About this apartment rental
NAUTI LODGE This Nauti Stays Vacation Rental property is just steps away from the Sheraton Hotel (home of Sundance headquarters), the bus stop (free transportation around town and to the bases), and step away from the hot tub and heated pool. This condo is your home away from home (and ours too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ 200 mbps of dedicated secure wifi internet. Upgraded underground parking spot is available for additional fee (see below).
There are 2 pocket dividers between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a stove/oven, over stove microwave, conventional-sized refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, dish washer, coffee makers (small and large), Kurig, small blender, toaster, and fully stocked kitchen with all the basics (and more - like Tupperware, "yeti" cups, etc). There's a bar height table that can seat up to 4 people. Not to mention, a 15 second walk to the pool deck will allow you to grill on a 6 burner stainless steel grill w/ natural gas.
The living room has a dresser, 50 inch cable Samsung Smart TV (with USB and HDMI inputs), ceiling fan, and an electric fire place. The unit has baseboard heat and also has seasonal A/C for those summer months. (3) DryGuy DX Forced Air Boot Dryers are also located in the living room to dry shoes, boots, gloves, etc.
The Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, sink, and 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. It also has 2 touch bedside lamps with USB C and A ports and outlets on each convenient for charging cellular phone and more.
The bathroom is spacious and has been remodeled a walk-in tile shower with frameless sliding glasses doors.
We decided to cut cable since everyone has their own streaming platforms and this helps us keep rental prices lower.
For your comfort, a humidifier and fan are kept in the bedroom closet and extra blankets and pillows are located in the living room chest. The hallway has numerous racks for skis, jackets, snowboards. and gear. A small hard cooler and soft cooler are kept in the closet for use.
This condo is located on the subterranean level with a view facing outside. Despite being half under ground, there are two large windows that allow a good amount of sunlight in (especially in the morning). One in the bedroom, and one in the living room. I have thick blinds and curtains on each to block the sunlight. At this level, the unit is kept cooler in the summer months and warmer in winter. The unit's location within the Carriage House complex makes it just seconds from the parking lot and elevator for easy move-in/move-out. You wouldn't know it, but the door is just 20 feet from the indoor Jacuzzi (Open Year Round). The heated pool is seasonal, usually opens May and closes October – weather permitting. A gas BBQ grill is on the pool deck and a common area locked bathroom is next to the hot tub.
The Carriage House has a surface parking lot (Lot E) directly at the main building entrance. If the lot is full, there are surrounding lots that can be utilized.
***As of December 2023, I was lucky enough to secure 1 reserved parking spot in the underground parking garage under the Sheraton Hotel right outside the back door very close to our unit. This is invaluable when arriving to the condo late at night or when it snows. To offset our cost for this reserved parking spot, our guest(s) can utilize it for $6 per day for the trip as an added fee after booking***
This condo is just feet away from the free bus system that will take you anywhere in Park City which means you have instant FREE transportation wherever you want to go. Be it a short 3 min car ride to Park City Mountain Resort or a 10 min car to Canyon Mountain Resort, this condo is perfectly located. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the indoor jacuzzi literally 20 feet from the condo front door. After that, take a stroll out the backdoor and choose from any of the numerous restaurants.
Laundry Washer and Dryer are coin or app operated. They are on the 2nd and 4th levels in the building. A 20 second walk. They are not in the unit.
I stock up on and try to provide Suave body soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. If you are like me when you travel, you bring your own preferable toiletries. There is a Revlon, 2 speed, cool shot Hair Blow Dryer. So pack accordingly.
When the condo is booked, I will send you the Welcome Letter that is kept in the condo. A few days prior to your arrival, I will send you the unique Carriage House building code and also your unique condo door code. There are no keys to carry around or worry about losing.

Overall great stay.. apartment is conveniently located right next to indoor hot tub and a spare public bathroom if you have 4 people staying together it gives an extra option. Condo is kinda small for 4 people plus all ski gear but we made it work well.
Looking back we should have rented a car because although the public bus is a pretty good system, routes like trying to get home from the grocery store was difficult (getting there was easy but had to take a different bus home to avoid a 30+ min bus ride home) and also coming home on the bus from skiing can get very crowded on busy days and take a while
Condo is located close to a lot of good food options, our favorite was Sammie’s bistro!

