I'm not sure what people are seeing for a nightly cost...I want to let you know it is $145.00 for up to 3 people...$10 per person per night after that...plus $15 per night for firewood payable on arrival. Please do not bring your own because of insect infestation. You can text me at the number in this ad to book directly or with ANY questions
Don't forget we have the Flat Top grill. You can cook your eggs, bacon, pancakes for breakfast. You can reheat your pizza on it and cook your steaks, chicken etc. You can text me to book directly at 603-630-8152. We try and supply pretty much anything you'll need for essentials. Only things you need to bring are towels and soap for the awesome full hot/cold shower (warm weather only), your food and something to keep it in. Please don't hesitate with any questions... Our yurt is candle and lantern friendly. We supply plenty of both. There is no electricity. This is the best yurt for relaxing in the woods with no one around and enjoying the coziness. We have gas flat top grill outside and a 2 burner propane cooktop inside. You may also enjoy our beautiful relaxing firepit outback. plenty of trails to walk. There is a $15.00 unlimited firewood fee. We also supply paper plates, paper towels, plastic ware, real knives, 2 gallons drinking water etc.... You pretty much only need to bring your food and something to keep it in.

There are games, coloring, books, Lincoln logs etc.. for the kiddos and adults as well. All that good ole fashioned fun. We include pots, pans, utensils, condiments, salt, pepper, etc... you really just need to bring your food and a cooler to keep it in.

We have had some unfortunate times with guests who apparently overdid and ask that you respect the hard work that we have put into our Yurt property and if drinking, drink responsibly (: Thank you... One more thing we unfortunately have to ask... My husband works hard at keeping the awesome outhouse clean and smell free. We would GREATLY appreciate it if EVERYONE would walk those few steps to use the outhouse instead of urinating out the door or anywhere else besides the outhouse. It's unfortunate I have to mention these things but circumstances arise 😑🙄😳

Wendy was very responsive and really helpful before and during the trip! We got there really late but she was there to show us where to go down the trail. It is really deep in the woods and it is so quiet! Just what we needed! Our dog enjoyed her first camping trip and explored the area. The yurt was cozy and had everything you needed. The flat top was the best for breakfast! It was an amazing experience and we will be back!

Winter camping has become one of our favorite ways to celebrate our anniversary and our 1st yurt experience was absolutely fantastic! Set in a tranquil woods setting with trails all around, an outdoor firepit, grill & picnic table. Nothing but nature in every direction you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere! We brought out 2 dogs who had the best time of their lives exploring the area! All this, with a quaint yurt, fully stocked with everything you could need, lots of games and wood stove that keeps the yurt nice & toast warm. Wendy & Ronn are fantastic hosts & super kind! We are already planning our next stay late summer/early fall! We cant wait to return!! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us! ❤️

We booked this as a last-minute end-of-summer adventure with our two little ones and were blown away. Wendy sent us dog-friendly lunch/hiking spots before we arrived and met us to check-in. She was amazing and showed us everything we needed. We loved the yurt and our kids had the time of their lives exploring the woods and meeting her animals. We will definitely be back next year!

Our stay at the Yurt was short but fun. I visited in winter with a group of 4 and it was a great place to cook a simple meal and enjoy each other's company away from it all. Our host was so kind and helpful giving us ideas of activities in the area and having the yurt warm and welcoming ready for our arrival. We look forward to visiting again in the summer.

Wendy and Ron’s yurt is a relaxing getaway. You are out in nature, surrounded by woods, but just a 15-20 minute drive from restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. The yurt was well-furnished and comfortable, and clearly well-cared for. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and listening to music. The wood stove inside was crucial for colder nights - kept us nice and cozy. The flat top grill was great for making breakfast.
We went on a nice short hike up nearby Pine Mountain, which has beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee and surrounding mountains.
Wendy and Ron are lovely people. Great communication before and during our stay but they were never obtrusive. I loved giving their mini horses, donkey and pig some treats on our way out. Thanks for your hospitality!

What a great find! This is really tucked into the woods - complete privacy - but also a quick drive to restaurants, the lane, hiking trails, etc. The yurt has everything you need, and a wood stove that gets it really toasty inside. We stayed in October on weekend with nights in the 30s and we were warm. The outhouse is surprisingly clean and the hot outdoor shower (warmer months only I think) is an excellent touch. It is beautifully landscaped with a southern-facing firepit (great for cool sunny afternoons!) and nice trails nearby for an easy walk around the property. Bed linens were there but we brought our sleeping bags for extra warmth and it was perfect. The kids had a great time playing with the games - and Lincoln logs! - and our dog loved running on the paths. A truly fantastic place to unplug. Hosts were wonderfully kind and accommodating, and easy to reach if needed. Highly recommended!

