Host was very communicative and accommodating for requests we had. Plenty of space/beds for our large group, and property is well located with possibility of walking to groceries/food as needed. Great views and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was the perfect place for our large family to stay. Beautifully sited on a very private large lot, we enjoyed the river and the pool. A very comfortable place for all!

We had a great time. It was a lovely home but in need of a few repairs. We also had a mouse join our party.

Lifelong memories made in beautiful surroundings
Our close knit family group had an outstanding stay. There was something for everyone, age range 6-82! The beds/linens are some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in our many home rentals. Everything one could possibly need for large family meals as well as outdoor living was available. We only left the property for a quick trip to Lake Placid, to take some spectacular hikes, and keep the local grocery & thrift stores in business ;-)
A bit of attention to a very few maintenance details might have been nice, but none of that negatively impacted our enjoyment or relaxing vacation together.
It was hard to leave. We will be planning another stay.
Thank you, Centerfield!

Family Reunion
What a gracious house. So many spaces to gather together, or in separate groups - outside, indoors, around the pool, on the lawn. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, lots of windows, fresh air and fans when warm. Proximity to the town was very useful for museum, grocery, farmers market and walks. The river was fun for kayaks. Thank you Jennifer!

Beautiful home surrounded by natural beauty and things to do
Our group of 15 spent a week here in July 2019. This huge home was a wonderful place to relax and hang out but also a home base for day trips to Montreal, Lake Placid and Burlington, VT. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for lots of home cooked meals. The pool was so relaxing for the adults and the kids and we loved having the river in the back yard to kayak and paddle board. Nearby hiking trails (check out the blueberry hill system -only five minutes away) were fun to explore. The town itself was so charming. We walked to a free outdoor concert, the grocery store and ice cream shops! The only challenge for a group our size was the bathroom situation. There are only two showers (plus two tubs without sprayers). But we made that work and loved our week.

Perfect
To say that we feel blessed to have found this home is a huge understatement. We rented it for guest accommodations for our daughter's wedding, which it was perfect for, as it sleeps so many. What we didn't realize was that we would be holding the rehearsal dinner AND the wedding reception there as well. Jennifer could not be nicer. She was very sweet and helpful. When our reception venue fell through only a month before the wedding we asked if we could hold the reception on the lawn under a tent. She immediately said yes and also recommended a caterer, DaCy Farms, who also turned out to be just the right addition to our special day. The home itself is amazing. So charming and comfortable. Our guests who stayed there felt well taken care of. The beds and linens were amazing. The front and back yard separate spaces allowed guests to sit, relax and talk. We are all still in amazement at the the whole home. What a jewel!
