This condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything was taken care of for us prior to our arrival for a conference at the Snow King Resort, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Close enough to downtown that we often walked. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Amazing view, very clean, and all the amenities for our stay.

Great place to stay. Lots of room for a large group. Clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of cookware/dinnerware. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great place.

Great spacious place with great views and access to everything!

Covered parking was nice in the winter time. Accommodations were great

We’ve stayed in these GrandView units before & they’re great - 2 bedrooms plus an add’l living room with Murphy bed - 3 full baths, 1 half baths & 2 laundry areas. The problem with this unit is it was not properly cleaned & the dishwasher had such a foul odor due to not being properly maintained and cleaned. The bedspreads in the master, stored in the closet, are all dirty. Housekeeping needs an overhaul!

Clean, good location, cozy! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay here again.

The Whole experience was what my family needed. We were a party of 6 and there was ample space to move around, the decor was nice, space was clean and the views from balcony were spectacular, We seen deer roaming outside of our condo, lots of activities a short distance from the condo, the town of Jackson Hole was actually about a 15-20 minute walk from condo. This town was the most laid back place I have ever visited it almost seemed as if time stood still during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Outpost.

This condo is in such a great location and has a wonderful view of the Teton mountains. We could easily get to town/drive or walk. Our family of 7 was very comfortable there...just know that there are only 2 true bedrooms. The third room has a Murphy wall bed that was fine for my younger girls. The Outpost Property Management was professional, informative and quick to respond to only one need we had. Would highly recommend this condo!

The condo was larger than expected and very clean! We had a great stay. The location couldn't be better and we were close to everything in Jackson Hole and explored the Grand Tetons!

Property was perfect for our stay. Close to town and an easy drive to Teton Village for skiing. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful.

This condo was perfect for our group trip. The space was much larger than we anticipated from the photos so our group had plenty of space. It was very clean and all appliances were very modern and easy to use. We had easy walks into town for dinner each night and bus access was easy as well. Would definitely recommend this condo for a group!

This condo is so well located and so comfortable for a family of 6 adults. Loved the proximity to town and the Teton views. So much so enjoy here. Fabulous in every way!!

Very nice unit, just as advertised. Clean, bright, comfortable, beautiful view of the top of the Tetons. We had 5 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for us to be together yet plenty of privacy too. Location is just about perfect near central Jackson but away from the crowds. Easy to walk into town for coffee or meals. Easy access to the highway into the National Park. Covered parking under the building makes access easy no matter the weather. Highly recommended.

Check-in could have been much less frustrating. Initially we had difficulty locating the unit(s) due to an odd numbering system. Should be listed first by building number (533 Snow King Loop) and then the units (331a & 331c). It took us three attempts to find the right condo. On checking the units, we found leftovers in both refrigerators and half of the bathroom floor including a carpet was soaked due to a leaking shower. Obviously, the cleaning crew or the quality control staff at Outpost missed a lot. Then we had repeated difficulties with the electronic front door lock, primarily getting it to lock when we left the condo during the day. This necessitated repeated calls to the Outpost office.

Spacious & convenient.
The unit was very spacious for the 5 of us. Very well equipped. Beautiful scenery and short walk to town.

Great place to stay in Jackson Hole!
We loved this place! The place was very spacious and had everything we needed. The management was attentive to our needs (didn't need much). It is in a great area and has a great view. The beds were comfortable. The washing machine/dryer are the small stackable ones...so they don't hold much per load. The upside is there is two sets in the space! The covered garage was SO nice to have! Jackson Hole is a great little town....but does "shut down" early in summer months. The Grand Tetons are SO close! It is so beautiful! The drive to Yellowstone is about an hour and 15 minutes, but Yellowstone is AMAZING. Would def rent this place again! It was great!

This was a great place to stay, and the location was very convenient. Right next to Snow King. Great place to go with your family, and explore all the Snow King summer activities together.

