The host was very helpful before we arrived sending through directions and everything we needed to check into the property. Lovely place, great views and the hot tub was very welcome after the Blenheim Triathalon. Would highly recommend everything about this property.

Lovely property.
Lovely property. The cleanliness was exceptionally high which is important during these current times. The beds were comfy as were the sofas/lounge furniture. This is a lovely modern property which has everything you want for a relaxing break. Some reviews mention road noise, the road is in the distance and cannot be heard inside the property. The hot tub is positioned so you can enjoy the lovely views of the countryside. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Would be a 10 for everything if not for the road noise (which you can't do much about and didn't really bother us). Really clean which is especially important these days! Facilities were great, hot tub was always really hot and cottage looks amazing. Super comfy beds and was a bonus to have TVs in the rooms for those of us who like a lazy lie in! Loads of swifts and house martins which we really enjoyed watching.

We loved our stay at The Stalls! Lovely rural location with great walks from the door. The accommodation was great and the kitchen / dining space was large and ideal for our needs. Helen, the caretaker, was welcoming and very accommodating to our needs. The whole place was clean and COVID safe.

We’ve had the most amazing week here, escaping the current covid situation.
We’ve had the most amazing week here, escaping the current covid situation. We wanted somewhere rural and away from everyone else and this fitted the bill perfectly. Helen and the family were caring and welcoming. We had local walks and had delicious lunches at The Fox in Souldern. Highly recommend The Stalls and The Hayloft, as we rented both for a family celebration week.

We were a group of 8 girls who stayed here for 2 nights.
We were a group of 8 girls who stayed here for 2 nights. The house had plenty of space for everyone, with 4 bedrooms each sleeping 2 people and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/dining space was large and the living room a perfect cosy size with space for us all. The added bonus was a private hot tub over looking the fields.
The location is quite remote but that is why we picked it. The closest shop is a 10 min drive but we got a food delivery instead. Bicester is 20 mins away and we went there on the Friday before check in.
We also went on a lovely walk through the fields, over a little stream to a local village called Souldern where we had a lovely pub lunch.
For relaxing, peace and quiet with your own space, you really couldn't ask for more.
We are already considering booking again for next year!

Lovely house and had everything we needed.
Lovely house and had everything we needed. Hot tub looking out at the country-side was a bonus. Dishwasher was out of action for the weekend which was disappointing so wouldn't have been too happy if we were staying longer.
Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great accommodation.
Great accommodation. Very spacious. Everything you need included. Log fires were lovely and toasty.
Only downside they need to sort out a couple of issues where birds have eaten window sealer causing leaks when the heavens opened.

This is a really great property.
This is a really great property. It’s spacious and light and airy, with a lovely modern feel. The kitchen was really well equipped and all very clean.
The location is really convenient - although we didn’t really leave and explore there’s plenty to do nearby.
The hot tub was a hit! Lovely and warm and clean and the hot tub towels were a bonus as well! The lawn at the back of the property is huge and had the weather have been nicer we’d certainly have spent more time out there.
My only ‘watch out’ for people booking would be that the wooden floors upstairs are a bit creaky and also because the bedrooms are on a mezzanine above the living areas, there’s a risk that early risers and late sleepers disturb those upstairs.
Would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodation, clean, well equipped and welcoming.
Excellent accommodation, clean, well equipped and welcoming. Only slight downsides were view of the motorway and area around hot tub being quite open (people walking across fields). If this area was fenced off privately and maybe had a table and chairs with more patio to the far side of the building, these issues would be very easily fixed. Otherwise, excellent and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic trip away with work family.
Fantastic trip away with work family. Took advantage of the weather and headed out for a walk to Deddington farmers market. House layout is incredibly sociable especially the kitchen area. Already talking about a trip back!
