This rental home is beautifully decorated with a large open gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast area. It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, the third bedroom 2 queen beds, the 4th bedroom has Bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!

An hour before we were to check into the house I recieved a call that the laundry room flooded and they cancelled our stay. They said they just rented out the other property and nothing they could do. We were already on Clearwater beach at the aquarium waiting for check in. Luckily we were able to obtain a double room suit at a hotel on the island. It had only rained for an hour while we were at the Aquarium, they said the roof leaked and flooded the laundry during that hour rain. If that is indeed the case it sounds like they need to do maintenance and inspect before renting it out. Very disappointing and could have completely ruined the vacation.

Ok, but lots of holes in walls at outlets and switches that let in roaches - killed two monstrous beasts. Backyard not really child friendly, and definitely not as nice as the photos make it look. No laundry detergent so we didn’t wash any towels.

This trip was a lot of firsts - first time in Clearwater Beach, renting through this company, and travelling with a toddler and pregnant. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Leading up to the trip, Beach Time Rentals was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and clean. You cannot beat the location - Easy walk to the beach access and trolley stop to take you closer to Pier 60. We hung out on the front almost as much as we did the backyard pool - a nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not a knock on anyone, just useful information for future renters - they are very strict with the 10am check out time. We had someone sitting outside of the house starting at 9:45am the day of check out. He didn't rush us, we were loading the suitcases in the car and doing the final walk through by that point, but it does add a little stress knowing someone is waiting on you. If we return to Clearwater Beach, we would absolutely consider renting this exact house again.

The accommodation was in a quiet, safe residential area, 250 metres from the beach. The house was perfectly adequate for our group of six adults and two children. The air conditioning worked well and the pool was heated to 85 degrees F, although the heating switched off on our second last day. There is an extra charge of $35/day for heating the pool.The house was selected because of its close proximity to Clearwater Beach, regarded as one of the finest in the USA. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach for the first four days of our six day stay, because of a Red Tide event, which was unknown to us and not flagged up beforehand as a possibility. This event is an algae bloom, karenia brevis, which is toxic to fish and causes skin and eye irritation and breathing problems for humans, with the air having a sulphurous smell. Fortunately, the house was far enough away from the smell not to cause concern in the pool. The shoreline was littered with dead fish adding to the smell and we were surprised that it took the city authorities so long to clean the beach

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 included twin 3 year olds and a 10 yr old! The ocean is close within walking distance- which we did daily -even with the high winds we had on the first couple days. The pool was the best part for the twins and they would have been happy to stay there everyday if not for the playground at Pier 60! With had a small problem with the power but Mona was great and we had the problem fixed quickly. Would love to come back to this place again!!

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!

Simple process to book with good communication ahead of time. Check in was smooth. There was a minor issue at check in that was addressed immediately. The house was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for us. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach, usually made the walk twice a day. The reason we booked was for the pool and the washer and dryer as we were coming off a hotel stay in Disney. The washer sounded like gunshots and the dryer put black streaks on all of our clothes. Furthermore, the chemicals in the pool were so strong that the smell made it impossible to use.

We have stayed in this rental before. It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just a few blocks from a private beach. Several of our grown children and grandchildren came along this year. We loved it! Plenty of room for all of us, we were able to cook our own food and even grilled one night on the provided grill. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too. We love that is is out of the crush of the tourists. The property manager, Mona, was just a phone call away when we needed anything. Pool service came twice a week so the pool was well maintained too. We will come back again!

The Coconut Beach House in N.Clearwater was perfect for our family. We loved having our own pool and grill, and being only a few blocks from the beach. We were away from all the hustle and bustle and crowds in Clearwater, but only a short distance to restaurants,stores and Pier60. The beach house was clean and comfortable for the 9 of us. A few things should be addressed though. The light bulb in the laundry room needs replaced, room was dark. The TV in the single queen bedroom does not work. The back door, leading to the pool deck sticks badly. The door handle to the master bedroom falls off when you try to open door. Also, the door handle to the front door is loose. A couple of lounge chairs on pool deck would have been nice. Enough of the negative!

This home is wonderful for a beach vacation. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. It's a quiet neighborhood and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool was very nice and the home housed 7 people comfortably. Mona was very helpful and friendly and reassuring.The only negative was there was trash in the front yard/driveway when we arrived from previous renters and the bath towels had been put on the shelf still wet. It was really nice there were instructions on signs & in a binder to help with tv remotes/appliances,attractions/restaurants in the area. The front porch & back patio were great to relax also.We would definitely stay here again.

There were borken window blinds, broken part of TV cabinet, broken glasses in the cupboard and the biggest blemish was a huge hole in the side of the house. This hole was covered with tyvek paper, but not properly insulated. From the inside of the that room you could see sunlight through the wall.