Outpost was not ready for us to arrive! They missed the mark and I feel sorry for this owner! The master shower did not function when we were set for taking our first shower. We were asked to send photos, advised how to turn it on, etc. Ended up the shower had been worked on before our arrival, the plumber came later, used tools, removed a softener that had just been added but was defective (no water could go through it, even for the plummer). The shower had gray caulk strands and hunks on the floor plus grime on the floor and filthy door/edges. It had not been properly cleaned for our stay, inspected, tested, etc. Three showers... however the MASTER (most important one) missed cleaning/inspection. Communication with Outpost was lengthy, from the beginning, lots of untimely, wasted vacation time for the $$$. For only 4 nights, we paid top dollar, expecting top accomodations to be ready and received lower level results. Although they said the words "I'm sorry" and "that's not acceptable, we appreciate you letting us know, etc." (not what we wanted to spend time doing on vacation). We cleaned out the shower floor, ugh.
2. The deck had a great view and was the main reason to invest extra $$$ for that view. The deck had't been swept or blown off. Lots of droppings, and dust, plus the roof had just been replaced so there were pieces of shingles and wood from the finished work on the porch. We didn't have a broom or blower however we cleaned up the large roofing pieces. Any supervisor/inspector the day of our arrival should have caught this too. Outpost made this VRBO experience a thumbs down for honest reasons. Helping the host out while on vacation in a high-end advertised VRBO, doesn't lead to a positive rating for honest reasons. Vacatiion time is precious! Our value was reduced. Outpost should be ready and cover their bases for the higher $$$ especially, not their troubles as a result. (This was our 3rd VRBO in 7 months and the only unsatisfactory review.)

Outpost Crew Needs Training/Improvement to be considered a good host for this property.

Ideal location, steps from Snow King Mountain, and just a mile from downtown square. Spectacular views from unit 331. Plenty of room for the 3 couples(could accommodate more if kids were included on trip). Loved the 2 fire places and 2 washer/dryer units. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything that we needed. The garage parking was awesome especially when it snowed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Outpost staff responds via email extremely quick. Great time in Grand View 301!!!!

Cleanliness and maintenance
The dishwasher is filled with mold and mildew and did not clean the dishes so we had to hand wash them after every meal. The dishwasher was not screwed into the the top so it kept falling out of the area it was in! It absolutely needs replaced, just horrible. The lights under cabinets above the countertop did not work and a few ceiling bulbs were burned out in the kitchen making it difficult to prepare food. There were several places where the wood trim was not secure, missing or covered with duct tape that was an eyesore or unsafe with exposed nails. The DVD player in the guest room did not work. The heat in the middle bath did not work. When we called to ask for another pillow we were told we could go purchase one and get reimbursed from the owner; it would have been great to have outdoor table & chairs on the back patio, otherwise it’s just useless because it cannot be enjoyed. Based on the price of this condo these type of concerns with basic maintenance and upkeep should not be an issue and perhaps should not be a VRBO.

Location was perfect. Views were great! Very spacious!
The location was perfect! Views were great! Some of the living room furniture was very worn. Notice a few cob webs behind doors. Overall it was an excellent place to stay! Definitely would stay again!!

Condo was in a great location only about a 5 minute drive to the Jackson town square. The condo was very roomy and well appointed with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Views were wonderful so don’t forget to open all of the blinds including those in the master bedroom. Patio table was large and had a great view of the foothills around Jackson and the Tetons in the distance. Living room was very cozy with a great fireplace and dining room was perfect for 6 guests. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Hot water and Coffee pot is very slow but fine so long as you’re not in a hurry. Park outside the back patio (at the crosswalk) when loading and unloading luggage but otherwise park in the garage downstairs. Overall, it’s a beautiful place that exceeded my expectations in many ways.

We enjoyed our stay as a family during our trip to Grand Teton National Park. After a day of hiking it was great to have a cool clean temporary home to shower, relax and sleep. The rental had everything we needed and we had a great time. It was quiet and clean and well furnished.
We had no need to contact anyone during our stay, so no comment on how responsive they would have been.

Most of our trip was spent moving from hotel to hotel so out few days in Jackson we’re a wonderful opportunity for our family of 8 to spread out and unwind. Communication, check-in, check-out, location… it was all fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and then some. If we venture to Jackson again, we will seek out this unit and the company that manages it! Thank you!