I will never go back to tenting! I really enjoyed our yurt experience. Wendy and Ron are fantastic hosts. There was a slight glitch with the heater for the shower but Ron had it repaired straight away. They were easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you Wendy for the cookies.

We loved our stay at the yurt! It was the perfect mix of getting away to the woods, while still having some comforts of home. Wendy and Ron were great hosts- they showed us how to work everything, like the awesome hot, outdoor shower and the wood stove, and even let our daughter brush the miniature horses and meet the other animals. We enjoyed cooking dinner on the flat top grill, making s'mores at the fire pit, and reading by candlelight in the evenings. Perfect!

We stayed just one night in August 2022 and loved it! Wendy was fabulous with her communication and Ross did a wonderful job showing us to the yurt and explaining how the shower works. Very accommodating! It’s very secluded and it was fun to be all alone and have such a comfortable place to ‘camp’ or should I say, glamp! Thanks for making our first yurt experience such a positive one. I’d recommend it for sure!

Great time tucked away in the woods.
Had a great time staying at this off grid yurt tucked away in the woods. Our hosts were very friendly and available yet completely unobtrusive. Wendy even offered suggestions during our 5 day stay as to places to see or eat. They’ve truly thought of everything you might need during your stay.
During our stay, we experienced both very hot weather and one full day of heavy rain. Through it all we stayed cool enough under the forest canopy as well as dry and watertight during the storm. A very quiet, serene getaway very close to Alton Bay, Wolfeboro, and all that Lake Winnie has to offer. Slow down and unplug. You won’t regret it.

Came back for a second time with my dog and a couple of friends and hope to keep coming back again and again! The yurt has a nice back area with a fire pit overlooking the marsh. Wendy and Ron are wonderful and extremely accommodating. The mini-horses are so sweet and adorable! Highly recommend.

Perfect surprise unique getaway
The yurt was a creative way for us to do a quick overnight stay. Wendy and Ron were great hosts and everything was clean and just as explained in the listing. Perfect way to get “off the grid” for a bit. We’ll definitely be booking another trip to the Beaver Tree Yurt!

Peaceful and quiet
This was the perfect getaway for someone looking for a nice quiet evening. The yurt had everything I needed - most importantly, a well functioning wood stove and plenty of firewood. I was so happy to be far away from TV and electricity, and have nothing but a few candles a nice fire for light and warmth. The transparent dome atop the yurt allowed me to lay by the warm fire and gaze up at the stars.
Everything was perfect. Wendy was communicative through the whole process, and truly made me feel welcome. I'll definitely keep this place on my radar.
Highlights of the trip include a fantastic rainbow over Alton Bay, and wonderful day trampering through the Belknap Mountains just minutes away, and lots of deer.

Amazing, warm and cozy
My family had the best time at Lakes Region Yurts! Everything was so easy. Wendy and Ron had everything we needed, including drinking water, firewood, pots, pans, blankets, etc. Kids loved meeting the animals, all the games, the campfire and exploring the private hiking trials. We travel extensively as a family and I'm always just booking Marriotts. This trip everything was booked up so I gave VRBO a try and booked this yurt. What a great experience! It added so much to our trip! We sat around the campfire and told stories and made S'mores. The yurt was comfortable and cozy. The outhouse/shower were much better than I could have imagined (clean, pest free, functional, non-smelly). And the highlight was the host who went above and beyond to be friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a little spice to their trip.

Excellent stay at the Yurt!
My bf and I (and dog) had a great experience staying at the yurt in august. They had everything you could ever need while camping….flat top grill, bug spray, utensils, sheets, candles, head lamp, toilet paper….everything! It makes packing so much easier! Just bring towels, a cooler, and food. Wendy and her husband were very accommodating and friendly. The custom outhouse was so nice to have and it was very clean. Having hot water for a shower was also amazing! The place is so nicely done and has tons of privacy. To get to the yurt, you drive down a trail, so it is tucked back in the woods away from other houses and there are private trails just steps away. It is close to lake winni. Wendy sent me things to do near by, which was so nice because i didn't have much time to plan so that helped tremendously! I would love to go back! If you go in august, prepare for lots of mosquitos and flies!!
