We LOVE Breckenridge and have spent many summers and winters enjoying all the wonderful activities it has to offer. We have owned and rented for 20 years.
Additionally, keep in mind there is a wide disparity among different units in terms of quality, upkeep and views. Why pay the same price for a view of another building when you can have the best there is to offer? When renting from hotels and management companies you will not know what kind of unit you are receiving even if you put in a special request. You can relax knowing that you will be staying in an upscale property with the best view in the Village and the best location in town.

CONDO DESCRIPTION:
This 1,200 sq. ft. luxurious penthouse condo has recently been renovated in an elegant mountain lodge style. Beautiful stone gas fireplace, alder wood crown molding, and spectacular views of the mountains from this 7th floor corner unit, makes this an ideal place to relax after a hard day of exploring. Open and bright, the condo receives plenty of sun throughout the day.
Enjoy our spacious, oversized balcony with unobstructed views of all the ski peaks, runs, Mt. Baldy, Maggie Pond and Blue River. From the balcony table for 4, you can watch the sunset after a long day of activity. Condo faces Southwest.
This is a true Ski In/Ski Out property during winter at the Base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Chairlift. Walking distance of 1 block to Main St with restaurants, grocery stores shopping and entertainment all accessible.

Self Check In with the digital Village at Breckenridge App. No need to stop at any management companies to pick up keys.

There are custom built ski racks in our entry but recommend you take advantage of the free ski drop off. As our guests you have access to complimentary ski/snowboard storage at Christy's Sports by Quick Silver Chairlift.

Beautiful pine log bed made by a local Breckenridge woodsman. King size with a brand new mattress. Master bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony. Flat 40” screen smart HDTV.
Master Bath: Gorgeous tile and stone work, stand up shower with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and seamless shower door.
Guest Bedroom:
King size bed and 40 inch HD flat screen smart TV.
Plenty of room and storage space with attaching bath and shower.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel fridge and granite counter tops. We have three chefs in our family and love to cook. Whatever utensil or appliance you need, chances are we have it! This includes a French coffee press, Keurig (starter capsules provided) coffee maker, crock pot, blender, panini maker, muffin tin and bundt pan.

If you do not bring a car, our condo is on the Town of Breckenridge free shuttle route for easy access around town and beyond. Otherwise, most everything you immediately need is within walking distance.

There are washers and dryers on every floor and operated through an app and linked to your credit card. No coins needed.

Each high capacity unit is large enough for luggage and/or equipment.

Place was beautiful inside. Plenty of space, two bedrooms with plenty of room. Living room table it great for guests to sit eat/drink/play cards.
Location can’t be beat. 3min walk to lift. 3 min walk to coffee shots on Main Street.
Advice if you have two cars, go park one car at Ice Rink, and whoever is parking at the condo go pick them up and only use the car at the condo all weekend.

Everything was perfect, Tayna did an amazing job keeping a clean line of communication during the booking process and events leading up to our stay.
The management company was also very good with their communication. We did have an issue with a bathtub not draining properly. The team was very responsive and come out ASAP to address the issue and fixed it.
The condo was centrally located and easily walkable to everything. Main street restaurants and shops as well as the ski lifts at peak 9.
Overall we will highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the best condo in Breck!

We had a great time for the two night stay.

We stayed in this nicely furnished condominium on the 7th floor. It was off season so we didn’t really have issues with noise or parking. There was a luggage cart that we used to load our luggage and the elevator was in working order.
We used the laundry twice. It is app driven and customer support on the app was perfect when I activated the wrong washing machine.
The condo has two bedrooms on either side of the condo. Each has its own bathroom. There is a nice mud room at the entry which we used, as well as a shelf for our keys and wallet.
The kitchenette was furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. It was more than enough for us. We ate breakfast in the room, but ate out for lunch and dinner.
There is a nice dining table and a small float screen television. The sofa and love seat were very comfortable. We even used the electronic fireplace.
A balcony with a table and bar stools were there, but it was a bit cold to stay out there. There were two access points to the balcony: the living room and bedroom.
Bedrooms were nicely furnished with a small television and comfortable bed. The blinds were manually operated but were in working order.
The bathroom was nice and comfortable with a glass enclosed shower. Our room has a walk in closet. I didn’t check the other bedroom.
Location-wise, the condo was central in Breckenridge and the roads were easily accessible. This is walking distance for many local shops/eateries.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the top floor, great views of Peak 9 base, walking distance to the lift, ski school, restaurants and the town. Beds were big and comfy and quality furniture.

The condo was clean and the entire unit was well furnished. Check-in and out was easy. We enjoy staying at the Village because of its proximity to the town and the lift. We look forward to coming again.

I never give anything but positive reviews, but I feel this will help the owner correct some things and future renters know what to expect. Check in isn’t until after 4:00 offsite from the facility at a lockbox outside. At 4:30 when we picked up our card keys and (1) vehicle parking pass, the parking pass worked well, the card keys would not work our entry into the building through the parking garage. Once we caught someone going in, we had access to the building. 1 out of 5 keys worked out condo door. By the next morning, no keys worked anywhere. I called the management group, they made me a whole new set of keys, which required me driving to the other end of Breckenridge to get. Same thing happened next day, no keys worked. We did not place them next to phones or credit cards! We had to have someone stay in the room at all times or leave our safety latch open so the door wouldn’t close. They had to make another set of keys. This time I was stuck outside the building for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come in or out. Went to the building front counter and they said since we rented from vrbo and not them, they would not let us in the building. Did I mention I had. a 2 yr old with me? All that to say, the card key system to this condo does not work and for the amount of money you spend, this is unacceptable!!!
The screen door on the porch is not attached so a gust of wind caught it and hit my son in the head.
The condo stays so hot! No AC which is common for CO, but it stayed 70-72 degrees. We had to open windows and doors to keep comfortable.
The drains do not drain well in the showers.
Restrooms are in the bedrooms and not accessible from common area.
Washer and dryer is in the hall for a $7.00 per load purchase, not in the condo.
The positive is the location and view is amazing! The condo is nice.

Great location. Great view. Easily walkable to Main Street, hiking, and Carter Park for pickleball! There was also an art show and farmer’s market at the Village the week we were here. Hope to come back soon!

The stay could not have been better and the responsiveness from Tanya was better than I've experienced with any prior VRBO bookings in the past. The condo is perfect location and in great shape. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and the location can’t be beat! We would recommend this property to anyone who likes to be in the center of town.

Great condo with a great view
Check in was a little bit confusing at first. Had to get the keys in a different location and understanding the parking garage was a tad confusing at first. But after that everything was top notch 5 stars. Great condo!
