We had a fabulous week here and have to say this was one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. A two minute walk to the sea, five minute walk to Ventnor and with incredible views of the sea from the rear garden and bedroom balcony. Immaculate, warm and modern we can’t wait to return.

Buckingham cottage was fabulous! Perfectly located with fantastic views, just a short walk to local shops and amenities, the cottage provided everything we needed including dog bowls! Although we were a little unlucky with the daily downpours we still had a lovely stay and parking wasn't an issue when we couldn't park on the street outside its just a short walk to the free carpark down a few steps for a short cut! Look forward to visiting again!

This was our 4th visit to Buckingham Cottage (BC) .
This was our 4th visit to Buckingham Cottage (BC) .... so slightly nostalgic about previous non-Covid visits which had a few more Bits included. However, we soon settled back into our BC routines. This time we treated ourselves to a full fortnight, and with our new dog who was blissfully happy and loved the garden and the new sofa throws. The cleaning was immaculate and we felt very Covid-safe from the first moment we arrived... much appreciated for a relaxing holiday, away from the mainland madness! Thanks to everyone who owns, manages, and looks after this property and the garden - it’s a credit to you - I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

We had a fabulous time at Buckingham Cottage.
We had a fabulous time at Buckingham Cottage. The view from the bedroom balcony was gorgeous and we had our morning coffee up there every day of our stay. Ventnor centre is just 5mins walk away,
so it’s easy to get to a supermarket along with many cafes. There are a few restaurants in Ventnor and I have to recommend the Smoking Lobster as a must to try. It’s beautiful, right on the seafront and the food was mouth-watering.
The cottage was lovely and clean when we arrived and the added touch of clean throws on the sofas for each set of guests made it reassuring it was Covid clean. We also liked the added extras such as the windbreak and cooler bag for picnic beach days. All in all we wish we could have stayed another week as it was such a pleasant stay and the Isle of Wight has so much to offer.
Hoping to book again next year!

We had a wonderful holiday in Buckingham cottage.
We had a wonderful holiday in Buckingham cottage. It's in a fantastic location just a short walk from all the action on the sea front. It's got a great garden for bbqs and a balcony off the bedroom with a stunning view of the sea where you can have a glass of wine and watch the sun set. The house inside is comfortable and modern. My daughter loved her room with bunk beds. Would highly recommend.

This is a great cottage in a super part of the Isle of Wight.
This is a great cottage in a super part of the Isle of Wight. Very clean and comfy and we enjoyed the sea views from the tidy garden and from the main bedroom. The second bedroom is quite small but our boys.. 18 Yr old 6ft 6 and 15 Yr old 6ft managed fine.
The bathroom is very good with an excellent shower.
Overall an excellent stay

Beautiful cottage with lovely views.
Beautiful cottage with lovely views. Everything we could need.
Parking outside is terrible, but there's a free car park 100m away. Small bedroom very small for 3 teens, but worth it for the rest of the amenities. Would definitely book again.

Very well equipped cottage with a smart modern kitchen, large bathroom and shower and excellent Sony TV with Humax recorder.
Located in a charming road with a good view of the sea from the upstairs balcony and garden.
Ventnor town and shops are 15 minutes walk away.
The main criticisms are that street parking was a bit of a lottery and bathrooms are better upstairs.

This cottage is lovely, with views of the sea and one of the comfiest beds ever on holiday the one gripe is the cleanliness of the oven.