The condo is really well situated - a short drive to downtown (we didn't try the bus, but I believe it runs every 15 minutes or so), and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
Very easy parking right outside, and Scott provided a permit way in advance.
The apartment itself is very well designed and well equipped. All the kitchen stuff you would need for self catering is there. There is a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. A small sitting area with high-spec smart TV.
Scott is a great host. Although based in Fla, he is easy to get in touch with and immediately responsive.
We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Park City. Gwyneth Paltrow case on at the time. Even she couldn't have faulted Nauti Lodge.

First trip to Sundance. The location was perfect to the theater (walking distance). The condo was exceptionally clean and perfect space for our needs. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. Will book again.

The condo is in a great location and has everything you need. Only major concern was how hot the unit gets even with the heat set to only 60, had to open the windows to get some cool air in to make it manageable to sleep.

My husband and I wanted to stay at the carriage house (we have history there) and Chris's apartment was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely informative before and during the stay. He has instructions within the apartment that tells a little bit about his story, which I loved because it adds his touch and shows that he cares. His communication was excellent! If I had a question. He responded within minutes, I couldn't believe it. I have never had communication that quick. The apartment was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. His instructions were very clear and precise. Don't let the deposit scare you. If you follow his instructions, you are quick to receive back the full amount. The apartment is great and the owner is the best part to it!
Chris, thank you so much! I hope to stay again sometime!

The Carriage House is quaint & secure, and access was easy. Don't forget to print the parking pass before you go if you can help it! The Nauti Lodge itself was surprisingly much more updated than the pictures and beautiful relaxing and clean! I love how thorough and accurate Chris's descriptions and instructions were. There are plenty of suggestions & resources available for just about anything you can think of.
The location is perfect for walking to the store, to eat, go to the movies, & across the road from a pretty walking trail that runs along a small creek as well. You can hear people walking through the hallway easily, but it's an older building so that can't really be helped. We loved being literally around the corner from the hot tub and swimming pool. It wasn't ever crowded, and was very relaxing.
We spent most of our days in the High Uintahs hiking around and came back to cook gourmet dinners for ourselves in the fully stocked kitchen (minus the fridge/freezer food we had to buy for ourselves, of course), then relax in the pool and spa, and go to the movies or whatever else we decided to do. Chris was great at replying too! Definitely will be back again!

Exactly what I needed!
I was in town for 4 days and basically just needed a place to sleep and shower. This condo offered more than I had time to experience. The layout works well for gathering in the living area, and the kitchen is tidy and clean. Plenty of room to make a dinner for one or four. Very conveniently located...just steps to the bus stop, and access to the biking trail is across the parking lot. On my next stay, I'll schedule time for the hot tub!

Perfect Spot for all Park City offers
From the moment you book this place, Chris makes you feel welcome and he goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. His welcome letter is highly detailed and very helpful. His spot is downstairs with a view of the sidewalk, but that's the only con I can come up with. His pricing is amazing, he makes accessing the building effortless, keeps the kitchen very well stocked, has boot dryers that work, all the appliances are clean and working, and its quiet at night. The condo is about 8 steps from the hot tub which was absolutely needed to soothe my old bones after skiing every day. The hallway does NOT smell like the hot tub, which is huge. I love Utah, and next time I return, I will certainly check for availability on this property. 100% recommended.

Great Find in Park City
This place was just as advertised and was perfect for all of us that went. It was located right next to a bus stop which made it easy to get to and from the ski resort as well as to the heart of the city. I would definitely stay again.

Great place! Perfect for my family of 3.
We loved staying here. This unit is right across from the hot tub and pool (closed for the season) which we loved. Two bus stops are right outside that will take you to the mountains. He had everything we needed. Kerig for coffee. Toaster oven. TV was hooked up to xfinity (I am pretty sure that was the service) and it had great channels. We were in walking distance to a gas station and an awesome Italian restaurant. We would stay in his unit again for sure.

