Luxurious resort-like retreat in a beautiful community with spectacular golf and mountain views. Plenty of room for everyone in this stunning 5200 sq ft resort-style home with 6 beds/6 baths. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, large island, dining area which opens to family room which steps out 2 patios, fireplace and BBQ.
Formal Living room and Dining area off kitchen for all your entertaining needs. Master bedroom offers walk-in closet and newly remodeled bathroom, large walk in shower.
3 additional bedrooms, 2 are ensuite, on main floor.
Upper floor has large bedroom and half bath with a private patio with breathtaking sunset views.
This home provides total privacy and the location is near all conveniences. Very close to Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Paradise Valley, shopping and award winning restaurants.
Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Frys market.
We are on the 17th hole on the Public, Stone Creek golf course and has very nice rates (approx. $20) for after 4pm

We had a fantastic stay at the Cholla House. Our group had 11 guys and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is so big we forgot about the "extra room" off the garage which had even more beds/bathrooms/kitchenette. We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying pickleball, the pool and other games. The house had everything we needed and kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. The house was close to the airport and Old Town - would recommend to anyone visiting the PHX/Scottsdale area.

I found this booking and I was glad to have the larger house WITH a Pickleball court and a pool/hot tub. We had 5 couples and 1 single adult. We had plenty of room/bathrooms. Everything on the website looked great. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was ready for us when we got there. The house and amenities are just older. My husband had to fix several things while we were there. I myself climbed up on tables to replace lightbulbs and fix lights. The bicycles they had there I think 5 of them ALL the tires were flat. We wanted to ride around the neighborhood but couldn’t. We called and they did come and picked up the bikes and fixed them but it took a whole day and half to bring back. The outlets in most of the bedrooms didn’t work as it wouldn’t hold a phone charger in. We were just surprised that the house although fine, we were not impressed. The 3 grills that they have, none were in working condition. We did use one of the outside heaters but it took 3 tries to find a propane unit that worked. There was no loungers by the pool, which would have been nice to have. Like I said everything was FINE, just not wowed by any of it. If it was updated and maintained it would be a great house to rent for the large group. I’m already looking to book a place for next year for the group but not sure this is it.

Has all the fixin’s for golf, activity, keeping cool, space. We had a group of 9 guys playing golf and enjoying the dinner scene. Easy ride into old town or out to TPC. Very smooth weekend!

Could improve on cleanliness of outside areas. Lost two days with hot tub heater not working. Manager was very nice and helpful. She also worked hard getting spa working. Overall, very good and we would use it again.

Large house and property made this a perfect space for a bachelor party / golf trip. Enjoy the pool / hot tub post round, or jump on the pickle ball court or putting green if golf isn't for you! Would stay here again next time I visit the area

We loved everything the house has to offer. The backyard provided everything we needed for a week of fun. We spent lots of time playing pickleball, swimming, hot tubing, and playing bags. The location was close to lots of great hikes, golf, restaurants and stores. The set up was perfect for our group of 5 families - everyone couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own little attached "apartment". Would definitely rent again.

Had a great weekend at the house. It was really spacious so everyone had their own privacy. The backyard was the highlight and we were able to make the most of the weekend out there. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants, as well as golf courses. The pool heat didn’t work out and there was some confusion/miscommunication during checkout, but overall this was a great place for a weekend trip.

Housed all 15 of us with no problems. Outside Pool, Spa and Pickle Ball court was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and in order. There is definitely some deferred maintenance issues that need attention.

We had 4 families meet up in Phoenix for a reunion. Even though it rained for most of one day, there was plenty of room in the house for games and activities. Grilled burgers and hot dogs first night. Propane grill worked fine, natural gas grill didn't get very hot. There is an extra charge for heating the pool, which was needed in December. Fun playing pickle ball and putting on the green.

Kitchen was not clean and somewhat beat up. Not all lights worked, and not properly not kept up. Pool and pickle ball courts great, putting green very beat up. Pool was nice, but control for pool was in poor shape. Had to supply gas tanks for outdoor heaters and condition of outdoor grills were very bad.

Good getaway weekend with the guys. Plenty of rooms, quiet neighborhood with good privacy, and the pickle ball court was an awesome addition. Check in process was a little concerning because we didn’t get the all clear until right before check in time. I am used to other properties we have stayed that send you instructions the morning of, or sometimes even earlier. Beside that, communication with Corrina was good, and the one question we had once we were there was answered very promptly. Overall would recommend for those with large groups!

This was the perfect spot for our recent golf trip to Scottsdale. Plenty of room and plenty of beds for our group. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and jacuzzi. The property manager was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues, too. We will definitely return to this location in the future!

This house was so fun to stay at - the outside space was ideal for lounging and we spent most of our time out there. The kitchen was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Nice pickleball court, pool, outdoor kitchen and seating. Lovely setting on the fairway near the cart path. (We had a few errant golf balls come our way, so heads up!) And the cruiser bikes were a bonus for riding around the neighborhood. Corinne was an awesome host and the house was full of character and really felt like home.

Tons of outdoor activities, multiple indoor spaces, nice pool, etc. Matthew and Corrina were very accommodating which was the cherry on top of an already great stay. 10/10 across the board. Stayed for a long weekend of golf and and all 12 of us had our own beds. 5 minutes to Stonecreek Golf Club (#17 in backyard), 12 minutes to Lookout Mt., and 40 minutes to Lone Tree GB (Gilbert, AZ). This is a must stay if you’re coming out with a group. Will certainly be back in 2023.

The property was as nice as promoted. Wonderful outside recreation area and plenty of space inside for our entire family. Some check-in issues with Corrina due to her lack of communication. Property manager Matthew was extremely efficient and conscientious. Overall good experience.

If your looking for the perfect place for a golf buddies trip and have a dozen golfers , this is the place. It's difficult to find properties with 12 beds and a layout that accomodates 12 guys and all there interests. The backyard with its pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and bar were perfect for after golf relaxing. Two large living rooms with big TV's, a wall of glass that opens to outside, comfortable beds and a central location for most of the great golf courses. Easy communication and contactless check-in and check-out. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy.

The house was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 12 guys on our annual golf tournament and everyone had their own bed. Early check in was allowed for us which was huge. Highly recommend this property.

We loved the week we spent at this house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The backyard was awesome. We spent the whole time outside. Communication with the manager was smooth and everything was ready when we arrived. We would love to stay here again!

Overall A+ This place it great. We had 12 men. Everyone had a bed. The location is great. About a 25 minute drive to any course in the area. We will stay again if we go back to the Scottsdale area.
