We had a wonderful time at this condo. Perfect location. The pool was a hit for the kids and the beach is beautiful! We would definitely come back again!

This place is so gangster! The rooms were large with soft beds and plenty of closet/storage space. The owner ensures that nothing is forgotten in order for you to feel right at home. All the entertainment and food is less than a 5 minute walk or drive. The property is lush and well maintained. The pool and hot tub is heavenly. There are TVs in every room with a variety of channels and easy to use. The shower pressure is husband approved š The view from every room is picturesque. We LOVE Crabby Steveās. Steve is a tentative and hard working man. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Couldnāt beat location for price. Super easy access to pool/beach/food. Spent 5 nights with family both kids under 6. Pool was HUGE hit. Condo had everything we needed and very clean. Some Renoās going on to exterior but nothing that hindered our stay. Canāt wait to visit again.

Great location and nice large condo. Furniture in living room is dorm quality and really needs to be replaced. Beds are comfy and washer dryer is a definite plus. The complex is quiet, but lobby construction was very inconvenient for coming and going. Crabby Steveās and beach access is the best part!

A little cooler than we'd hoped, but a fun week with family and friends all staying at High Pointe. We had stayed in this unit before, and chose it again. We'll stay here again when accommodations are needed on 30-A.

The property is great. We all want to return in peak season to fully utilize the amenities and beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig. Beds were decently comfortable. Decor was a little dated but it wasnāt unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again. -bring extra toilet paper, there was a back up supply of everything but that and the rolls were almost gone before we got there. š

The location of the unit could not be better for access to the pool or the beach. Towels were old, the master bathroom shower was so old that it almost looked dirty. The guest bathroom shower water ran the entire time we were there. Great location but definitely needs lots of work.

Family Trip to High Pointe
This is a fantastic unit. This was our 4th stay at High Pointe and we never get tired of this resort or the area. Great accommodations, awesome pool, and beach access is wonderful. Not to mention.... Crabby Steves!!!!! This is a hidden gem on 30A. Highly recommend this resort and definitely this particular unit.

Great Property & Host
We spent a week at this property and loved the location, condo and gracious Host. The photos don't do justice to this property. Large condo on ground floor with east access to pool, hot tub and beach. Directly across from Starbucks, great restaurant/bar and small grocery store. Rosemary Beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend and will certainly rent this property next time we visit.

Excellent place love being able to walk right out back door to pool...Pool is beautiful as is the Ocean. Very clean, well kept and up to date.. Beds are very comfortable. Stayed for a wedding event in Nov. so did not get to utilize beach chairs etc. Flea markets all up and down the streets during this time and plaza directly across street for restaurants and shopping. Would definately stay again...

Great family stay
Property has been updated since pictures were taken and is very nice. Conveniently located right next to pool and the beach. Just a few steps across the road from Peddlers Pavillion. They took cleaning seriously and the owner was very responsive to messages. This was our favorite 30a stay so far and would definitely book here again!

This was a nice condo in a great complex. On the beach, nice pool, Crabby Steveās is a great amenity. High Pointe is a very good location for families and this condo worked well. Angela the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Thank you

Great place but not clean
Besides a few maintenance issues that can happen at any place the real disappointment was a poorly cleaned / not cleaned room. beds and linens clean but the rest of the place clearly not being paid attention to.

GREAT LOCATION!
This is the perfect location especially for a family with young kids. We were within walking distance to all the Seacrest restaurants, ground floor made very easy access to the pool or heading to the beach. The chairs included with the rental was a huge bonus! We will definitely return.

Weekend Getaway
This was a great place to stay! Super close to the beach. We absolutely loved the pool and restaurant on site -> very convenient for a quick snack. The house was very clean and we were pleased with our experience!

