The owners were so nice, the place was nice and clean and so much room. My son absolutely loved having our own little pool to swim at. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Florida.

My 3 children and I stayed four days. The host was very informational and responsive.
The entire place was very clean both inside and patio area/pool. Very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. The rooms all had all linens in great condition. The bathroom shower curtains were very well maintained as well, all rugs on the floors were new looking an clean. All the towels were all in new like condition. On-site washer and dryer conveniently located on second story. The linen closet had additional towels and bedding, but as mentioned the washer/dryer made for not running low/out even with longer stay and/or large/r group
The patio had a enough seating for our entire party, appreciated. The private pool is an absolute must, a a personal recommendation (only a select have them) the safety measures in place were very reassuring when traveling with littles.
The place was actually more updated than the photos and although liked what we saw in photos on vrbo, we were pleasantly surprised with additions upon arrival.
I would most definitely recommend Windsor Hills for the Resort amenities. Theres a variety of fun and/or relaxation for the whole family water and other. This specific place, within the resort, I recommend for privacy provided on patio area, location to clubhouse/community pool area, overall condition of the place and the friendliness and communication of the host.
In regards to Kissimmee the location to local attractions, restaurants, shopping was perfect!

GREAT Value, was skeptical because we found at such a great price, cheaper than most condos at Windsor Hills and not disappointed. Stayed 7 nights with my wife and two kids 6 and 3, loved the Nemo themed room and the trundle bed worked out great, pulled out for a perfect fit between the two beds. Short walk to clubhouse and pool, which had activities almost everyday/night we stayed. Had an issue with the back slider that opened up to the private pool, contacted the company and someone showed up within a few hours to fix the issue but the youngest fell asleep downstairs so they came the next day while at the parks, very responsive. Some of the decals upstairs were peeling but that's probably due to humidity and wasn't a real issue, not even sure the kids noticed. Plenty of cooking utensils and kids items. If you are looking for a place close to Disney and shopping centers this place is great, close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants and novelty shops. Overall a GREAT stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

We booked late but read great things about Windsor Hills at spring break. It was well worth it. The price was great for what we experienced. Our own pool, plenty of space for us to have resting kids and adults to watch tv and have some time awake later. The walk to the water park was five minutes. The unit was clean, though could use some minor upkeep—absolutely nothing that inhibited our stay or rating. Two beds and two baths are upstairs, 1/1 is downstairs making for great layout for our 3 and 6 year old to be upstairs with us to sleep in the Nemo room. They loved sharing a room, and the trundle bed pullout made it so if anyone rolled off the bed they’d just fall onto the bed! The complex of Windsor Hills itself is a great location for all things Disney and also just a general sunny getaway to enjoy warm weather and the pool. The zero entry pool and splash pad was an absolute fave of the kids, and gave us parents the peace of mind to relax and enjoy, too.

Property was dirty, tatty and ill equipped. Although water was clean as filter was on pool sides needed a good scrubbing and i certainly would not have used it. Twigs in pool when we arrived were still there 10 days later as not cleaned by pool guys. Decking was full of weeds, dead bugs and even cigarette butts. inside oven and trays were dirty, sticky floor and work surfaces. Dust on bed heads, filter in dryer full and needed cleaning. bathroom sink plug did not work. I could go on but I am sure you can get the picture.

The house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy. The pictures of the pool made it seem much bigger than it was. The pool is tiny which was totally ok with our group. This house was perfect for my parents and my family to stay at. It has 3 bedrooms, which was perfect. The little pool in backyard was fun. The house was clean and filled with kitchen supplies. It didn't have trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap , dishwasher soap, paper towels, or extra toilet paper. I loved the community pool area. It had 2 water slides and a water play area. My kids loved it!

The resort is awesome for the whole family. The proximity to the Disney parks was wonderful and we could go in go nightly to Disney Springs without traffic. The resort pool was beautiful and the only negative is they advertise a personal pool at the unit but it was cold. I would definitely stay there again Infact we did go back at the end of our month stay in Florida.

