Mountain View Retreat: Paradise Village at Zion #39
Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!'
Scenic mountain views, a shared 20-person hot tub and two-tier infinity pool, and your very own beautiful hardwood kitchen make this Paradise Village rental the vacation home of your dreams.
You'll be on the edge of the town of Santa Clara, with easy access to nearby attractions. From here, you’ll be able to venture out into the gorgeous sandstone cliffs and canyons of nearby Zion National Park (only 45 miles away), indisputably one of the most stunning places in the world.
The home itself is undeniably beautiful. Full of dark hardwood floors and cabinets, high ceilings, granite counters, and modern decor, this home is certainly impressive. Large windows let in light and allow you to look out at the sunset-colored hills and blue skies that make Southern Utah so special.
Four light-filled bedrooms (two king beds, a queen bed, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle) allow up to 12 people to sleep comfortably, while three bathrooms will minimize fighting over who gets to shower first! This home offers plenty of space for your large family, but it would also be perfect for an office team-building retreat or a long-overdue reunion with old friends.
The kitchen is one of this home’s most stunning features: complete with beautiful new appliances and plenty of space on the luxurious granite counters, it is perfect for cooking dinner for the whole family! This large room is connected to an eight-person dining room and spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. Guests may also cook out on the built-in Weber gas grill, or roast hot dogs and s'mores over the open flame of the gas firepit on the patio.
Though the inside is gorgeous, you’re definitely going to want to spend some time outside, indulging in shared amenities like the huge two-tier infinity swimming pool and the relaxing hot tub. Take a magazine and your most glamorous pair of sunglasses with you and soak up the sunshine. This community also offers a fitness center for guests.
If you want to get out in the town, plenty of shopping and dining options are available in Santa Clara (about two and a half miles away). The larger town of St. George (about eight miles away) offers even more options, so you'll never get bored. WiFi is offered in this home so you can keep up with work, like cute pictures of your mom's dog on social media, and binge-watch your favorite shows online.
Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, and Zion National Park (45 miles away from your door) is its crowning glory. Choose between activities like rock climbing, hiking, and horseback riding through the park’s impressive sandstone canyons during the day, and stay late in the evening to watch the sun set behind the cliffs. Stick closer to home and enjoy Archie Gubler Park across the street with sports courts, a play structure, a splash pad, and picnic areas.
Whether you choose to fill your week with outdoor adventures or spend the whole time tanning and reading books by the pool, this rental is about to become your favorite Utah vacation spot.

Was nice home for our small group. Loved easy access to pool/hot tub. Needs better wifi though.

I loved the entire house but my favorite place to be was on the back porch. It was large and covered and faces a large grassy area and the pool. I felt like I was in paradise.

The shower was dirty in the master . The hide a bed had crumbs all over when the cushions were taken of to use . The lock was hard for some of the guests to use . it should always be a four digit code much easier after it was changed .

Big, updated, spacious property. All the mattresses are worn out and need replacing. Except the bunk beds.

Nice location.. pools are very nice..
The floors weren’t very clean in the unit, leaves on floor in front bedroom.
Ants on sink counter tops and floor in master bathroom.
Unit wasn’t ready to check in until after 5:00 pm on check in day.

We hosted 12 people for our Thanksgiving meal and the home handled us all fantastically! Lots of storage space in the kitchen for dry goods and refrigerated food. Well stocked appliances and utensils. Very comfortable home. Thanks!

We love the homey decor, the spacious layout, and the excellent location. It really does feel like a home away from home. I think this was our 4th time staying in this exact home.

Great place for a family vacation.
We loved our stay in unit #39 at Paradise Village. It is conveniently located close to the adult pool but also not too far away from the kiddie pool. The house itself worked perfectly for our family.

Amazing!
There was ample space and the house was spotless. The best part of our vacation was knowing that we can stay at a really nice clean house that has literally everything you'll need if you're traveling from afar.