Excellent stay!
The unit is exactly as advertised and close to many good restaurants. Unit was very clean, well-furnished and very warm. Easy to get to both PCMR and Deer Valley since there are three bus stops near the property (rides are 15-20 mins each way). Used the hot tub. Chris was very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

Wonderful condo with an amazing owner.
We had an amazing stay at Chris's condo. This side of town is a little quieter, but with plenty of food and shopping options. The main strip and mountain base is a simple bus ride away with the bus stop directly outside the door.
The condo itself is great too! The photos do not even reflect the updated flooring. It has everything we needed for our week's stay.
Chris was a great host as well! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went out of his way to help out. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Park City.

Great location, Clean & Cozy Unit and Responsive Owner
There was a whole lot that I liked about this rental and the few things that I did not like were out of control of the owner.
The location is amazing, with convenient parking and a quick drive to both main street and PC mountain. The controlled code entry added a nice layer of security.
The unit was modern, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities including ample towels, tp and tissues as well as lotion, shampoo/conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies, detergent, ziploc bags, coffee/filters/tea/sugar, etc. I also made good use of the boot and glove driers that were provided. The images on the listing were quite accurate. Interestingly, the images do not even reflect the new flooring throughout the unit, which is an enhancement.
The downfall was the noise. The walls felt quite thin (obviously not a reflection upon the owner nor the excellent accommodations), and we were disturbed by every person walking & talking through the hallway, in neighboring units and above. The other issue also came by way of noise. The refrigerator hum was loud at times, enough to wake us up in the night, and the heater made a lot of crackling/creaking noises as it kicked on and off.
The owner was extremely easy to reach and communicative. On one occasion I had to reach out about a party occurring above us and he took a number of approaches to assist in getting it to stop, so that my kids could sleep. He obviously genuinely cares about his guests' experiences.
Would I stay here again and/or recommend to a friend? Yes!

Enjoyed our stay
We loved staying at this location. It was definately cozy. The beds weren't super comfortable, but for the time we were there were good. We had everything we needed which was helpful. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, Ice, and whatever else you can think of. We did think there were two beds and the pull out couch (the different bedding in the pictures made us think there was two beds.) The one bed and pull out couch was perfect for us. We didn't have much salt and pepper there so you may need to grab some from the grocery store. The hot tub was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I personally would stay here again if I came back down. The owner was great to send information we would need prior to our arrival (I had nearly everything I'd need several weeks to month in advance. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Perfect for our girls weekend
My best friend and I left the kids behind with their dads and escaped for a weekend. It was perfect! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Chris was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed for a simple check in. He was accommodating with our requested checkout time and let us know that the property was ready earlier than anticipated for check in. We would absolutely stay here again.

Park City Ski Trip
We needed a mini home away from home for a ski vacation and this condo gave us that feeling. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was a comfortable, clean and well located to good restaurants, ski areas, downtown Park City and grocery stores. Easy parking as well.

Great place and location!
Chris's property is very well taken care of and has everything that we needed for our weekend away. It is very clean, and everything from the TV to the dishwasher work very well. The only complaint we had was that the water heater didn't have a ton in it (wife likes baths and super hot showers) so we had to let it recharge for a little before the other could shower. Thats a minor gripe though, it really is a great place in a great location!

Great location, very well kept condo, had everything I needed & more, great location for for food , bus , groceries , great crab place across the street, probably the best kept place at reasonable rate in park city, hope to make it back next ski season

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed skiing in the area. The condo is as described and we appreciated the “extras”. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, trash bags, etc... Its a good location for getting around and free bus stops right outside. Scott was very responsive and easy to contact. The sofa bed needs some adjustments as it leans down (where you head would go). We are light packers so the tight space wasnt a big issue but if you bring a lot of things with 4 people it will be somewhat uncomfortable to move around. Also the building is older and the walls are pretty thin. We had neighbors one evening that played loud music until 1130pm. But the rest of the time it was fine. If you’re a light sleeper bring some earplugs. Over-all we were pleased and would recommend staying there.