All in all a great experience. Clean and roomy. Quiet. Staff was responsive. The only negative was the gate staff. The theee we dealt with were sullen and dismissive. They could use a smile and some basic manner training to work with people. Seemed they were inconvenienced by the guests. That was not a big issue, just annoying. The rental was great. The location superb. We will come again

Great location! Really enjoyed the south facing pool! The privacy was awesome! The townhouse could use some minor updates. Tub drainage was very slow, master bath had a few broken things, smoke alarm was broken in hallway, pool patio could use some touching up and prettiness to it. Overall great place to stay other than needing updated. Would stay again.

The place could use a deep clean. Living room curtains were stained, lots of debris behind the couch, baseboards were dirty, “washed” hand towels upon arrival were dirty/stained in the upstairs bathroom, the bedroom blinds didn’t open/close properly, carpets needed vacuumed. I also wasn’t provided WiFi information in any emails and due to the time we checked in, we didn’t receive a response back until the next day. I wouldn’t stay here again as I really didn’t feel like it was that clean. As noted there really is not any extra supplies provided for you like there are in the other rental units.

This is a great property! We booked it very last minute and was so glad it was available. Quick side note the reason for late booking was due to another unit double booking us and leaving us without a place to stay for 5 days. The 1 Mickey Pool home was the one we originally booked, but when we arrived there was already people staying there. The owner never told us and when we tried to contact him his response was that there was property damage and we couldn’t stay there. This was a total lie. I’m only mentioning this in case you view that property as well. Don’t stay there! Stay at this wonderful place instead! It was clean, comfortable and so nice to have your own splash pool in addition to the larger pool on site. My only recommendation is that I wish there was an ice maker in the freezer (maybe there could be ice cube trays so you could at least make your own?) It also would be nice to supply a small dish soap, wash rag or sponge, and a roll of paper towels. These are minor things and overall my family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The amenities on site were great and the location was perfect so close to Disney. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a FABULOUS place! There were only 3 of us. My two grandsons LOVED the recreation area almost as much as Disney!! One of them left their ipad and I contacted the owner. He is facilitating getting it back for us. Would definitely rent again!!!

Wonderful family spot near Disney
We had to pick a place really quickly since our first rental had roof problems. Didn’t use the small pool since the water park was available with heated water. Really enjoyed washer and dryer. Kids loved their room but had problem reaching toilet paper (in downstairs bathroom too). They broke the plastic roll trying to reach. Just take off and put on counter. Walmart was out of them so couldn’t replace it. Umm a tip. Walmart was crazy busy all 3 times I was there. Some things were completely out. We made do since it was just so close to the condo. Few small things, door handle to closet in kids room needs replaced (reported) and blinds in there were a bit broken but—it was cute! Overall, a nice place if you need a kitchen and room for family. And close to Disney!!!

Nice townhome
Nice townhouse, plenty of space for 5 people. All furniture comfortable and in good condition. Adequate towels, but no face towels. Kitchen utensils and cookware are minimal and low quality. Make sure to bring your own dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. We used the pool one day (Sept) but it was very chilly. Not sure if the pool has a heater- we weren't made aware of it being an option. Would stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and had what we needed. It’s in a great location. A few things to consider for future guests: replace light in pool, replace toaster, ensure heating is set properly for pool, ensure landline is operating.

Great Property
Although we only stayed one night here, this unit was equipped with everything of family of 5 needed. Our last minute booking was responded to quickly and check in was smooth. Nice secure neighbourhood. Did not get a chance to check out the clubhouse or pool, but looked impressive. Location was ideal.

We arrived early evening checked in went to Disney for dinner. Got up and left at 7 AM so it was a short stay but we come to the Orlando area a couple times a year and this will definitely be our first choice if available. Super value!!

Unit needs some TLC
We stayed here for 4 nights in January. We had several issues during our 4 days including issues with the internet, electrical fuses, and no pool heat despite paying in advance. The local property manager was very responsive and we were able to eventually get the issues resolved. The internet issue did cause my daughter much unnecessary anxiety, as she had graduate assignments due which she was unable to submit on time. Overall, the unit just needs some TLC but was very clean when we arrived.