Great Stay
Awesome rental, great location.
Only area that needs improvement is the lack of timeliness to change our requested dates of stay from Vacasa. No response from the agency and ended up changing the dates by text messenger after being on hold for over 45 minutes. That way went much faster. But most busy vacationers desire a higher level of attention.

Great spot
House was clean. Location was ideal as it was a short walk to both resort pools but far enough away that the pool noise was in the distance. Definitely would book again.

Amazing location. Washer made the place smell bad when we arrived. Not super clean. I love paradise village though!

Spacious, clean and fun
The property managers were very prompt and attentive when we realized we didn’t have pool towels and the property was clean and well taken care of.

Great location
This home is great with the pool just a few steps away. Was large and spacious. The only negative feedback I would leave is it could of been cleaned better. Bathroom mirrors and behind bathroom doors were terrible. Beds were comfortable. Just didn’t feel like it got cleaned very good before our stay. Other than that great location with great pools.

Great place to stay!
The home was beautiful and conveniently located to swimming, pickleball, and Snow Canyon State Park. There are 4 rooms (1 king, 1 king, 1 full, 1 twin-queen bunk bed with twin trundle) and both couches are queen sofa sleepers, so there was plenty of room for all of us. We’d come back anytime!

Not thoroughly cleaned
Lovely property in a great location regarding pools. Updated and spacious. BUT.... very poorly cleaned. And cockroaches from back porch kept coming inside. Sticky juice and hardened raw egg on countertops. Fruit snacks in couch cushions and ottoman crumbs. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of other things. Also, the play land is NOT heated. It’s frigid I’m the off season. When one is paying this much $$$ it needs to be clean and the description should note that the water playland is not heated.

Friends and we stayed for a weekend to get away. The property was clean and comfortable. The directions about how to access different amenities were clear. Definitely hope to return and soon!

Amazing home
This home was very nice and the fact that the backyard is right at the pool gate made it very fun and convenient for our family. Great amenities and a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home.

It's a development built for family reunions and other large gatherings
The house was really great. There was very easy access to pool area (no need to put on shoes, just walk across the back lawn). It was well-appointed with appliances (even an ice cream maker). Rooms spacious and comfortable. The whole development seems to be entirely vacation rentals with lots and lots of big family reunions happening when we were there (july) which leads to a festive kid-friendly atmosphere. The 'lazy river' and slide area It was an amazing vacation and we plan on coming back!
I deducted one star for a bad Wifi situation. Vacasa advertised the house as having GREAT wifi, but I consistently got 0.1 - 0.2 Mbs / second. This makes streaming video over the fireTVs hard and more importantly hard to get work done in a post-covid world where most work calls are over zoom and require video. We called management and the very nice manager came over. He showed us where the router was and restarted it. The wifi speeds went up to 40Mbs. A few hours later the service degraded again. Further restarts didn't help.
Interestingly running a direct ethernet wire to the router was a good solution and we could always get good bandwidth via hard wire. I opened up a wifi analysis tool and there were dozens of other wifi networks in range - my guess is that these all came from the other nearby vacation homes, and I think these other wifi networks caused major interference which is why the wifi itself was so slow. If you come during a less busy time your results may be better. My recommendation to management is to upgrade to a stronger wireless router or a wireless mesh network with a few repeaters in the house in order to make sure the signal is really strong in comparison to the other homes'. Our cell company was T-Mobile, which only had 2 bars in the home and so using cellular data was just as slow as the wifi.
Also - the nearby courts are _pickleball_ courts, not Tennis Courts. This surprised me. If you want to play tennis there are nice public tennis courts in Ivans, a 7 minute drive away.

Great thanksgiving
This is a full size house that handles 8 adults very comfortably & 10 snuggly! We spent thanksgiving with all our kids & grandkids. The kitchen had enough to handle a big meal. There were enough bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable & all the TV services we needed to keep us entertained! We even roasted s’mores over the fire pit on the patio. There’s a nice pool within walking distance. Snow canyon is close. A paved bike trail is close. It’s really an awesome vacation spot!!