Great Location
You canāt be the location of this condo. We chose this condo because of the proximity to the pool. Itās only a few short steps to the pool gate from the patio. So convenient! This condo has been recently updated (new flooring and bedding) but the online pics donāt reflect that yet. What a nice surprise! Weāve stayed at High Pointe two other times and this was the most well stocked condo of all of them. The kitchen had everything you could think of (thanks for having big bowls and platters!). The bbq grill was a few short steps away, making it very convenient for grilling. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets, and lots of restaurant take out menus. We loved being on the ground floor and were happy to sacrifice the āocean viewā for the convenience of being steps away from the pool. We love High Pointe and canāt wait to come back!

Exceptional
We always extend our large family vacation for a few days and chose this property for our first few days. Our family of five found this condo to meet all of our needs. Everything was as expected, but there have been updates to the condo that arenāt seen in the pictures (upgraded). It was very clean, the location was perfect, and we will definitely stay again next year If able! Check in/check out was so easy.
The resort pool was the best we have seen in the area, and the beach is steps away. Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful spring break visit
We had a great stay. Like others have mentioned, the decor has been updated since the picture. That was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The pool, while chilly, was beautiful and the kids didnāt mind the temperature one bit. Crabby Steveās was awesome. The drinks and food were delicious, and the view was unbeatable. The included beach chairs were a luxury. One small tip, grab a bag of ice at the grocery since the ice machine isnāt working. Everything else was fantastic!

Great place
This place is in a great location, beautiful pool and the property have everything that you need. Also I want to add that they don't have any carpet and they change some furniture that you can't see in the pictures. The process for check in and check out is very easy and we have a some of restaurants in a walking distance. My only recomendation for the property manager is that you should do like a deep cleaning in the apartment. Other than that everything was fine.

The Perfect and Much Needed COVID Get-Away
While we usually take several trips every year, COVID-19 changed all that. We found this condo to be the perfect get-away for our immediate family to spend the Holidays and relax. We had many nice walks on the beach, rode bikes all around the area, enjoyed the hot tub and our girls enjoyed jumping in the waves (although a little chilly this time of year). There are many nice restaurants and shops within a short walk. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great experience for our family
We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is ideal for families, easy walk to the beach, very nice pool right outside the unit, and across the street from food, ice cream and more. You can park your car and never move it. The property manager Angela was very helpful and responsive; one of the best we have dealt with.

It was great!
My family and I had a great time here! Angela the property owner was very responsive and so kind. The arrival packet had all the info we needed to arrive. We didnāt have any problems getting through the gated community with security and the door codes worked easily every time. The pictures are out dated, the unit has tile floors throughout the condo (bedrooms included) and the kitchen has been painted with new dining furniture. The bedding is also new. Currently the pictures online donāt show itās upgrades! The ground floor location is great for families with kids- there was a large grassy area for them to run and play & itās close to the pool gate. This neighborhood itself is in a perfect location- we rode bikes & walked across the street to the shops/ restaurants in Seacrest & Rosemary every day. Having Crabby Steveās Beach restaurant/bar is also a bonus! I highly recommend!

Resort was very family friendly. Room was better than what we expected really. Room location is great, right in front of the pool. Easy walk through the pool area to the beach. Beach access has several stairs but ramp option as well. Resort location was also great, with plenty of walkable options for shopping and meals.

Highly recommend for families
Really enjoyed our stay, it was even nicer than the pictures showed. Location is incredible, we only got in our car once all week after arrival. If you have small children (ours are 3 and 1) you will love this first floor spot next to the pool and waterfall, baby monitors even reach to the pool deck ;). Highly recommended.

Perfect location.
We had everything we needed. We were here for a wedding and relaxing. The unit was first floor and walk out into the pool. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was a great experience.

Great location and chill
This location is great! Use to stay at the villas. Security folks there were so rude. Security at this place is SO FRIENDLY! Every time they saw us coming in on bikes they would open doors for us! You can throw balls in the pool and PLAY in the pool unlike the villas. Just a great place for kids letting them be kids! Wonderful time will be back asap!! Angela easy to get in touch with and very responsive- thank you!
