Delightful Experience
We were amazed at how completely stocked this house was. It took me a week to discover all the useful items and where to find them.
Lots of towels, detergents, scissors, writing paper, spices, etc. Beds, furniture, art work, all beautifully chosen. We felt truly at home and comfortable.
Nothing lacking in this place!

Very Comfortable
THe home was very clean and well-stocked. We appreciate the comfort this brings so we do not have to go shopping. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was pleasant for walking. The only negative was the weather - too cold!

Wonderful home in a great development
This is a beautiful and spacious two bedroom home. The master bedroom and bath are enormous and very comfortable. The living room, kitchen and dining are in an open concept design and good for family gathering. The dining room is very large and can accommodate a large number of guests. The patio Is well equipped with grill and furniture. The patio is on the east side so it can be enjoyed all day long. The home is equipped with cable tv with a large assortment of channels. The master has it’s own tv.
The development has a heated pool which we use very often with our grandchildren. All the other residents were very friendly and helpful. The development also has a public golf course.
We loved the home, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We would highly recommend this home and development for a great vacation.
Thanks Rik

Beautiful home and location.
We rented this house for 3 weeks in January to golf and escape winter in the north. The house had everything we needed and more. Great restaurants and golf courses nearby. If we stayed in for meals, the kitchen was well stocked and grocery stores were easy to find. We loved hiking in the White Tank Mountains which were within a 20 minute drive. Everything about this property was great.

Wonderful property
We stayed 19 days and this house really became our home. We had everything we needed. This property is very convenient to everywhere in the Surprise area.
My wife and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area.

FANTABULOUS!!!!
Why over pay for a hotel room when staying at this house is nothing short of SPECTACULAR??!!! I have stayed here for not one but two golf vacations from the frigid northern tundra where the January wind chill not only makes your face hurt but it also does things to your golf balls that I won't dare to mention!!
If you're a golf fanatic like me and my friends then this is the place for you! Not only is it located in a golf community, it is also just a short drive in any direction to some of the finest golf courses the Phoenix area has to offer! And speaking of the cold, northern tundra...the Phoenix weather can not be beat! Perfect for golfing, hiking, biking, sun tanning, anything that ends with an "ing" that you wanna do outdoors!
Again, why would anyone over pay for a small little hotel room with paper thin walls and poor room service when you can rent this fantastic home? The living room and dining area are huge. The master suit is luxurious! No better place than the covered patio for your morning coffee or to relax as the sun goes down in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. If you like to stay in and cook...go ahead and get your Wolfgang Puck on, you're covered! Or if you're a gluttonous foodie like me, it's a short drive to a variety of restaurants that will satisfy any craving. Trust me, I have a lot of cravings.
And pack light...all you need is a change of clothes and a toothbrush. Heck, you don't even need a change of clothes because there is a fully functional washer and dryer right there for your use! Talk about light packing...just stick a toothbrush in your pocket and you're set! And maybe a stick of deodorant would be a good idea too. Just sayin...
If the house is any indication of it's owners then they truly are the salt of the earth!! They were very accessible and easy to make rental arrangements with. And talk about reasonable, I would have been happy to pay double what I did to stay in such a great home away from home!!!
So I ask again...why over pay for a hotel room? Why? I can't think of any acceptable reason either.

Our stay was great.
The home was a wonderful "get away" for our stay in Surprise. The location is very close to anything we needed as far as eating, groceries, fuel, etc. The property manager even brought us fresh flowers for our stay when she met us at the property.
The surrounding area is very nice; we enjoyed several walks through the friendly neighborhood.
The owner was very accessible via e-mail.
We would love to book a future stay and would certainly recommend this location to anyone.

Great stay
We stayed in Surprise, Az. in January of 2015, for one month. This home is in a very nice neighborhood and on a quite cul-de-sac. The home is very well set-up, We only used the master bedroom / master bath, but the home is arranged for a family or 2 couples, with the extra full bath. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked for supplies. We grilled a few times and enjoyed the enclosed back yard. We golfed at the Coyote Lakes Golf and also golfed at some other close courses. The property is close to many fine restaurants and shopping areas. The home is very easy to locate. Owners and property manager were very cooperative and most helpful to make our stay most enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property. We would consider another stay.....

Best Ever!
We spent the month of March 2015 in this beautifully appointed home. You don't need to bring anything other than your clothes. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes such niceties as any paper product you might wish to use. Information regarding the TV stations was readily available. The golf course at Coyote Lakes is one of the prettiest and well kept. We delighted each evening at dusk when the quail arrived to roost for the night in the wild rose plants, they chattered as they got settled and suddenly, it was quiet. We loved every aspect of the home and especially enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods each morning and talking with other walkers we met along the way. We wore Seattle Mariner hats which became a subject of easy conversation with other NW folks escaping from winter. I would definitely recommend this home - this was our 3rd visit to Surprise, using VRBO and this was the best of the three, by far. Don't miss a visit to Cave Creek and Carefree, lots of fun and interesting. We saw spring training baseball at the Peoria stadium and also at the Surprise stadium and both are very easy to find. This is a comfortable home and would easily accommodate 2 couples, providing privacy for each. The weather was unseasonably hot, for March, so we didn't get to hike as we would have liked, but we did visit White Tank Mountain (go into the library there) and it looked like a wonderful place to hike as much as one would like. Don't miss out on staying in this delightful home!
We had great food and fun at The Irish Wolfhound restaurant, located at Bell and Litchfield Road. For a romantic dinner, try Anacapa restaurant in the Corte Bella development (tell the guard you are there to eat) and make reservations.
The owners are very helpful with advice and any assistance one might need. You will feel welcomed!!

Great "Snow Bird" Get Away
Our four+ week stay in Surprise, AZ was in a nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, clean, well stocked home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Coyote Lakes subdivision. Residents are friendly & anxious to share why they love living in their community. We used the HOA swimming pool/rec center a couple times per week when we weren't hiking the mountains surrounding Phoenix. Conveniences are located just a few blocks away on Bell Road, a major east-west street. It's easy to find good places to eat and travel to other areas of Phoenix. Union Hills Road has less traffic than Bell Road and also takes you to the 101 loop that surrounds Phoenix. The owner, property managers & realtor neighbor across the street were very helpful. If you enjoy Arizona's awesome sunsets, you don't have to leave the neighborhood. Walk, bike or drive towards the Coyote Lakes entrance off Bell Road to view sunsets over the White Tank Mountains by peering over the wall that looks over the Agua Fria Wash desert area. We hiked in several of the Valley's surrounding mountain parks. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We had a wonderful VRBO first experience and it won't be our last.

Great Warm Get Away
Our two week stay in Surprise, AZ was in a lovely home--very nicely furnished, clean and well stocked with anything we might need. The neighbor hood, located on a quiet cul-de-sac seemed friendly with people out and about. One of our group played tennis several times with others he met at the Rec Club and the guys were able to play golf on the course there which was very nice. Located just a few blocks from a major street, Bell Road, it was easy to find good places to eat and to get about to other areas of the city. We grilled out on the patio a couple times for family and had it been slightly warmer the pool area at the Rec center would have been a nice area to entertain at. The contact people and the neighbor across the street were helpful with any questions. A great time as we visited with family in the area!
