub.
My grandchildren will think about this trip and have some amazing memories that i'm sure will last a lifetime!! Thank you for being a part of their memories!

Comfortable home that feels more spacious with high ceilings and open floor plan
We had a fabulous stay at your home. It was spacious, clean and had everything to get us started, ie. a little toilet paper on the rolls, a few condiments, a few dishwasher tablets and dishwashing soap. We know we need to supply all these things, but this home had just enough to get us through for the first few hours and even a day if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with nice pots and pans, Tupperware etc. The beds were comfortable with extra bedding and pillows if needed. Even having ceiling fans and extra fans was a nice amenity when it gets hot outside. The pool area was so nice, esp the TV outside and a lot of seating space with plenty of chairs! The owner was extremely responsive when I had questions and always followed up. We have stayed in several homes in the Windsor Resort area and they all seem to have almost the exact same layout, but this one was unique with high ceilings and an open floor plan. We had a full house, so an extra bathroom would have been nice, as we had a lot of girls needing to get ready in the mornings, but we made it work! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend to others!
