About this apartment rental

The condo is located on the golf course in Rancho Las Palmas Resort. Relax and unwind while enjoying the gorgeous view from the patio, facing north and a Mountain view to the West. It is furnished with a 6 person dinning table. Inside has plenty of oversize windows and open space. Living room has a comfortable couch and a big recliner chair. Full size upgraded kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, fully stocked cabinets & drawers. No need to bring bedding, linen, towels or cooking utensils. travertine tile throughout, except wood flooring in all bedrooms, which all also have ceiling fans, mirrored closets and cable tv's. Great shopping right opposite our country club at 'The River Walk where you can enjoy shopping, a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining. 'The River Walk also has a multiplex Cinema with all the latest movies. Open air entertainment and many shops and stalls for your shopping pleasure.

We have personally experiences many different exciting activities in the Coachella Valley and Palm Valley Cities. Some of these activities have been experienced with family members from around the world. Following are some of our favorites: San Jacinto Wilderness Park and Wilderness --- Salton Sea --- Painted Canyon Hiking Trails --- Living Desert Zoo.

This fabulous location provides Las Palmas Resort amenities including a new multi-million dollar SPA, 27 holes of championship golf, 25 tennis courts, 24 hour fitness center, pools, spas and 24-hour gates security. My friends and I came for Coachella and booked this place because it was close to a shuttle stop. We were so impressed with the neighborhood and the home! Everything was clean and comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was really quiet and it was so fun to watch the golfers in the morning from the patio. Check in and check out was really easy and I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay in John's condo. It was large, very well equipped, nicely furnished, and had a lovely view. John was very responsive if I had any questions and sent very clear instructions on check-in, check-out, and things to do in the Palm Springs area . We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this would be at the top of our list.

The checkin process was quite hard- poor directions from owner on name of complex and where the entrance to the complex was actually located. Like another review mentioned it feels like you are living in somebody else’s occupied house. Owner/prior occupant left groceries in the fridge and freezer. Same true for many other personal items around the condo. At the same time- things that we would expect to be there were missing - like a new sponge for dishwashing (old one available).

We loved this beautiful home! It was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, shopping, biking, etc. Owner/manager is kind, helpful and has the home well-stocked. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great property for a family

Great property for a family

This is a great location and very nice condo. It's about 1 minute from the golf course clubhouse and tennis center (there's also a community pool there). The owner provides a golf cart that is street legal, so that's a great bonus. It's right on the fairway of a nice hole on the course. Owner is great at communicating. Plenty of room for a family of 4-5 or more if the kids were younger. The River is right across the street and there are great restaurants, a movie theater and an Escape Room (which is a good escape room, very clean and fun). The community has about 15 small pools/spas around the grounds as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property over spring break - the community is lovely and we enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool amenities. The house was fine - it had some areas and linens that were not entirely clean and leftover personal tolietries from other guests. The pictures are very representative of the place. We had some issues with getting the TV to work and John was very responsive via text but not in the area or able to remedy (though a neighbor came by & took a look, he did not really know much about the system either). Ultimately the young adults in our party were able to find a workaround - not a big deal but just let us watch a movie as a family that we had planned on doing during our break. It is a fine property, felt a bit like you were staying in someone else's house who still lived there, lots of personal items from them and even other guests, but an excellent location and very good value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and well equipped property. John was extremely good at communicating and giving us tips on our stay. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the fantastic location and access to golf and tennis. But the BIG HIT was the use of the golf cart!!!! How generous to include this in the rental. SO conveneint and SO fun! Can't wait to come back!

This is a wonderful property in a great location on the 7th fairway of the South course. Very well furnished and a pleasure communicating with the owner. We cooked the whole time and some of the pots and pans could of been a little cleaner.

We stayed in this condo for the month of February. We found it exactly like the photos. The location is great and the views from the back patio are beautiful. Although having access to the golf cart was a plus, we found it better for a quick trip down to the pool rather than for use on the golf course. We had the opportunity to meet the owner when we arrived and found him easy to communicate with for the few issues we had. We would have considered renting it next year, but the unit was already book before we checked in.

The location were perfect for our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The location is central to both primary entrances to the park, with each being less than an hour drive. The surrounding area has everything we needed - stores, movie theatre and restaurants all within a 5 minutes of the house. There is also a casino less than 10 minutes away. The house was fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and there was more than sufficient bedding and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, which was a nice break from eating out. The 4 of us were plenty comfortable in the living room watching a movie (Thanks to the Apple TV we were able to access our Hulu account). The complex was great. Fitness room was small but sufficient for what we needed. There were 25 tennis courts so no issues getting court time. There are lots of golf paths to walk on, which was nice as well. This house was perfect for our family of 4 which includes two older kids (20 and 18). They were each able to have their own room with large bed. Finally...using the golf cart to get to the tennis courts and fitness room made it fun and easy. Definitely an added bonus. Overall terrific experience...highly recommended!

This was a very nice property in a very nice Rancho Mirage gated community. We were only there for a couple of nights, so we didn't really have enough to take full advantage of everything that this rental had to offer. We would absolutely stay here again if it is available next time we travel to Palm Desert to visit our son. Thanks!
