I stayed here for a single night because I had an early morning flight and it is very close to Haneda Airport. No problems with the transfer to the airport by the Keikyū Airport Line. The staff were very helpful, and I was impressed by the 24-hour reception (they also have automatic check-out machines). It would also work really well as a base to explore Tokyo if you're arriving into the city late.
I made the mistake of going to Kamata Station rather than Keikyu-Kamata Station - which was a 15 minute walk away, but through a nice area. There's a kettle in the room, but no coffee/tea bags. A proper chair and desk rather than a stool and fold-out table would have been nice. It was twice the cost of the hotel that I was previously staying in on the outskirts of Tokyo, but it was a more comfortable hotel.

Close to Haneda airport, especially if arriving late in the evening. Varied Japanese-style breakfast. Free tea and coffee in the breakfast area any time of the day.
Some of my colleagues would have appreciated some bread for breakfast.

Clean and convenient hotel. It's also very cheap. Bed was really comfortable and easily shared with our baby.
Space was a bit tight.

Overall great stay. Breakfast in the morning was perfect before heading to the airport. Convenient location close to the train station and airport. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Several spoke English and could answer our questions.
Room was a bit small. Three people and luggage made it quite tight.

Great for access to and from Haneda.
Room was very cramped, lots of noise at night.

Excellent breakfast
3.5 / 5.0
Easy access to Haneda, great open cafe/work space, helpful staff, scales for checking luggage weight, modern decor.
Odd breakfast. No butter or jam for the croissants and no eggs, sausages or bacon alongside the traditional stuff (this was my 16th trip to Japan so I’ve had a lot of hotel breakfasts). Not much near the location (but a bit livelier if you walk 20 minutes to JR Kamata). The room felt like the smallest I’ve been in in Japan which is probably why the shared space is nice. Not an issue unless you are looking at value.

The hotel is a 3 MN walk to Kamata Stn, and an easy 10-15 walk from JR Kamata. A convenience store is around the corner and Espresso drinks are available in the lobby all day, rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is excellent.
Of course, rooms could be a bit bigger, but the bathroom in our three bedroom was very generously sized, including the ofuro, which we enjoyed soaking in every night.

The room is quite small, but everything needed are available.
Can accommodate for late checkout, though with extra charges.

clean, reasonable price
not easy for big bus to park

The hotel is clean and also a cafe by the lobby for guests to use. Although room is not big, the public area helps.
The front desk staff could be more attentive. I arrived around 2pm from the airport and was told the check-in is 3pm so I waited by the front desk and told the staff to inform me as soon as the room is ready. However, at 2:45pm, I heard the staff was checking in guests who just arrived but didn't ask me.... so I went up and another female staff helped my check-in. It was somehow disappointing that I made the request and waited around but didn't get treated fair when the rooms were ready.

Well mostly the room was great other than finding a eye make up brush under the bed and a bobby pin and i know they are doing there job but when i rent a room i never like someone comeing in unless requested but they changed my towles n made my bed and there pjs dont come in fat sizes i take a 3x shirt and there hotel shirts did not come in my size and the brakefast was limited and only meal they had there the room.was a bit small but thats japan for you tightly packed spaces and its more my normal for a bit bigger room but it was nice

Free unlimited coffee and tea facilities. Easy check-in procedure (self or assisted check-in). Clean room and facilities. Easily accessible from Keikyu Kamata Station.
Room is small compared to standard room sizes in other countries, but meets standard room size for business hotels in Japan.

it wasn’t long enough. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice atmosphere. Clean and modern.
We had a difficult time finding the light on and off switch. Some explanation could be helpful.

It would be good to offer vegetarian options for breakfast. The breakfast bento was large and well presented but contained quite a bit of meat and no fish.
When I tried to check-in with the check-in machine it wouldn't accept my foreign name, i.e. I couldn't get the machine to type SHE as that is not a character combination in Japanese. It would be good to improve the machines to handle foreign names.

A clean and bright room. Free drinks in the lounge on the ground floor.
